This is a good product and came with a 2 year warranty. I had a fault with mine recently however I contacted the seller and was sent out a brand new one straightaway. The seller was super quick and very friendly!

Been looking for something for my iPhone 13 to plug into my 2009 ford kuga.
Tried a couple of other things but didn’t work properly (cuts out while playing and one didn’t work at all.
Bought this cable and so far all good. Sound quality is good , no cutting out during music . So a thumbs up from me.

It doesn’t want to connect to my phone. For some reason the sound cuts out after a while. I don’t know if it’s the cable or my phone though. But I stopped using it after a while.

I have purchased other cables for using with my AUX in the car but this one is the best one so far. Very easy to use – just plug into your phone and the car and off you go. Customer service from this company was very good.

The Cable is absolutely amazing, I can play any song from YouTube or Spotify in my car now, it also saves money instead of me buying lots of DVDs from song artists, I can just go on YouTube and play any song I want. It is also very easy to connect to the car it took me less that a minute to connect my phone to my car.

Delivery was prompt, I urgently needed a reliable and genuine aux cord as I just recently bought my first car. The reviews convinced me to give it a go and see if it works to a good standard atleast. I’m glad I got it, now I don’t need to go through the hassle of being disappointed from a faulty or bad quality aux. Includes a 2 year warranty which is an added bonus.

eceived a first cable and experienced a few issues with sound cutting out due to a poor connection however the seller reached out to me without me even saying anything! i got a free replacement and it works so much better, amazing company and customer service and personally i think it’s great considering price compared to other cables on amazon

I had ordered one of these aux cables and it was very crackly and bad sound quality, however once the seller found this out they quickly sent me a new one and it is off much better quality! I would recommend!

Yes it works. Yes it’s easy to use and yes it fits my phone. Every now and again it will glitch and only go to one speaker in the car. Not an issue I can deal with that. It would be more helpful that it charge the phone but yes again it’s a aux cord not a changing cable. Haven’t had any problems as yet. Maybe anyone that is complying should read the reviews before purchasing the product. I don’t no just an idea!

Not much to say other than it works. Like all these types of leads they will degrade over time and I’m fully expecting to have to replace it after lots of use as there isn’t much protection. This is why it’s not the best value for money but these leads aren’t particularly cheap on Amazon so it’s the best of what there is for the price.

The first aux cord I ordered didn’t work properly, when the jack moved in the socket it would cut off certain speakers in my car or just wouldn’t play. I got in touch with the company and they sent me out a replacement straight away free of charge which arrived really quickly. Christina later messaged me to check that my new aux cord worked and was very friendly and helpful! The aux cord is a good basic one if you don’t want to spend lots of money, thank you!

Phenomenal customer service as the first aux cable did not work and I was contacted directly to ask how my purchase experience was, for me to let them know it was faulty and to then receive a brand new aux cable in a matter of days. The new aux worked to perfection and I have had no problems since receiving it. Highly recommend

The product came on time which was quick and is working from the moment I lugged it to my phone. I gave 4 starts as I only just bought it. Christina at customer service was really nice. She contacted me to make sure everything is okay and advised that there is 1 year warranty. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service. The aux cord works really well and I’ve had no issues. It’s very easy to use as you just plug it into your phone and into the car and you are sorted!
However, might need a longer cable then 1m as if you have passengers in the back the cable is not longer enough

If you have a newer Iphone and you want to be able to play music through your car with an aux cable then you need this! This is great, I’ve had no problems with this at all and I feel like it’s so much cheaper than what I’ve seen in shops previously when they’ve been nearly 20 to buy and this one was under 10 so there is a big price difference between the two. When I plug this into my phone the only problem that I’ve had is that it won’t play my music unless it has been unlocked first which isn’t a problem just as soon as you get into your car set it up so you don’t have to do it when driving.

Our son was having problems with the old aux cable in our car and playing his Spotify playlist. We weren’t actually sure if the problem was with our stereo or the phone or the cable but this was the cheapest way to find out. Who knew that you needed an iOS12 compatible lead? Not this mum! “It works very well with my iphone 7, great sound quality without any hiss. I am now back to enjoying my tunes rather than the shabby radio stations and songs on the parentals usb” says he. You can’t buy taste in music, sadly, and thanks to this cable I have just had a whole weekend of travelling the country with his music choices 🙂
