This cable works fine pushing 4k@60hz and 1440p@120hz without any artifacts or signal issues. My only complaint is that the cable seems to be much stiffer than others that I have used, however maybe this could make it stronger so I don’t particularly mind.
My older smart TV did not support newer TV streaming services, this cable enabled me to use my laptop as a TV streaming device whilst outputting to TV with reasonable video quality
Bought four of these now, fantastic quality 2.1 hdmi cables. Work perfectly for my PS5 and Xbox Series. Also using on my gaming laptop and getting 4k 120hz and HDR and doesnt skip a beat.
I wanted to connect my SKY Q box with UHD to my Panasonic TV. However, the cable needed to be hidden under my floorboards and run along the floor void to my TV at the other end of the room. I was told 5m was the maximum length cable in order to transmit 4K signals from my Sky box. This cable is 7.5m long and works perfect. Also the tough stiff braided cable was ideal for threading under the floor. Would recommend for anyone wanting to run a long cable carrying a 4K signal. According to the product description, this will transmit an 8K signal so future-proofing any new TV purchase.
Well, I bought this so I can connect my work laptop to my TV at home, to make my life easier when I am working from home. I take it with me everywhere I travel on business so I can do the same with hotel TVs. So, it suffers a lot of folding and unfolding, packing and unpacking. durability is very important to me, and so far this is still in perfect condition. I totally recommend this. A bonus, the length of the cable means I can set up some distance from a TV and make sure I am comfortable. One very happy customer.
Apon running a diagnostic check on my new Samsung TV it said to update my hdmi for a newer faster 1 . Apon fitting this cable it still says this I believe there to be no difference between this 8k hdmi and the 1supplied with my sky Q box
I picked this up as my new Hisense 55A7G wouldnt work at all with my current hdmi cables
and would just say no signal the tv is only hdmi 2.0 but decided to get a 2.1 cable as you would presume
the signal quality would be better with 4m being a tad on the longer side
anyway the cable works fine at 2.0 atleast (3840×2160@60)
its one of the thinnest and lightest cables i own though
the 4m cable weigh’s about the same as a factory 1.8m cable and is slightly thinner
it works fine at 2.0 i wouldnt bet on it being fine at 2.1 (48gbps) though
the build quality looks decent and i decided to use this cable in the end
due the the other cable i ordered being on the other end of the extreme
Primewire 4m 2.1 Cable was a tad thick and heavy
Got to admit, I was sceptical about buying an HDMI 2.1 cable on here. I even bought 2 different types as I’ve had plenty of dodgy leads from ebay. Both are brilliant and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Can’t ask for more. And to save time I’ll be leaving the exact same review for the other leads
Just upgraded my system to 4K and the previous HDMI cables which allegedly should have worked kept failing with loss of signal. Reading online and quite a few articles state that there is no such thing as a 4K hdmi cable and all hdmi cables are the same. This cannot be true based on my experience. These cables are definitely superior in quality and they output 4K HDR to a very high standard. The signal is also very stable with no loss of picture or sound so not all HDMI cables are the same.
