Bought it to connect my cctv with nvr recorder. All works well, no issues so far. good price
I needed a slightly longer ethernet cable. this worked perfectly, as expected of course
Upgrading my cat5 cables with the cat6 and worked fine.
It’s an Ethernet cable. It plugs in both ends. It continues to work.
Amazon basics is as close as you get to having a brand wire no need to spend more money. you just know that they’re telling the truth about which CAT rating the cable is and you can move forward with your purchase.
I had upgraded to fiber broadband and needed some new CAT6 cables to take full advantage of my faster speeds. After some research, I decided to purchase this cable, and I’m very happy with my decision.
The cost is perfect as the local store wanted nearly 20 euro for a slightly longer cable. The build quality of this cable is excellent and the cable feels sturdy and well-made. Over all I think I have ordered 6 now all in all for the various connections I needed them for.
I would definitely recommend this CAT6 cable to anyone looking to upgrade their home network to take advantage of any higher speeds they might have.
This is perfect for extending my hdmi leads to my cctv drv
Nice product. Not much you can say about them really other than they do the job perfectly. Nice price as well.
As I am housebound this was a helpful replacement so why spend more?
Nothing exceptional about this item. It is a simple patch cable that works well. I use this cable to connect my ISP’s router to the ONT (Optical Network Terminator) that my full fibre Internet connection is delivered through. The ONT will always be mounted on an external wall but for most homes the router will need to be towards the centre of the home to ensure adequate WiFi coverage. Consequently, the cable running between the two will limit the maximum speed of your Internet connection if it is does not meet the required standard.
The Amazon cable came packed in a simple brown, card box that protected it during transit. The box was of an adequate size to ensure that the cable was not wound too tight, avoiding the risk of damage to the wires within it. Running a speed test on my computer demonstrates that this cable is capable of delivering the full 500mbps service that I am paying for, so I am completely satisfied with it.
