I am a size 12 but measured myself and was more suited to the larger size, which was disconcerting. However, I ordered this cushion and it fits.

It’s really comfortable and enables me to lie on my side with my pregnant belly (27 weeks) supported nicely. I am sleeping better and I don’t have to reposition loads of cushions every time I move / get up. Really pleased with this purchase but clothes sizing indicated is not accurate, so recommend you measure yourself and use the cm guide to find the one for you.

This belt was a life saver for my wife throughout her pregnancy. It gave her relief through all trimesters, allowing her to be more comfortable in bed. If you’re on the fence about buying this, don’t be. It’s the best buy I made for my pregnant wife, hands down.

I’d given up on the idea of having a good nights sleep till the end of my pregnancy until I found this, I’m 33 weeks pregnant and have been suffering sleeping for about a month now. Honestly this was amazing , I woke up with no pain and managed to sleep all the way through, it moves a little when u sleep but nothing to wake you up in the night. Honestly wish I got one sooner . I’m now going to buy a belt for day use also as I think will be worth it too.

This has massively helped ease a lot of the discomfort I’ve been feeling when rolling over or getting up in the night. It definitely helps take some pressure off my hips and lower back and I actually prefer the support band to my pregnancy pillow. The only issue I currently have is that it could do with being a tighter fit – I’m 31 weeks and I feel as though it’s a bit loose but perhaps as the weeks go on it won’t be so much of an issue.

It’s exactly what I’ve needed. With my first pregnancy I would pack myself out with pillows but I’d move a lot in the night so would have to redo all my pillows every time I turned. Now all I use is this and a pillow between my legs. It’s amazing and totally worth the money.
My only complaint is that the material it almost like a tshirt so it stretched. I’m a size uk14 and bought a large and started using from 15weeks because I usually have a large bump early on. I expected that I could loosen the Velcro strap as I got bigger but I think I’ve actually had to tighten it because of the material stretching. Still worth it in my mind though!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’m 5’1″ and was a size 8/10 prior to being pregnant. I’ve been using this belt (size small) from around 27 weeks gestation and it’s far comfier than the maternity pillow I was originally using. It stays in place and bump feels comfortable and not squished. It’s breathable and I didn’t get overheated in it, which was one of my initial concerns. The padded sides really helped to enable me to sleep more comfortably on my sides rather than finding myself sleeping on my back which isn’t good for baby. The only thing I’d suggest is also using a cushion to wedge between your legs as this helped my hips feel more comfortable. I believe you can get this as a set with the leg cushion but I just used my old maternity cushion. I also noticed the size small is less than half the price of the large… I’m not sure why that is but I’m not sure I’d be happy to pay over 60+ for this product. That’s an excessive amount when there’s far cheaper options out there. I think paying 20-30 is fair and I am happy that it’s enabled me and my bump to have a more comfortable nights sleep.

The side panels are nicely padded and the fabric is soft but the belt is huge, I was going to order the bigger size but I read the comments and it said it was quite large I normally wear a UK size 12 and I ordered the s/xs and its really big its not even tight on me yet and I have a reasonably large bump

It’s comfortable and feels nice material wise but even when I’ve put it on snug it still seems to move in the night either up or around my waist so not sure if I should wait till I’m further on in my pregnancy as it’s just never in the position it started at when I wake up lol

Don’t delay in buying this. I was skeptical but after being so uncomfortable had to try it. It’s amazing all of the stretching and pulling pains in my stomach whilst in bed have gone completely and reduced in the day. I would say I am plus size and this fits great with plenty of room. It seemed but when putting it on but fits great and doesn’t move around.

The belt seems large when you are not that far in your pregnancy and sitts a bit loose. However, you can make it more tide.
I got hip/pelvis problems quite early in my pregnancy and had huge problems to sleep. But since I use this belt, I am able to sleep. It doesn’t take the pain away completely but definitely helps.
I recommend it to any woman who has these problems during her pregnancy.

This product has been as asset in helping me sleep and help support my back. My back ache has eased since using it. It moves with you and doesn’t take up much room. I highly recommend as it works for me.

I got this when I was 20 weeks and bump was starting to get big and pull. I’m 27 weeks now and I have good nights sleep apart from needing a wee but this stops the bump feeling heavy. You don’t need loads of pillows surrounding you with this. I would recommend it.

Wore this for the first time last night, takes a bit of getting used to but definitely more comfortable sleeping on my side. Only downside is when it came to taking it off the velcro is so strong it has torn the fabric. Given the current Covid situation I dont want to have to mess about with returning items etc so a bit annoyed about that.

A truly brilliant solution, first time I could get a proper nights sleep and get up pain free in the morning (bought at 30 weeks, wish I had done so earlier!).

My partner had problems sleeping on her side. This belt helped to support her bump and make sleeping easier other than the headaches, leg cramps, cold feet, baby kicks etc obviously. You are all amazing!!!!!

Omg- I LOOOOOOVE this! Makes sleeping so much more comfortable! My husband now even fits properly into the bed again as I was able to reduce the size of my pillow fort. Definitely recommend. It’s worth its price for all of the nights of better sleep!

This product was a life saver!
I really struggled sleeping, esp towards end of pregnancy (like most women I expect) but this allowed me some comfort so for that I was grateful!!!!

First night sleep waking up today with dramatic reduction in pelvic girdle pain. Is really helpful to sleep on your side. Not a cure but so much better for than wedge pillow or giant u shaped pillow

I’m 20 weeks and the last few days I’ve been having that familiar feeling of organs falling out when I’m laying on my side! I’m 5ft 5, size 10/12 pre pregnancy (about 11st pre preg) and the M/XL is too big at the moment but after my first night wearing this I’m pleased to say it really helped! I think I will grow into it somewhat but if you prefer a snug fit from the start and are the same size as me or smaller, get the smaller size. I went with this size because of the same day delivery and my desperation for a decent night sleep!
It felt weird at first but I’m grateful of the support provided by this and also the fact that it moves with me and doesn’t take up a lot of room in the bed. I tried to use a spare regular pillow but my bump isn’t really big enough to ‘prop up’ yet so this works great for that, I also didn’t want yet another pillow to have to re-adjust everytime I move, which wakes me and my husband up! I wear it under a baggy top without a bra or anything and it’s nice and soft on my skin (though would have been better without the extra strap space if I got the smaller version)

I’d definitely recommend this is you have similar problems to me. It is expensive for what it is, though the quality is good and the material is soft, I don’t think I will spend a night without it whilst I’m still pregnant.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’m 28 weeks pregnant and measuring big. I’ve spent the past two months becoming increasingly uncomfortable at night from the weight of my stomach. Turning over was agony, I’d feel sick, having to sleep in weird positions was giving me back ache. Last night was the first pain free night for months. I got into bed wearing the belt feeling like I wasn’t pregnant, I could flip from side to side quickly and pain free, my stomach didn’t pull and make me feel sick. No backache. I still had a tiny bit of hip pain but I think that comes with pregnancy hormones and sleeping on my side. The belt wiggled around a bit overnight but not so much it became annoying or stopped working. And it felt a bit funny sleeping on a foam wedge at first but then it moulded to my body and was like a hug for my tummy.

I loved this belt. Spent the first 20+ weeks using a long pregnancy pillow. Just before week 30 though been snuggled up in that (despite being autumn) was overheating me.

The belt was a total godsend! The front panel seemed a little large for my bump (but I’m only 5’3″ and baby was 7lb8). I just wore the belt a little wonky so the cushioning was where I needed it.

Washed and dried well. Cushioning easy to remove and replace for washing.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI’m now 26 weeks and the baggy fit I experienced when I first purchased is rapidly decreasing.

Sleeping since I got pregnant has been a bit of a nightmare, by 19 weeks I started getting pelvic girdle pain and night times have been a bit of a steadily increasing nightmare. I read online people found these to help aid sleep and at I’d have got anything to help at the time.

Now bump is bigger this gives me a little extra comfort and I tend to sleep better, it won’t help with any hip pain as it purely supports the bump. However that little bit of support when I lay on my side does help me sleep so I’m happy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOMG amazing! I am so glad I found this item! I am 5 months pregnant with twins and I have been so uncomfortable in bed for the whole time and hardly slept. Last night wearing this was the first night I slept all the way through only to awake once to go to the loo. I didn’t have to use any extra pillows and could move onto my sides without any fuss or discomfort!
I bought this to take on holiday with us next week as we are on a 10.5 hour flight to Sri Lanka and are spending a month there. This is going to make my flight and holiday so much more enjoyable!
Thank you so much Dream Bel

The bigger and further on in pregnancy I’ve gotten the better this has became. I wear it at night and without the pads during the day as a belly support. I’ve had a lot of rib and back pain and have found it eased when wearing this. Would say if anyone is having pain like this in pregnancy it’s been especially good for that during the day. Occasionally I’ve found it a bit itchy to wear but can cope with that when it’s helping the aching.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI ordered the larger size, I’m a size 12/14 and 23 weeks pregnant with an average bump size. I have issues sleeping on my side so I thought this would be a good aid.
    1) the larger size is too big. The grey area in the middle needs to STRETCH over your bump so the memory foam at the sides is snug.
2)the memory foam is hard not soft, or feels like chunks of foam instead of memory foam layers
    3) it’s difficult to put on correctly by yourself so if it’s a bit too loose it will move around when you move in bed
Quality is good and design is lovely; but expensive for what it is.
Id much rather would have bought their pillow for the knees.

Really good purchase which has stopped some pain in the night that I was experiencing when turning over. I have only had one night without it since buying it at about 28 weeks and was really uncomfortable.

However, I’m a size 14 (normally) and it does move around but hey. I don’t know if there are two sizes now but I got a medium/large.

When I first got this, I thought, “those reviewers were right when they said this was massive waste of money!” but I’m pregnant with twins and as I’ve been getting bigger it’s actually been really handy to help me feel more comfortable at night. I don’t know if it would be the same if you were just holding your tummy in with any tummy band, a pair of leggings etc. Maybe try that first 🙂 Useful but a lot of money for what it is.

Currently 22 weeks and this is a LIFE SAVER.
Honestly it is so worth the money for a comfortable nights sleep.

I’m average size 5′ 5″ and around a size 12 (UK) so I do have to put the velcro all the way over so that it fits nice and snugly around me, which means it leaves a little extra that hangs down my back but honestly I don’t even notice it or feel it and with the rate at which my stomach is growing I would rather have the extra growing room than not.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersCould sleep without this in the later stages of pregnancy- really helped support my growing tummy at night time. I even tried a night without it to see it if was making a difference and ended up getting up to put it on halfway through the night as was struggling to sleep without it. Would highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersVery helpful to sleep, reduced the disconfort. It would have been great if they had made different sizes. I am a very thin mum to be and I really struggle every time I want to sleep to close it.
