The tool is very sturdy and the 2.0 Ah battery lasted very well. Used it for easily 4 hours and was still strong. This is my second WORX tool and I am impressed with the quality and price. Comes with one bit LOL.
Would recommend this driver and the WORX brand from my experience.
Another excellent quality tool from worx well packaged and arrived on time would recommend
Not as good as I thought. But only used once
Worx quality as usual ,long lasting battery life perfect for screw fixing ,lots bvetter thana Drill Driver ,no camming out excellent highly recommended
Not used it much so I really can’t say to much about i
Bought as a present for son who is very pleased with it. Great to be able to use battery with his other Worx tools.
Love the Worx Powershare range. Unfortunately this was ordered from amazon warehouse and had a faulty battery, so ended up returning. Purchased the more powerful brushless version which was on sale elsewhere. Really great tools and reasonably priced!
Really good impact driver, there’s is a review comparing this with a lidl park impact, but this one does knock sock of the cheaper branded ones from lidl, it is more on par with a dewalt impact. Good gun highly recommended for the avid DIY job enthusias
I Should of bought one of these along time ago.
makes lightwork of rusty bolts.
i chose worx as i have a robomower, so i can interchange the battery.
Chuck size is a quite small, so you i may struggle with larger bolts in the future. So time will tell. For the price this was a good buy.
Bought this as a direct replacement for my current worx impact driver which was 4 years old. Still as please as I was with the first one.
Would definitely recommend for any other budding DIY
My first impact driver and I’ve already found it really useful. Ever since we had an extension to our house and I saw the builders using these I wanted one. Finally found one at a decent price on sale before Christmas.
It’s very compact, has a decent variable speed control and battery life seems to be good. It’s been able to handle most of the jobs I’ve used it for – some basic DIY that has involved screwing long screws into pretty hard wood.
I found I’ve had to finish up tightening some screws by hand, which I was a little surprised by, but I guess that’s what you get for a driver in the lower price range. Still made life much easier than trying to screw 4inch screws directly by hand.
I use this for everything from hanging blinds, curtains, building raised flower beds putting together IKEA furniture the list goes on.
The impact drive is brilliant I’ve had no issues or problems with it and one battery has lasted all my projects it also keeps it’s charge of long periods of non-use which is great.
I’ve a number of Worx 20v products and I’ve yet to have any fault with them, long may it last too.
Bought this for a friend’s birthday and to be honest, I wish I had bought it for me and gave him my more expensive impact driver.
The torque on this is incredible and the battery out lasts mine by 50 decking screws……which isn’t alot, but could mean the difference between waiting for a battery to charge and finishing
I used this Worx impact driver to undo a screw that had welded itself into a wall to hold up a cupboard in my bathroom. The screw had lost its head so had to have a saw cut implemented were the head was. Using the Worx impact driver then to undo the screw became an easy job. Thank you Worx.
Well built, handy size and not too heavy. It’s quite powerful, I successfully removed several window frame fixing screws that had rusted into concrete and have used it off and on over the past three weeks, renovating a house, still on the original battery charge.
I am pleased that I bought it, I don’t know how it would cope in an industrial situation but it is good enough for anything that I will need it for.
had a battery drill but not a driver so had a look on the net and so this item and after helping my son construct a garden sun lounge using a drill and changing the bit when he wanted do put the screws in bought one for him aswell
I was not sure what to expect from this item but was pleasantly surprised. This is basically an impact driver and nothing else. It will not take a drill or any other bit that is not hexagonal.
Too be honest what else would you expect for the price.
Happy to recommend it as an impact driver.
Great bit of kit very handy for putting screws in to hardwood, this is my second worx impact driver, first driver is working but I have had a issue with the trigger which worked intermittently, so I had buy another because batteries and charger are interchangeable so I have 3 batteries now.
Very powerful, long, long life battery.. Easy fix adapter screwdriver bits.. Just pull collar forward insert driver and release collar. Awesome.. Fast screwdriving but electronic start…when noise level increases whilst driving screw in that is when the torque is ramped up to power in the screw.
Great product for home DIY,would not use on site, also can buy drill bits that fit into impact driver to save buying sts drill or other drill, all in all good produc
Nice and powerful, battery lasts ages.
Not sure it would be good enough for trade but for the casual DIYer it’s perfectly fine. Don’t let your trade mates talk you into buying something which costs twice or even three times as much as you won’t see any benefit of doing so… unless your a tradesman.
Making decking for your garden, boarding out a garage, making a shed or a wooden gazebo or putting a fence up… this will be ideal.
I bought this impact driver prior to fitting a large decking area it worked as good if not better than the top end ones battery life was long and its power was perfect even driving 6″ screws through posts l would highly recomend it.
Excellent for domestic drill driving. Purchased mine to ease decking screws out after several years embedded. Got out all but a few slanted head screws so working well for me. Probably not for professional use but did a good job.
My builder uses one of the top makes of impact driver and let me have try – as far as I can tell, this Worx driver performs just as well as a driver costing more than 2x as much……….with home DIY use, I’m hoping it will last for years……….I use it with longer bits than those provided.
TIP: I’ve found that power of the driver “kills” cheapo screws.
I bought this screwdriver because I already have a drill, hedge trimmer and strimmer that match. Also I have a spare battery which means that if the battery runs flat on whichever tool I am using there is always a fully charged one to carry on with. Battery life always seems to be good, perfectly adequate for my needs.
Been after a impact driver for a while and I know there are more expensive ones out there but this has done the job for me. Laid a complete patio 15m x 25m without any problems. Full charge last about 2hrs continuous use. Light weight. I have other worx tools and its nice that I can use the batteries from them with this impact driver. Only downside is that it does not come in a case.
