good product but 2 out of three have arrived dented or broke
Used in a cafe kitchen. As we had to keep windows and doors open further into autumn we had a lot of blue bottles flying in, attracted by the warmth. This zapped dead even the big meaty ones. Makes a very loud crack, even with the smaller bugs.
Had this in the shop for several weeks now and it’s killed dozens of flies and insects! It’s in the same room as another smaller zapper which is only 20w and half the size. I’d say this version has killed 10x more!
Extremely effective so far, recommended.
Be aware it’s big, probably too big for most homes but great for commercial use.
Arrived quick, 1st 1 was damaged in transit and was sparking constant and burnt out company replaced with no questions. This one works perfectly.
Needs cleaning but im disabled so have to wait for someone to do it. Never buy anything else, this is the best!

Amazing really easy to use and helps kill all flying bugs that would go near it in our shop. We used to have many flying bugs around but hopefully the amount has reduced ever since we got this. We’ve had this product for 2 years and unfortunately it stopped working we tried to open it up and change the bulbs but it wouldn’t come out and it broke so we just had to bug another one.
I had purchased another fly zapper prior to this and it did not work at all! I have had this one in my conservatory for about 4 weeks now and and am very pleased with it as it actually does work. Each morning I see the tray and grills with flies and there are none annoying me in the conservatory any longer. This is a great and effective product and does what it is supposed to. A*****
Went for the higher wattage and it paid off, this is killing the flies with no issues. Easy to remove tray to clean out the dead flies and the longer lead was perfect for reaching the nearest plus. Gets a 5 star from us and well worth the money

The product replaces a similar unit which gave great performance over many years, so no issues and fantastic that I could still purchase a replacement.
It is larger than I anticipated – should have taken more notice of the measurements. But it works with a satisfying zip sound.
Outstanding results ; rather like the smell of napalm in the morning ; I love the crack as another fly bites the dust.
After seeing the Xterminater in my local chip shop. I decided to purchase and find the the installation easy and the fly problem is now resolved. I have just one critical issue that is the collection tray needs some modification to stop the dead flys falling onto the floor.
Was bought for a caf, after the old fly killer died, fantastic within a few mins of turning on insects were flinging themselves at it. A few zaps later there were even small flies on the bulbs.

Item is brilliant, so easy to use and hang from ceiling every thing has been thought of chains for hanging or mounting holes for walls. It’s so easy to empty, for the money outstanding quality
Had to re-organize part of kitchen to site it high enough with necessary clearance (on a shelf) but that was no bad thing, can now leave patio doors open without being annoyed by flies
