Absolute God send after my hysterectomy. Various sizes of strapping for gentle or firm support. This band is helping me recover so well. Gives my stomach support without annoying the incision. Helping the swelling go down. Really good constructive support Nice Packaging. *****
Product arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and does the job. Just gave birth so using it to help my back. I liked it so much I ordered another one for a relative who received theirs 2 days ago!
Very easy to use. Didnt use pelvis belt yet but other two help the posture. Be careful with your size, if you have a big bump after birth and over 85-90kg maybe u should go with L not M.
Cons –
– Material is thick so it is not invisible under clothes.
– Can’t be worn for a long time
– Fitting is not ideal so the edges will show under the clothes, the only way to hide it is if you wear an overcoat on top of original clothing.
– Not ideal for women with c section as it will be painful to wear before 3 months and it is typically too late by then to wear it.
Pros-
– The velcro is strong enough to withhold for a long time and you can make it as tight you like.
– Effective not only to help your tummy to get back into shape but assists with back pain too.
– Sturdy fabric and durable.
I gave birth just over 3 weeks ago, I had C section, therefore, I started using it only this week. I’m wearing it about one hour a day. Already can see difference! Love that you can alter it to your needs by wearing only one or all 3 bands at the same time.
very good product comes in three separate belts for tummy, stomach and hips. you can use either one of them at a time or all to make the full package. give you very good comfort and size is something that you can adjust so no issues. only thing i would say is that sometimes the belt folds while using.
Absolute must for pp mums. I must admit I was a bit skeptical buying the 5 week pp. I now wish I had bought it sooner.
Although a little confused at first after reading instructions was easy to wear. Once on I felt instant relief ,support and comfort. I have suffered from back pain since giving my and cannot believe how this instantly helped relieve pain . I have only worn it a few hours so can’t comment on other functions but worth it for the support alone already. I’m 12st 7lb pp was a 12/14 before and bought xl which fits well
Very happy with the support belt. I had a cesarian delivery and started wearing the belt about a week and a half after. It fits very well and has made a made a big difference. I bought another belt previously but returned it as it was very tight and uncomfortable. This one is fully adjustable and wraps around, which makes it much easier to wear and much more effective — you can easily adjust the tightness as your body changes shape. Would definitely recommend.
I have only used to stomach band as i am only 1week into the birth. so far so good. i feel supported and o feel it has positive impact on my posture.
It’s my 1st week using it and I’ve had it on for a couple hours in the morning and another couple hours in the afternoon/evening, especially if I’m going out for a walk or running errands.
Make sure you only start using it when it’s safe to do so!
Its advises to wear overtop of clothing but I found this causes the band to ride up. Might be better once I get to wearing all three of them.
It says one size and I’m usually a size 8-10 and found that I was tightening to the last bit of Velcro. For anyone smaller you mind find you can’t pull it right enough.
However, I had a natural delivery and put the stomach band on one day after he was born. It is so comfortable, not too tight, no hard boning in the back, the velco is sturdy and it doesn’t rise up once you have it positioned correctly.
I chose the black band (to me looks nicer than the nude one) and have worn it since he was born. The instructions are so clear and they come with pictures (trust me you will need it with baby brain).
