I’d seen these kinds of hoops all over TikTok and I wanted to buy one but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for it not to work or for me to not get along with it. I had a weighted hula hoop a couple of years ago (the large one without the ball) and I couldn’t get into a routine with it and it’s been collecting dust ever since. This however is perfect!
It took a couple of spins to try and get into a rhythm but once you’ve got it, it works perfectly! I received it today and I’ve done 30 minutes already, using my Apple Watch to track the session. I can’t wait to become more regular and see if the weight loss happens!
