I have been ordering these on a subscription basis, but am considering stopping the automatic order. This is because the quality seems to have become worse. Yes, they are relatively inexpensive, but earlier orders seemed to last longer. My beard is not thick or heavy, but even after a second use the blades appear to drag through the bristles. I really hate the thought of paying extortionate amounts of money for known brands, but if the quality of these doesn’t improve I may well have to bite that particular bullet.
These blades are OK for the price. I found that with a weeks growth I would get 2 to 3 good shaves. If I shave 3 times a week, I would get 6 or 7 good shaves. I’m talking face now.
This is the second time I have bought these. First time was a ‘try it and see’ purchase. First ones were great, but the cartridge system was over engineered. These are the same great blades, but supplied in a simplified (and, for my money, much better) cartridge. They work extremely well. They seem to last well too, possibly even longer than the branded version. They are also much much cheaper. One star taken off because the price fluctuates wildly – choose your moment to buy.
These Razor Blades are Just as good as any Gillette razor blade, they give a very close shave and are brilliant for people with sensitive skin! They are also reasonably priced!
hey are never going to be like top brands but the are close ! i have had 3 shaves with one blade & i wont use it again just put new one in so for the money they are worth it, they are a comfortable shave very sharp so i will be buying again they are a very close second to wilkings sword blades i normally get but half price !!
One thing not mentioned in the description is that it has a top/back detailing blade, and if you’re using it on your head, you need to watch your ears, I’ve had to learn that lesson twice so far.
As good as any other brand I have tried and comes without any lecture on masculinity – what else do you need, close shave, and great value compared to more famous brands. has been my go-to for the last year.
Patience becomes a virtue!! Excellent product seriously let down by the feature.
If you’re not too fussy (like me) and want a pretty decent, cheap razor then go for it.
These are virtually identical to one’s I have used for years from Boots the chemist but were discontinued. They are very good and give several shaves per blade. I would say they are not the best I have used but are vastly cheaper than the marginally better ones. Unfortunately the price of these has also risen significantly so it is best to wait until they are on offer. They give me a close shave without irritation. I still use them in an old Boots brand handle.
suprised how good they are, I have always used Mach3, though these are not as good they are not a million miles away.Are they better value for money? time will tell.
Provided I have prepared properly usually with shaving gel, these blades give a smooth nick free shave. They a quite large so they a difficult to get into the tight spots say under your nose, but the blades with care (I put a little shaving oil on the blade after cleaning) last a long time and to my mind they are the equal of some of the blades costing twice as much.
This is a very good replacement shaving head for my CIEN razor with one little problem about its release from its cassette , the razor has a push up mechanism which engages the blade in the cassette , the cassette at first would not release the blade, but if you press the back of the cassette it does release it .

In these days when we need to save, why pay double or even triple the price just for the name when Solimo is just as good and lasts just as long, its a no brainer for me so even set up my first subscription at 6 months as I reckon these 12 blades will probably last me longer than 6 months!
These Razor is Pretty good the Blade don’t to last very long and The Blade don’t Have back side Single Blade Like branded Company But all over Price Vice is the excellent but if the manufacturer can add a single blade back side for trimming it would be the great but its value for money I will be permanent customer and save money from branded blades Thank you.
