Brilliant quality lead. I have bern having problems connecting to Carplay in my car so thought i would invest in a good quality lead connection.these leads solved all my problems. They were a great price too.
Been using Anker for some years now and find them to be long lasting and reliable. Now, if only they could find a way to make them less attractive to my children…
Perfect length, not too short or long. I use it at my bedside and I can turn over without it pulling from the plug! Charges faster than my usb c cable I got with my phone and doesn’t bend or break. Great price too, recognized brand. Comes with 2, gave the other to my partner.
Sturdy and looks snazzy too.
Durable braided cable, plenty of length and flexibility, useful charger to replace my old, broken one! I find the Anker brand of charging cable much better quality than my phone branded options (especially Apple).
I feel like you can get lost down the rabbit hole when you start reading reviews for things like this. These cables do everything you need them to and they don’t feel like they’re going to disintegrate. They’re fab and they’re cheap.
If you need new charging cables, save yourself half an hour of browsing and just buy them.
My one regret is maybe not buying longer cables but just don’t be an idiot like me and measure the length you need.
Nothing bad to say. You get 2 cables and they seem well made and durable. Have been using one daily for a couple of weeks and it’s all good.
The only drawback and this is my fault, I underestimated how long these are so if you want to charge something from a laptop on your desk, the cable will get in the way although they do provide a nice velcro tie
It’s a great set of cables, haven’t worn down at all and are capable of the full charging speed on all my devices, but keep in mind the length of the cable, you may think that _ is long but it’s actually only 5 dvd cases/100% keyboards/just over 4 Nintendo switches (including joycons)
Looks great, but the most important aspect is that the cable is much better quality than apple, even though apple charge an arm and a leg for everything they sell
If you need USB cables, these are probably the best.
Strong construction.
Good data and power transfer.
Have used their USB-B to USB-C cables before without any issues, and they’re still going strong.
These are for USB-C to USB-C connection in a Kia EV6.
Would recommend to family and friends.
These are great. I always buy Anker cables as they last. They are well made especially for mobiles etc any device that uses a type c to type c.
Highly Recommended and their customer service is very good as well.
Definitely worth the money over the cheaper makes.
Have several of these Anker type C cables now, very reliable.
I realised I inadvertently left only 2 stars for this review.
I am very happy with the quality and price.
I like the quality of these cables. Well made and very fast delivery from Amazon. I have not tested the maximum power delivery as I prefer to keep charging at a low rate so as not to over-stress equipment batteries. They do everything I need.
Just what I needed. I’m sick of stupidly short wiring to recharge my phone. I have to take my phone to work but due to regs the bank of sockets is halfway up the wall and whilst sat at a desk I can’t reach my phone if it’s charging. Problem solved. I am impressed by the sturdiness of the cable, not some thin strip of wire.
Would highly recommend.
I have had Anker cables previously, so I know they are good. A bit early to talk about durability, but based on previous cables, I think they will last well. Good for the price.
It’s a very good looking cable, and previous experience with this brand suggests it backs up it’s looks with quality but – big but that’s lost it a star – the plastic housing around the contact is too chunky to fit into the recessed port for device I wanted to use it with (Huion Kamvas).
I stress: Check your device before you buy this.
I would say for anything like a phone, tablet etc, or anything else where the port sits flat/flush with the device casing you should be good to go, but if the port is in a deeper recess it needs to be a big/wide one.
I’ve brought these cables on my travels around the world and they continue to serve me wonderfully! They have great quality connectors, the cable is braided which seems to lessen the chances of a tangle, and the
data and charging speeds (including qualcom fast charging) are perfectly reasonable for a cable of its length and price!
If you’re like me and in need of a relatively lengthy and high quality braided cable to charge your USB-C devices, this cable pack is most certainly for you!
I bought this in July 2021. I have used this pretty much everyday since I got it, so I’ve had and used it everyday for the last year and a half. Unfortunately I have just quite literally discovered that one of the pins inside as broken and will no longer charge the device at 23:56. I suspect that I accidently broke it while cleaning my room rather than the charger ‘failing’ on me. I’ve been using this charger more than less while in bed. The six foot cable was perfect for me to be able to roll from one side to another, I had plenty of room without being strangled by the cable. Unfortunately tonight I’ll have to lay on my unfavourable side to use it while I watch a few videos before bed. The cable genuinely hasn’t frayed anywhere on the cable, the cable is still tightly knitted together. Personally I’m even more impressed because the the cable was almost a 90degree bend and displayed zero fraying. The lack of fraying and intact charging is a testiment to the quality of the cable.
In short, I have owned this for a year and six months, it hasn’t frayed, it has been bent almost 90degrees probably for the last year and hasn’t once let me down or stopped working. The only reason I believe it stopped working is simply because I must’ve damaged it while cleaning my room.
I can’t find the twin after searching for it, I’ll find it after I purchase another two after publishing this review. I hope these next two are just as fantastic.
Sturdy and well made! What can I say? The oldest Anker cables I still use are probably 10-11 years old. It is worth checking their other products. I have Anker external batteries, chargers, cables, adapters, Bluetooth speakers. My first product made by them was approximately 11 years ago- high capacity battery for Samsung Galaxy S. Yes, back then, it was simple to change batteries, moreover that battery still holds charge even now! All the Anker products I have, are still in working order!
Affordable quality is difficult to find. Anker still provides what I need from them.
I needed some more usb c to c cables and Anker are now my go to. I always check if there is any competition from other manufacturers but I never find any even close to the value and quality of Anker. I looked at different Anker ones as well and always like the idea of the newest ones but for what I needed and at such a great price these seemed ideal for what I needed. The cost of two was less than one of the newer ones. I already have a usb a to c in a similar design and I like the nylon cable, it seems to attract less dust and feels sturdier to me.
The first need was to connect a new camera directly to a laptop as the camera didn’t come with one. Transfer speeds are great, no problems and the length of the cable means it is easy to connect the two without worry of the cable getting pulled or having to put the camera right next to the laptop and the cable being moved, drag the camera, if the laptop moves even just a little. It means I can have the laptop on my lap and the camera safely by my side.
I also use them for charging devices and the charge speed through them is again fantastic. I have chargers and PD power banks that can deliver more than 60W and the cable works fine and the speeds are more than enough for what I need, they obviously charge much faster than the cables I have got with phones or laptop but I’m not geeky enough to actually time them.
As always great cables, feel great quality and velcro cable tidies they come with are always a great bonus.
I finally have enough cable length to be able to charge my phone almost anywhere.
I recently purchased the Galaxy Note20 Ultra and realised one of the worst aspects of the phone was the charging cable — It is ridiculously short!
And I can also say that I was impressed by my 6ft braided Anker USB-C to USB-A cable I had for my Samsung Galaxy S9+. I thought I could use it again, but the new charger requires a charging cable that has USB-C connector on both ends — so I ended up buying these cables.
* Build quality is excellent with no flaws to be found in fit or function.
* The cables only support USB 2.0 and data transfers at 480Mb/s. These days, this is a pretty low spec, though, and many new devices perform at must faster data rates – but that shouldn’t be a problem because 480Mb/s is not a low speed at all.
+ and I love being able to have some freedom while charging due to the extra length.
Pros:
+ Fast charging / Excellent data transfer speed
+ Durable / Sturdy – feels like I could use it as climbing rope
+ Braided
+ Attractive design
Cons:
– No complaints
I have no issues or cons with the cables and would recommend these to anyone needing to charge a smartphone / tablet or any other USB-C device.
Highly recommended!
