These mats are a really lovely way to track how quickly your baby is growing each week and how they’re changing. This particular one has several uses as due to it being square it can be used as a swaddle blanket and it’s also made from muslin so it’s nice and breathable.
It’s packaged really nicely so it would make a perfect gift for a baby shower or just a new baby gift in general.
The arrow and circle feel a little flimsy but you can’t expect much for the price to be honest.

If you are looking for a present for new parents that’s a little different, this could be the product for you.
A very soft sheet (and still soft after one wash), with some floral decoration in nicely ambiguous shades with numerals down either side measuring weeks and months. Included are hardboard pointer and a circle so you can point out which milestone you are taking a photo to memorialise. Perfect for cute and memorable photos of the babies first year. Nicely packed as a gift in a handled box.
Now all you need is a cute, compliant baby to pop in the middle of it for your serial photo shoots!
This would make such a beautiful gift for a Baby Shower or a newborn gift. It comes in beautifully packaged, making it very gift table.
Inside you get the milestone blanket which is super soft and beautifully done. You also get little wooden accessories to highlight how old the baby is. As well as this, you also got a little wooden plaque which you can write on with a pen or a permanent marker The details of the newborn. This could be used as a baby arrival plaque.
This was definitely aimed at a girl as it was pink so just be aware of that. If you are wanting a neutral colour or blue I’m not sure if those are available.
I would just recommend I think this is great value for money at just over 12.
This large size swaddle blanket is also a monthly phot mat form new babies. It arrived in a smart presentation box making it ideal for a birth gift or for a baby shower. The quality is excellent and it is offered for sale at a really good price. My only niggle with this is that the description says it is suitable for baby boys or girls and as it is predominantly covered in pink roses I personally would only give this as a gift for a new baby girl.
Lovely quality and a large size this is a great gift that any new mother would be delighted with – I think the presentation box makes this look far more expensive than it actually is.
