I bought this for my mom after we recently lost my dad. It was their anniversary and I knew she would love this with a picture of him on to hug and kiss which she did. I ordered the gift bag which did not arrive with the bear but I emailed the company they sent the gift bag out via DPD the next day which was a Saturday!!! All responses were really quick. The bear itself sits very well it doesn’t fall over and has just the right amount of stuffing to make it nice and cuddly.
