As again, I bought grand daughter 2 of these to enable to play with friend’s, not possible, one charger bed worked ,so I bought two more and she used charger for defective one, so in the end I’ve had to buy 4 machines and two chargers one defective using two chargers to replenish 4 toys, not good enough Amazon cos she loves tgem
Firstly – the flying time. Your child needs accept that this will only operate for about 5 to 10 minutes before a recharge is needed. 5 years old and above should be ok with this. Easy way to increase the pleasure would be to buy two!
Secondly – it really needs a remote control which will reduce the speed of the blades so it can be made to land safely. Never used it outdoors but I imagine it could easily fly quite high and be lost.
It’s a fascinating colourful toy but good flying ability and the stability is very impressive.
