acquistata maglia posturale donna, mi sono regolata per la misura dalla tabella misure data dal rivenditore ho preso una taglia XL ( circonferenza petto 113 cm ) , risulta molto comoda ma non aderente.
il venditore nelle descrizione avvisa che se non si dovesse ottenere un beneficio di prendere una taglia in meno, nonostante tutto ho preferito tenermi la Xl.
Dopo l’uso di una settimana i dolori a livello dorsali sono notevolmente diminuiti e sento la differenza quando non indosso la maglia ( verificato con 2 giorni di non uso). Naturalmente per casi pi gravi e dolori pi consistenti non posso consigliarla (meglio chiedere ad un medico). Ne acquister sicuramente un’altra di colore bianco

Aggiornamento: acquistata un altra di colore bianca misura L , molto aderente, ho trovato fastidioso la circonferenza braccia molto stretta, l’ho tenuta in quanto la trovo ottimale
Toutefois, malgr un change, je n’ai pas pu trouver une taille adapte ma morphologie. (Soit trop court et trop serr, soit trop grand sans effet de tension). J’avais toutefois apprci l’effet redresseur du modle trop petit et voulais me procurer un t-shirt de posture. J’ai donc dcouvert cette marque et ai command le S et XS pour voir si une taille pouvait me convenir dans cette marque.
J’ai gard le S qui me convient parfaitement. Il m’est trs confortable, plus long et plus lastique que la marque franaise, mme si les tensions ne se font pas forcment aux mmes endroits.
Cela fait maintenant 5 mois que je l’utilise et ma posture s’est amliore. J’avais rgulirement des douleurs aux cervicales ou des torticolis, je n’en n’ai plus depuis que j’ai ce t-shirt qui aide redresser ses paules.
J’en suis trs satisfaite et pense m’en acheter un second couleur chair, plus discret sous des vtements plus lgers.
The shirts look like sports training tops and I would personally wear primarily as an undergarment given how they cling to the body to allow the support technology to work.
We have both been genuinely amazed at the effectiveness of the shirts and will be purchasing more. The support technology around the lower back stimulates muscle use that wouldn’t normally occur with normal clothing which has definitely helped to ease pain and stiffness throughout the day, which was exactly why we made the purchase.
It is worth noting however that the first couple of times you wear the shirt it feels like you have undertaken specific lower back exercises so it is probably best to wear them in before wearing for a full day to get used to the feeling the extra support gives you.
