This is my second Xiaomi phone and the value for money is phenomenal! The battery life in this phone is excellent! Camera is super high quality, screen quality is exactly same as higher priced brands! Can not fault this phone at all! My last phone lasted 3 years then the battery started to fade and for the price these are, 3 years is great value! Would highly recommend!

I never have flagships anymore after breaking a few and paying loads in excess, so generally stick to 200 max budget as that’s what the excess would cost. I got rid of all the Chinesim Mui software stuff and some of the bloatware/ads . It runs Android 13 great.
I mainly use this with a Mavic mini drone with Litchi app. It run’s perfect.
the 90hz screen looks good. The camera seems not quite as clear as iphone but less colour saturated.
Battery lasts me 2 days on average and the 35w speed charger is really good feature.
Came with a set of wired headphones, A plastic clear protector case and screen protector installed.
If your after a phone that can run 64bit apps without breaking the bank it does the job.
Ordered due to Mi6 finally giving up, so improved power, screen size, battery life etc. The phone seems sturdy and I’ve had no issues over the past month or two. However, the combination of the fingerprint reader and wake button (these were separate on the Mi6) is very frustrating – for example when wanting to check the time or pausing/skipping music then half the time it will try and unlock at the same time.
My son was thrilled to get it for Christmas.
Very good 50mp camera aray with great features similar to the big hitters, including a great video performance. Battery is large and lasts ages. Fingerprint reader works better than Sony equivalents (I own x1ii)

I bought in Black Friday Sale so got almost 100 off each.
Used to have Samsung’s but these are far better. Really easy to set up. Huge amount of memory. Crystal clear screen and it takes great photos.
It was very easy to transfer across from old phones which is a bonus. There are so many features on it which I will probably never use but I am so happy with the RedMi Note 11 and have recommended to several friends.

Another totally excellent phone from the Xiaomi amily of brands. I’ve been using their products for around 5 years and can thoroughly recommend them at the moment, decent Snapdragon processor with a superb AMOLED display, fast charging with the charger included… Very happy shopper.

Absolutely fantastic phone, better than iPhones, so many gadgets combined into this phone for the price , the camera is exceptional 10/10 .
It also gives you the opportunity to clear data every day by popping up saying clear data , instead of clogging up your MG bites , I’m thinking of buy another to replace my iPhone. New year probably.
A little bit clunky at times, and more fragile than most smartphones for the same price. Very good value, much more bang for your buck than bigger tech brands.
I picked up this Redmi Note 11 in the Black Friday sale (108!) for my father as a Christmas present, and so have spent time setting it up in advance.
While it could use more RAM (and less pre-installed bloatware!) to be truly exceptional value, certainly at the price I paid it’s a literally faultless handset…
The screen is a great quality OLED panel with 90hz refresh rate which makes scrolling a pleasure. Covered in Gorilla Glass 3, which while not ‘top of the line’ is more than adequate.
The phone is easily quick enough with enough internal storage (128GB) for anything 90% of phone users require for daily use… My dad doesn’t use any social apps and certainly doesn’t play games, so anything more powerful than this phone would likely be overkill anyway.
Build quality is very good for a phone at this price and doesn’t feel cheap. The back is plastic yet looks and feels as premium as a plastic phone could look. We all use a rubber case anyway so what’s the difference?
The camera is very good, again especially at this price, and probably better than the camera on my F3. For a very casual photographer it more than suffices.
The only negatives are the many pre-installed apps and bloatware, most of which can be uninstalled anyway, and the phone could ideally usemire RAM, although 4GB is standard at this price so it’s certainly not underpowered.
All-in-all… Worth every penny especially at a discount and it does everything well. All negatives and ‘could be better’ must be judged by the price and are therefore almost irrelevant.
Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t run multiple demanding apps at once.

I wanted a phone with above average camera, good for games and good battery life. This does all I needed. Bought it when on promotion so deffo value for money. Camera good and I love the slow Mo mode. Games are fluid. I haven’t used the fingerprint side as of yet. Best function for me is the rapid charge feature.
Love the finger print reader on the side.
A lot of things work and look better than my S20.
Wish I had got the 6gb version. The phone is a little slow sometimes but great value for the money. DONT BUY 4GB VERSION, BUY THE 6GB
Owned it for 1 year now and still delighted. The battery health shows 95% after 12 months use, life can be good, 30 hours standby on “full function” with up to 85 hours on the “extreme battery saver” setting which gives you access to phone, messages and whatever app/s you select.The fewer the better. I use my phone regularly as a walkers GPS and on that setting I could use the GPS app for about 25 hours if I didn’t do much else with it.
The screen is excellent, good detail, response to touch, colour rendition is all fine and it’s bright enough to be adequate in full sunlight.
The phone can be set to use either 4 or 6 GB of ram, for me it works fine with 4 but for games I guess 6 might be better, possibly with the loss of some battery life? I also find 60hz is fine for screen refreshing, but again, gamers or video viewers may select 90hz.
I didn’t like the stock screen launcher and installed the free version of Nova which I do like.
The fingerprint reader is on the surface of the power button. It works reasonably well if not always instantly or first time. Face recognition works quite well.
The camera can take reasonable quality shots in good light conditions, though the ultra zoom offering is pretty useless.
I bough this phone on an Amazon special for 119. At that price it’s excellent value and does everything I need in a phone.
I use this as my second phone. It’s ideal for this purpose. It sits on dash and streams Spotify over Bluetooth all night in work. It’s highly functional phone and great value. I don’t have an issue with it.

Neither the best nor the worst phone out there. It gets the job done respectably well for the price point. Recommended if you are on a budget.
Not the high quality exterior of iPhone or Samsung… But if u have a case on who cares… Great spec .. charge fast .. work fast .. screen images very good quality… Best order from Amazon them mi store ( too much of faff) and have same deals..
Pros:
Altogether the phone is quite fast
Battery (it’s very much like my current phone so it will last about 1.5 – 2 days with normal usage like WhatsApp throughout the day, emails, phone calls, Instagram/Facebook for 2-4 hours, and an hour of Google maps)
Full charge in about an hour
Quality dual speakers
Screen – the brightness of this screen is great
– sharp screen and vivid colours (surprisingly much nicer than my current amoled)
Nice and sharp pictures during the day
3 slots (double sim + an additional sd card slot for up to 1 TB)
Cons:
Only 4GB of RAM
Takes a few seconds to open and load the camera app
Sometimes there are random freezes when doing general stuff
Half of the Google play apps couldn’t be downloaded. They just got stuck on pending. Clearing the cache and the data did nothing so I had to factory reset it.
Video is only 1080p 30fps so it can be a little laggy and not as sharp as the 4k ones
Face recognition is a great feature, but it took me some time to find the settings so it would wake up and unlock after lifting it up.
Fingerprint scanner is built into the power button and is responsive but I’d much prefer to have it on the back or front as it’s a little uncomfortable to reach
