This fits 62 plate audi a4 b8 saloon ( 2012/2013 )
Amazon said it does not fit but it does. Have not yet tested .
Only problem was the box was badly damaged , not the amazon packaging , the actual product box. Makes me doubt the authenticity , Or as a used item .
Fair pricing . 2 min fiting .
Got this twin pack even though the Amazon “Confirmed Fit” Tool said they were not for my Audi RS5 . A quick look at the packaging and the description will confirm that they actually are a “Perfect Fit” for the A5/S5/RS5 so with that wiped away(!) on to the fit.
Well they were fitted in a matter of seconds, and much quieter than the OEM Audi ones, which I suspect are probably Valeo blades, though there weren’t any manufacturer markers on the originals, which is unusual, most OEMs daub their name on things, but probably because wiper blades are a consumable and the stealers can charge 200% markup on the exact same blade is the reason for no names.
Having driven to work and washed the windscreen appear to have an immediate result over the original ones.
As mentioned a lot quieter as well. Overall very pleased.
Haven’t rated durability as they only arrived today.
This is the second pair of Bosch Aerotwin Wiper Blades that I have purchased. First set for my daughter’s Fiat 500. These took nearly three minutes to fit, so simple.
This set was for my Audi Q5. Needed after Audi garage said the blades were smearing and should be replaced and for only 76 including parts and fitting.
Quick search on Amazon and Prime next day delivery all for only 18.60 but excluding fitting, which took me less than five minutes and was super super easy.
With an Audi, first step of the installation is to go into the car’s MMI menu and select Wiper Change Position. (Instructions in your user handbook). This moves the blades up the windscreen away from the bonnet. I would suggest putting some protection like a towel or blanket on the screen to avoid damaging the screen. You then just press the square button on the blade and pull the old blade off n.b. it may be a little stiff so take care. Installation is the reverse. Job done and significant money saved.
