First time I’d tried using displayport cable but these worked well and had no issues with bad connections of pircure quality. Effective and being slimmer than the old style monitor cables look less messy and are easier to route.
This lead is great if you want make most of monitor connections. My monitor has hdmi, dvi and displayport. I have three devices, so rather than buy expensive switch i used this lead to connect dvi to the not used display port on monitor. You are limited to 1080, but for me thats okay. Good value.
This cable works perfectly, well packaged and appears well crafted – a new desk layout meant I needed a longer cable to reach my third screen which only has DVI or VGA input. Digital is best and so this cable was chosen based on price, plug and play works perfectly.
Good value for money.
I plugged one end into the graphics card and the other into a monitor.
Marvelous moving images lit up the screen.
It was everything I hoped for.
I now have a view into my computer’s thoughts.
If you need display port to DVI this will fit those holes and carry the picture like magic through the cable between the connectors.
So satisfying.
Would buy again.
Got this for my home built PC after installing a new GTX 3070 Ti GPU card, it works great can now run monitor at highest 4k resolution at maximum refresh rates games look fantastic now after replacing the old HDMI cable with this one.
I wanted to add an extra monitor to an older PC with VGA out already used, leaving just the option of Display Port out. Trouble was, my second monitor only has a DVI input. Quick search on Amazon revealed that, as always, there’s a cable to do the job. This one was one of the cheaper choices but it was a brand that I’ve used before to successfully connect a laptop to a projector — which was slightly reassuring. Next day, Prime delivery; two minutes to connect monitor to PC. Everything works perfectly, enabling me to 2 documents, one on each screen, without the need to do all that Alt-Tab or Ctrl-F6 switching stuff.
I got a new pc with 2 dp slots in. I had to get this as one of my monitors had a dvi connector. I measured the old cable and it was 1.8 meters long. This came and it does fit but I don’t think it’s 1.8 metres.
I had a monitor I tried several cables with, but the quality was awful. I was on the verge of throwing it away but I decided to try these cables. It worked! Now I can continue to use this monitor.
Brought to support DVI monitor, only used for a couple of weeks, picture quality no issues during this time, and changed monitor to Hdmi, no fault of lead, monitor was 15 years old so just time for an upgrade to HD
Not much to say about such things but it does exactly as intended and allows me to clag up my secondary monitor from work to my home desktop during the pandemic. Maybe a tad plasticky in build but can’t complain. Satisfactory delivers 1080p/60hz which is the max DVI supports anyway.
Ah, that moment when you take delivery of your new PC and realise that the super dooper new graphics card you had installed doesnt support DVI – so now you have 2 choices; 1) tell the wife the ‘PC People’ made a mistake and now you need 2 new screens on top of the PC you just bought or 2) buy a couple of these cables and put it behind you. The DP to DVI connection works fine and breathes new life into those slightly older monitors – so I can recommend these !
Unfortunately DVI plug body was too long for the space between socket and stand on my monitor so I had to return the cable, but without the stand it worked perfectly. Sturdy and well made, just not right for me.
Does the job no problems at all, I’m not sure how long they will last as they are extremely cheap feeling – for the money I can’t complain and current does the job!

I ordered the cable on a Friday for a machine to be installed the following Monday. The process was easy, the cable arrived on time and worked out of the box. I then got a email from Benfei wth their support details in case i had any problems or needed an assistance. As it was i didn’t but i call that GREAT SERVICE!
