Battery charger that came with my drill suddenly stopped working it was a few years old. Bit of research found this should work and it does. But buying separately seems expensive compared to buying the original brill and charger. That is life i suppose.
Fantastic fast charger which is a necessity. Didn’t want to waste 4-5 hours waiting for charging via the normal connections for my Hoover so having this saves money and time. Quick 30 min fully charged battery helps when having two batteries and when using the Bosch Hoover lasting 15-35 minutes (depending on frequency) makes a drastic difference. Lastly it’s a necessity with the new Bosch product line. Highly Recommended.

Not much to report, other than it does a much better job of charging matched Bosch batteries than the more flimsy, slower, basic charger included in Bosch boxed kits.
So worth the money, especially if on offer or as n Amazon Warehouse deal.
Not what you might think but one of mine blew up (almost literally) because of water falling on it from a leak in the roof of my garage – so store it in a dry spot where that can’t happe
Having said that, the charger works well, as would be expected.
I was a bit annoyed that the new 2.5ah batter I bought didn’t fit my old drill’s 1.5ah charger, so had to buy this. At least both batteries style of batteries fit. Pity it doesn’t have a wall mounting option so I could fix it to the garage wall. A fair price and delivered quickly.
We were delighted to discover this battery charger on Amazon as we have recently purchased a Bosch cordless vacuum cleaner. Bosch themselves were not able to provide details of this charger but only a vastly more expensive suggestion. So far we have not needed it as the battery in the vacuum cleaner has lasted for required vacuuming in our small cottage. However we anticipate having a spare battery charged and ready being useful for longer spring cleaning or additional jobs such as popping out to the car or allotment!
Without going into details. After going through the trouble shooting the unit proved faulty. The reason I originally gave it two stars is because the return process worked well. Apart from having to drive into the local town in order to take it to a parcel collection point it was pretty easy.
BUT I don’t own a smart phone & the collection point needed the Amazon supplied QR code in order to print the return label at the collection point. I have a good quality printer so I got round it that way.
During the returns process out of the options offered I reordered the same model unit. Two days later it has been dispatched.
The replacement unit works as it should. 4 stars because I needed to return a faulty unit.
