I bought this one as it is larger in Basket than my old one (2 years old). My only eregreaat is that it is NOT digital controlled, but it should be OK

I’m sure there are more sophisticated air fryers, but the simplicity of a temperature and timing dial, and a good capacity within a compact and flat topped design works for us, all at a very reasonable price.

It’s nice and big great for price but I haven’t really used it yet. Looks great for price and can’t wait to have time to experiment using it. I’m very pleased with the size

Ordered this for my motorhome so I could use my air fryer, and it works a treat! Easy to charge only 1 hour from flat! Easy to use on app! Would definitely recommend

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersDoes the job for me and cooks well. It is very cost effective over my conventional oven that I only use for Pizza. The only thing I have found is that the on/off light is very dim probably because it is a red light behind black tinted scree

Hi have held out for years to join the air fryer craze and had no idea which one to purchase, I am so glad I chose this one, it’s easy to use and a fantastic size for a family of five, highly recommend

It’s brilliant, easy to use and clean. I’m eating healthier, nothings getting burned and it’s MUCH cheaper to use than a regular oven. With todays energy costs this is a no brainer. Get one now!!!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersCompletely new to air fryers, I was a bit afraid that I wouldn’t figure it out but thanks to googling what I want to cook and approximating their instructions I am very happy with the results.
It’s no more noisier than a microwave and does most things in less than 20 minutes (just cooking for me, not a whole family). Using a liner in the cooking draw means you don’t get any mess in the actual fryer so for me there hasn’t been any downside to the Air Fryer at all

Love my air fryer. Easy to use, good value for money and a fairly decent sized fryer for one meal.

Perfect air fryer, large tray and east to clean, I use it nearly every day

Cannot fault this. Fries almost exactly as specified (though perhaps 5 minutes longer needed for chips), restores crispiness to croissants. Even my reluctant wife is impressed.

Never had an airfryer before, didn’t know what the hype was all about. Now i do, i love it! I’ve only used my over to make a pizza because its the only thing ive so far found that won’t fit in the airfryer!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a great machine. I use it for everything and haven’t used my main oven since I got this. My previous well known brand fryer conked out one month after warranty but wasn’t as good as this. The 5.5 litre is perfect for two people without having to layer food.

So basically great at its job, BUT the bolts in the tray has fallen out so it’s unusable at the moment and I’m unable to find new bolts, dissatisfied with build quality dunno what to do

I have gone through about 8 Air Fryers as they are used twice a day and although you wash them they still they still get very greasy.
This Air Fryer is brilliant i use washing up liquid after 1 or 2 uses and it comes up as new.
    Highly Recommend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Userswe had builders in – (doing a new kitchen ironicall) so i got this a short term fix to do hot meals- wow! this thing is great for doing food and without all the hassle of watching several pans at once and generally fannying about

shove your food on crank up the temperature, set the timer and crack open a can and 10-20minures later voila a pretty decent meal

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI purchased the 5l knob version, and loved everything about it! But… after using it once most days, something gave up the ghost, the thing worked perfectly, but the basket was no longer secure in the drawer/pan. I was never 100% sure that the little plastic bit on the top of the handle was ideal, but it was something else that failed, I could no longer shake the basket in the pan, and taking out the pan and basket meant supporting it with an oven glove. I looked at replacing it, and noticed that Uten do a bigger version the 7.5l with touch screen, there is no separate basket, just a grill that fixes securely inside the pan, so the problem I had with the small one will never be an issue! Amazon as usual were brilliant when I contacted them about the problem I was having, they offered me a partial refund, but I declined as it just wasnt safe to use any more. They then asked me to return it for a full refund. My 7.5l arrived promptly and its vastly superior…. I especially like the buzzer when the cooking is complete, with the knob version there was only a single ping!… you are lucky if you hear that in my house!!!!
Anyway…. thank you Uten, thank you Amazon… blown away by my new shiny air fryer, which incidentally takes up very little extra space than the smaller version! Dont think about it… just buy one… they’re BRILLIANT!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis is one of those buys that i wasn’t sure about, left it for ages, looked at lots of reviews then finally succumbed and bought it. I have bought lots of items that just end up in the cupboard and i was worried this would be just another item to add to my collection, however this is simply one of those things that i wish i had bought ages ago. no fancy LED screens, just dial in the temperature and time and out pops a delicious meal faster and better tasting than a conventional oven. cheaper to run and very easy to clean but i do use paper food trays which work really well. no problems yet but if it ever breaks i will certainly but another one of these

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI bought this after hubby had a heart attack and we knew we needed to make some changes.

Most meats and chips that I’ve tried are lovely. I haven’t tried much from the recipe book provided yet. My veggies that I’ve tried have not been a success!

It does take a long time – I’ll cook my thick lamb chops and thick chips together at the highest temperature for 20 minutes, but the end result is great, and you can just turn it on and forget about it, rather than hovering over a grill.

I also bought some air fryer baskets that have made this the perfect appliance

The 2 cooking layers can go in the dishwasher, but do take up a huge amount of room. I’m just as likely to fill the solid base with soapy water and wash both layers in that – so far only a cloth has been needed as it’s very non stick.

I’m totally delighted with this product!

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersMy culinary knowledge is limited to Burger King have the best burgers, KFC have the best fries, and Maccy D’s have the quickest service, but even I can taste the difference in food prepared in this air fryer compared with my clunky old oven. The menu took me a little while to get my head around, though the on/off, pause and timer buttons are actually the only ones I’ve ended up using (the on/off button is also the start button – that’s what took me the longest to suss out). I’ve been enjoying experimenting these past five months with different food that can go in. So far it’s been used at least once each day. The tray is big enough that it can accommodate anything this fat bachelor has so far thrown at it. It even takes small pizzas, though beware that when cooking a pepperoni pizza that the air currents whizzing around inside will leave precious little pepperoni on the pizza itself. So, what’s not to love; it’s quicker than my oven, will hopefully be cheaper, and definitely produces tastier food. I’m quite happy with it.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersGreat little air fryer this. Not a massive drawer on it so if you’re cooking for a load of people you’ll want something bigger. But it’s perfectly adequate for a couple or the kids and cooks everything brilliantly. It’s ridiculously easy to use too. I bought the heatproof liners for the draw, just to save on washing up and mess, and it all works a treat. Easy steaks, chicken, fish and all that kind of thing. Turbo charged roast potatoes etc. I’ve not tried desserts but it looks like you could do quite a lot with it. The mini guide book it comes with is handy, it’s assembly was self explanatory really. Only slight niggle for me is the plastic push clip for extracting the drawer feels a bit cheap. It’s a minor thing. Other than that for the price it’s fab and doesn’t take up half the kitchen side. Looks quite stylish although since I realised it looks like a robotic version of the head of a Gruffalo, I can’t unsee it. But it sits happily on the kitchen side watching and waiting for food to cook. It’s fast too, and using less energy these days for anything is never a bad thing. Worth the money for this. If I get what I want from this, I may upgrade one day to the more elaborate branded ones. For now, this is worth the money.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersUTEN 5.5 litre Manual Air Fryer:

I chose this air fryer for its capacity and for its ease of use. I avoid digital devices where possible because I dislike spending so much time pressing buttons and programming complicated devices for the simplest of tasks. This air fryer just has two dials for temperature and time which is all you need and is what makes it so easy and such a pleasure to use. The capacity is good at 5.5 litres so it will take a small to medium whole chicken and having had it for three weeks now I can confidently say the results are very good.

Whether you just want it on for 5 minutes to make a quick cheese on toast or for 20 minutes or longer to cook a main meal the results are food cooked to perfection. I have cooked the cheese on toast in this machine as well as fresh fish and home made chips, , chicken breasts, sausages and even fillet steak and everything has come out cooked to perfection so far and it is so easy.

As for cleaning, I wash up by hand and a quick dunk in the washing-up bowl with a good wipe over each time you use it keeps the inner and outer pan like new and ready for the next use. So easy to keep clean, no hassle at all.

Before I had this air fryer I limited myself to putting the big oven on due to running costs. Now I have the air fryer I’m using it all the time so whether it actually saves money on power remains to be seen but it is certainly a pleasure to use and the results are excellent every time.
