This tablet is just great for my use as a security camera viewing tablet which I leave at work.
Simple and straightforward for me this tablet is linked to the camera system at home and at work it remains separate from the work computer but gives a constant connection with home and the camera with a speaker there, so that I can speak to the Amazon delivery people when they arrive (and others of course).
This affords peace of mind in all sorts of ways; the tablet I’m sure is good in other ways but for me this is what it does, and it does it well. Cheap option for peace of mind….
Love this tablet very fast battery lasts ages. I only use for games n youtube but in my opinion it is just as good as the expensive ones
I recently purchased the Azeyou 10 inch Android 9 Tablet for my son, as we were looking for an affordable tablet option that would be suitable for his needs. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would give it a 4-star rating.
One of the best features of this tablet is its affordability. It is an excellent option for anyone on a budget who is looking for a tablet with basic features. The tablet comes with a Quad Core Processor and 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB with a microSD card. This allows my son to store all of his favourite games, videos and apps.
The tablet also has a HD IPS screen and a decent camera, which is a plus considering the affordable price point. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities are also quite good, which makes it easy for my son to connect to the internet and transfer files between devices.
One of the drawbacks of this tablet is that it can be a bit slow at times, especially when running multiple apps simultaneously. However, given its price point, this is to be expected.
Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase of the Azeyou 10 inch Android 9 Tablet as a budget tablet for my son. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of more expensive tablets, it serves its purpose well and has all the basic features that my son needs. If you are on a budget and looking for a simple tablet for basic use, this could be a good option for you.
first time tablet, easily set up by following on screen instructions although the small manual included could be useful. the product specs re memory and expansion seemed to differ depending on which part of the description you read
This is a good tablet J got it for a Birthday prese
Nice device, very sharp picture, great sound and good battery, it is responsive and quick for a device at this low price point, even the camera takes relatively good photographs.
I am really surprised what tablet you can get for just 79.99.
It is not the fastest on the market, but it is still pretty good.
I personally wanted to use this tablet to let my kid watch cartoons and the tablet does the job well.
It was easy to set up and easy to get it ready to be used.
The tablet has only 1GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM ,which is overall okay ,but may need to wait for some of the apps to load a bit longer.
Both cameras are not great and I wouldn’t use them, but in some cases they will still do the job.
The tablet has 10 inch screen ,which is a fairly big screen and the quality is not bad.
Overall it is a tablet that will still do the job without spending too much money.
Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.
This is a pretty basic tablet by 2023 standards, but at the price it’s a real bargain.
Under the covers, this is the minimum configuration you can really used for running Android Go and is based on a quad core processor running at 1.5GHz with 1GB Ram and 16GB for your apps and data. YOu can expand this up to ad another 128GB via a micro SD card. The interfaces include a mini HDMI port, and a headphone socket. There is a mini USB port for charging. Sadly there is no USB-C which is becoming the standard for charging and data transfer these days.
Setup was pretty painless, the table is charged on arrival, but I plugged in anyway to completely charge the batteries. Linking to my home WiFi was straightforward and once my user accounts were configured I was able to download the apps I needed. I’m going to be honest here, I only loaded Kindle to read books. I’ve not used it for listening to straming music as I have other options for that at home and any business apps are run from either my desktop or laptop.
I’ve used the web browser and had no complaints about speed and reading books seems pretty speedy. As a cheap device for reading or as a kids tablet I can’t fault this at all. Yes the charging interface is rather out of date and I would have preferred USB-C as it is becomeing a standard, but at this price I’m not complaining.
A great little tablet. Comes packaged really nicely and feels high end.
It works straight away without any charging.
The screen is high quality and not blurry.
I’d definitely recommend getting a case for it especially if children will use it / be near it.
You can easily connect to Wi-Fi and download apps
For the money I’m really impressed with this. It plays videos well and we had no problems with it!
Highly recommend for the price point.
It’s a good product, great quality for the price, obviously is a basic tablet but better than some recognised brands.
Value for money
I like it for my son but a negative point is that I tried to find a case everywhere and I didn’t find it.
Thisnis a great tablet to use for the kids or for those on a budget who don’t need it to run masses of streaming or full true gamer style games.
Came so well boxed and so well presented that it looked worth so much more ehan it cost. Its a great size with a good clear screen which shows everything to a high quality indeed.
Came charged so we were able to set it up right away which eas easy . Difficult.to download an app and search at the same.time but patience and it doesn’t take long.
Str4am well enough with no problems for us and llays app games well.
Good for rhe news and Facebook etc.
It’s not.ppwerful.enpugh for true gamers or huge apps and for savings tons of work but for those on a tight budget Trull love this amd it’s built to last.
Wanted a cheap tablet to play on a monitor and this worked, its a mini HDMI cable you need not a micro
This is a basic tablet at a decent price. It’s not anything spectacular but serves its purpose well and you can pretty much do anything on it for a fraction of the price of the bigger names. Works well and suits me so would definitely recommend it.
This is a fab little budget android tablet that arrives with a full charge and ready to set up and a charging cable for after. It looks smart and in my view more high end than it is.
It was quick to set up but then took a while to get just the apps I have showing on my photo, as it started to struggle speed wise when I asked it to download and search at the same time.
If using it to watch movies or shows like I am It streams well once you’ve picked a video but have found it to be quite jerky on searching through the apps, especially ones that have previews. However this is comparing it to my more expensive apple one and for the price I wouldn’t expect it to match that speed.
The camera is probably suited to video calls rather than actual photos as I got mixed results on quality with just a difference of daylight vs the top lights. With the memory too I probably wouldn’t want to fill this up with photos or videos I’ve recorded.
It works well as a little basic work tablet linking into Microsoft office programmes to hold teams calls, answer emails etc. Again it can be a bit slow if working on the cloud and doesn’t have lots of memory to store on the tablet itself (even if you expand with a memory card it would soon slow it up) but it’s handy for a quick check if you’re not in the office.
Boredom breaker games work ok and load/play well, but it’s not really suitable for things like cloud/remote gaming with higher spec (eg games pass). Music plays great through headphones but can become a bit tinny if using the speakers on louder volume.
All in all for the price it is a good starter or budget tablet and does all the basic things you would expect of a basic android tablet with a clear and responsive screen. The battery is decent too, I got lots of screen time before it needed charging again.
“Long Story Short”
Not a high end tablet but it is well made tablet to perform basic tasks
It isnt top shelf one so dont expect lightning speeds
Screen is vibrant LCD, very good quality one
Specifications are on low side, not much or a ROM and RAM so you will notice that if you try to multitask
Very responsive basic tablet, perfect for kids or for watching streaming videos.
For this price, i can say that is worth investing.
Value for money 10 out of 10
A decent entry level tablet. Has a nice clear screen and it boots up very fast. Prorbably not suitable for large
games and 3d rendering software etc. Good enough for most apps and multimedia consumption.
OK, firstly, let’s not get carried away with any reviews comparing this tablet unfavourably with iPads and higher end Samsung offerings. We’re not comparing Ford Fiestas with Ferrari here. This is a good quality budget android tablet. With that in mind, here’s what you’ll get.
Opening the nicely presented white box, you’ll see the tablet wrapped in a foam plastic bag, along with a brief set of instructions, a USB cable AND (drum roll ) an actual UK charging plug! Well done for including this Azeyou.
The tablet comes almost fully charged (plenty enough for the setup process). It starts up relatively quickly and takes you through the usual WiFi and Google account setup process. This tablet is running a vanilla version of Android 9 (Pie). There are no updates for the tablet currently, which makes me think this device will most likely be stuck on Pie for it’s lifespan. You will need to update the Google suite after initial startup too.
The nice thing about this device, is it’s running stock android. No frills, no bloatware, no adware, no extras at all – not even an extra wallpaper! This is great, if you’re familiar with populating your own apps beyond YouTube, Gmail, Google and the like. If you’re used to having your hand held in an ecosystem like an Amazon Fire device, this perhaps isn’t for you. Or, it will just be a different experience!
Now, on to features.
You get a micro USB connection for your charger – not the newer USB C. Interestingly, there’s a mini HDMI connector, so those looking to connect this device to an external display, such as a TV, projector or monitor, are well catered for. No headphone socket, so if that’s a deal breaker for you, move along – nothing for you here! The tablet doesn’t appear to support OTG, so if you were looking to connect USB devices via an adaptor, that may prove problematic. I tried several wired keyboards and controllers with no luck. The good news is Bluetooth appears to be fine with an array of external devices I tried.
The IPS display is nice and bright. Text is crisp, although the screen itself is not amazingly defined. It’s OK for the price. Stereo speakers are built in and they do the job. Again, they’re not amazing and stereo separation isn’t fabulous, but there’s nothing wrong with them. The front and rear cameras, both 2 megapixel, are… well, they’re included! OK for photo memos and a bit of blurry video calling.
You’re able to increase the oboard memory via a MicroSD card slot, with cards up to (so the instructions say) 128gb. The onboard storage is only 16gb, so you’ll most likely find this option useful.
In use the tablet performs as expected. YouTube videos and content from iPlayer are fine. The browser loads pages quickly enough at decent WiFi speeds, although page scrolling is a little jerky. At this end of the market, that’s to be expected. I wouldn’t want to multi task on this device, or run memory hungry games, but for browsing, emails, social media and watching videos it copes perfectly well. If you’re not expecting too much from this budget tablet, it won’t disappoint and if you keep your app data tidy and the tablet relatively junk free you should have a good user experience.
Just a quick note to Azeyou. How about including a screen protector in the box? The tablet doesn’t have a standard sized screen and you may find it difficult to source a screen protector. I haven’t found a good option yet. Maybe other reviewers can include some info if they have better luck.
At 79.99, it’s a good budget tablet option.
This is a budget tablet by a brand i have never heard of. It costs 80 quid at time of review.
I have sat with this for just over a week. I have been using it to browse the internet and play videos on youtube whilst in bed. It managed both perfectly fine.
I did try and use zoom with it for video calls but thats a huge no no, the specs just cant cope with it and just froze and i had to reboot it.
I would say its the perfect tablet to give to your kids for their homework, it cant cope with gaming/zoom etc so there will be less distractions for them.
If you are in the market for a budget tablet this might be okay, but if you can, save up a little more money and buy a kindle fire or a samsung A7 lite.
Set-up was quick and easy and the screen was very responsive. The colours are all vivid and the clarity is pretty good too. The tablet comes with 4gb ram which is decent but possibly not enough for heavy usage or heavy gaming. I don’t think the tablet coped well with multitasking, having various things running concurrently but it might be due to the Android Go OS being simplified.
The device does have an HDMI port but not a traditional HDMI, but rather the mini version. I didn’t know this since both the device itself and the listing state “HDMI”. However, you will need a converter or special cable of you wanted to connect it to your TV.
It comes with 16gb on-board but there’s a micro (I think) USB slot on the base of the device, beside the headphone jack port, that could be handy to expanding memory. I’m enjoying the 10.1″ tablet for general Web searching and videos. I’ve tried a few games but nothing too intense to push the device just yet. This is pretty good especially for the current price of 79.99 though I do feel it might be a touch high. That being said it has decent capability and works smoothly so far so no complaints.
Just be aware, this is an android tablet so if you’re coming from another operating system you’ll need to familiarise yourself. However it’s easy to use and I think the barrier to entry is fairly low so inexperienced users will still enjoy this tablet.
This is a decent budget tablet and works well for browsing or watching a film etc.
It comes fully charged with an easy to follow manual. The tablet was easy to set up and connected to our WI-FI without any problems. Sound is a tad tinny but not that bad in conjunction with headphones.
The tablet comes with a HDMI output so it can be connected to a monitor or TV if required.
There is a card slot at the back so the rather low 16 GB memory can be expanded.
It’s been working well so far and hasn’t been too laggy.
Overall this is a good budget option. Would be fine as a kids tablet or, as mentioned before, for watching and browsing.
A good quality, value tablet.
Packaging is straightforward, with the tablet, charger & basic instructions (all you’d need to get going if you’re not used to them) all supplied. Styling is neat and unobtrusive, and I was glad to find it had almost a full charge as-supplied, making setup quick and straightforward.
Being an Android based OS, the interface is essentially as you would expect -neat, straightforward, and performance is brisk for a value offering. No, it won’t rival the highest-end types for gaming, films etc., but it does a good job on these (more than decent for the money) and for slightly less processor-demanding applications, it motors along slickly and is ideal for general use, from videos, ebooks, general web-browsing etc. so long as you don’t push the multitasking too hard. The display quality is good, as is the touch-sensitive interface, the camera -acceptable for the price. Overall, a good, straightforward, high value tablet. Recommended.
I tried this Azeyou tablet out over a couple of evenings, so far it has met my expectations. The spec is 1.3GHZ on the processor with 1GB Ram and 16GB storage. The unit I feel is best suited for light browsing and media playing, I do not believe the spec to be suitable for gaming due to the low ram. The screen is bright and responsive to touch, the sound quality is not brilliant but easily fixed with some decent headphones plugged into its 3.5mm jack. For the price asked I think this is a decent little product that wont break the bank and will perform most tasks so long as you are patient.
This tablet is supplied in a branded box that also contains instructions, a USB to micro USB charging cable and a USB charger. This tablet runs Android Go and features 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage which is the bear minimum for running Android so I was not expecting much having experience of budget Windows laptops that are so sluggish that they are ultimately frustrating.
However it does have a nippy Media Tek 1.5Ghz 4 core processor and I found the touchscreen responsive and the usability is fine as long as you do not expect it to multitask and open each application individually. It has access to the full Google Play Store and was easy to set up to my Google account via the start up wizard, and linked easily to my home Wi-Fi network.
The 10.1 inch display has a 1280×800 IPS resolution and the screen is clear and bright. Streaming movies and television shows worked well and they looked good when played while the sound was adequate if a little tinny but this can always be extended through speakers or headphones via Bluetooth or using the 3.5mm aux wired connection.
The 16GB storage can be expanded with a micro-SD memory card of up to 128GB via a card slot on the back which should cover most requirements and there is even a mini HDMI if wish to connect to a TV or monitor. There are back and front cameras which are both 2 megapixel resolution and are pretty poor quality but usable for video conferencing, pictures in good light or scanning but you are probably better off using your phone to take pictures or video unless there are no other alternatives.
The battery life good as is the general usability while it feels well made and far more expensive than the current price of just under 70. When you consider the generous 10 inch screen and the fact that it is perfectly usable unless you expect it to run the latest games or complex applications this has to be considered very good value.
Personally I would spend a little more as there are upgraded models from Azeyou that offer extra RAM, and built in storage but if you just want to access the internet, stream a few films and shows as well as checking out YouTube videos this could be what you are looking for.
Got this tablet as a general use one for the children and to hook up to my projector. It comes well packaged, fully charged and with an instruction book, original USB charger and a plug!
It comes charged and is super easy to set up. It has internal storage and also you can pop a memory card in. My primary use for ordering was to use this with my projector as it has a HDMI output. I had to get a mini HDMI to HDMI lead to do this which I didn’t realise, but with hindsight it wouldn’t be a very slimline device with a full-size HDMI port on it! The lead was a few pounds and works great.
The tablet was immediately hijacked by my 8 year old, although she already has a tablet mummy’s new one was a far more attractive option and she has downloaded A LOT of games already. All play well, the display is clear and touch sensitive. If it passes an 8 year olds test it passes mine. The camera is what I expected it to be and isn’t great.
For the price I think it’s a good all round tablet, but it needs a case and a screen protector which will be extra.
This is an excellent budget tablet that is great for browsing the internet or watching movies. As it only features 1GB of ROM, I wouldn’t recommend it as a gaming tablet, as games like Genshin will definitely struggle.
The tablet comes boxed with instructions, USB charging cable and plug adapter. It arrived almost fully charged and connected to our WiFi network effortlessly.
Downloading various apps didn’t take too long and overall it’s responsive touchscreen and speed were excellent.
The screen is clear and bright and movies look good when played. We downloaded various ‘streaming’ apps that all work well.
The sound is reasonable, if not a little ‘canned’ sounding, which to be honest is what I’d expect on a budget range tablet.
Headphones/earphones sound much better when watching films or listening to music. There’s a headphone socket or you can use Bluetooth earphones if preferred. Bluetooth works well and there are no issues with connectivity.
There are 2 ports on this tablet – an HDMI if you should wish to connect to a TV or monitor ( I haven’t tried this myself though ) and a USB micro B port for the charger. Personally I would’ve liked a USB C port on this tablet instead, as this would’ve allowed the use of an external memory drive, keyboard, etc.
The memory is only 16GB but there is room to expand the memory with a memory card of upto 128GB – there’s a card slot on the back.
There’s a 2mp back and front camera – it’s ok, but not great. Having said that, I can’t really remember the last time I used a tablet to take a photo, so for me, the camera isn’t a big deal.
This tablet doesn’t take sim cards, so if you require a tablet with that specific feature then this isn’t for you.
The battery life is really quite good and I can’t complain. After a few hours of watching movies, it only drained the battery down to 65% from full, which was quite impressive.
Overall, it’s a great little tablet that works really well for the price. If you’re not looking to do some hardcore gaming and just want to surf the net and watch some movies on the go, then this might be worth considering.
