Initially easy to set up but not very easy to try to understand the instructions. My printer came with no user ID number!
Very happy with this product and is a super fast printer. Only slight gripe is I thought the printing would be sharper what with it being Laser.
Looked for a good bit. Wanted to bin the ‘multi-function’ colour inkjet to something better and cheaper.
This is a mono (i.e. Black and White / Greyscale) Duplex printer that prints quickly the first page and even faster the other pages.
I’m happy, my wife happier 😉

My HP got by HP and would not allow me to set it up on a new install of windows. I am so glad I was able to prurchase this model by Xerox . I am jso happy to be free of HP. I love the double sided printing…its automatic and the whole setup is a breeze. Brilliant piece of kit. It makes prionting enjoyable once again.
Update January 2023: its time to get another toner and I am horrified at customer feedback! The genuine Xerox toner available has been reported as lasting less than half of the declared prints, with evidence of residue inside.This on top of the price for this model being way in excess of similar Xerox toner! Unless this is rectified this printer has rapidly become a piece of junk.
Neat shape, quiet and fast once it is warmed up. No complaints.
I’ve been printing less and less over the years so when my Canon colour inkjet finally gave up the ghost I tried to live without a printer for a while. Eventually the frustration of not having one led me to think about getting a cheap monochrome laser, which has the advantage of being geared towards occasional use – laser toner doesn’t go off the way inkjet ink dries out. I also didn’t want to sign up to a consumable contract like HP+.
This laser is excellent for that. It works wirelessly, including being able to print direct from my phone. Text printing is speedy though graphics laden pages are quite slow
This printer is ideal for my needs and for some strange reason it was cheaper to buy from Printerland via Amazon than directly. It arrived really quickly and was easy to set up (lots of blue cello tape to remove). It’s light too – Inwas looking at colour lasers and they were too big and much too heavy

This is a really nice printer for home / light office use, excellent value. Very fast printing (slightly noisy) and worked right out of the box on Windows 11. The only issue so far was when my PC crashed it then seemed to send garbage files to the printer–all it needed was to be switched off and back on.
I wasn’t sure how to set this up. The instructions only showed how to unpack.
The download drivers wouldn’t find it because it wasn’t connected to the net and I didn’t have a CD drive.
Youtube video by the company shows all you need to do is enter the WiFi pass on the printer itself by pressing certain buttons on it. Once you have done that it’s visible to print immediately. So nice and easy.
The instructions should really have shown this or given a link to the video.

Printer arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. However on opening there was a distinct rattle inside the printer.
This turned out to be a loose screw, printer seems to work fine and as I needed it urgently I’ve kept hold of it for the time being.
The Xerox badge must have been stuck on in a dark room by someone wearing a blindfold it’s so wonky.
Print quality is p fairly good but won’t win any awards, the standard setting is too light and needs it setting to dark to be acceptable for text.
Overall reasonably pleased with the printer.
Does the job and quickly. Like the fact the paper is stored underneath. Some printers advertise a tiny footprint then when you get it you realise it’s because the front panel comes down and the paper has to be stored and loaded from there.

What more could you want, I plugged it in using windows 10 and before i had found the setup dish it had done everything itself BRILLIANT
Anyway with the cable the printing job is doing quite fast and stable, on double sided with 80gm2 A4 paper (No paper jam). I am satisfied with the purchase.
