Type 2 – Wavy
Type 2 waves are bendable, can be fine to coarse, and are characterised by their definitive s-shape pattern.
2a – Tousled almost-straight texture with a loose, soft bend.
2b – Straighter roots with defined s-shape curls starting below brow level.
2c – Defined waves starting at the root mixed in with some full ringlets.
Type 3 – Curly
Type 3 curls can range from loose, buoyant spirals to tight, springy corkscrews which have some sheen but are prone to frizz.
3a – Large & loose, curls fit around your middle & index fingers combined.
3b – Springy, tight ringlets, curls fit around your index finger.
3c – Densely packed corkscrews, curls fit around a pencil.
Type 4 – Coily
Type 4 hair forms very tight, small coils & zig-zags straight from the root & are prone to major shrinkage.
4a – Dense, springy s-shaped coils that fit around a chopstick.
4b – Small, tight coils similar to a spring in a pen.
4c – Tightly coiled, z-shaped strands with greater density & shrinkage.

Great product! Smooths out frizz and enhances curls. And when you’ve left your hair curly for a few days with this product on its also like a treatment when washed out you get a very smooth blow dry with no frizz. Highly recommend!
I know this isn’t technically a styling product, but it works awesome to control my frizzy bit straight but waves bit curly mop, and It’s taken me about 30 years to find a product I can use in my hair that actually holds it in a loose style, but with zero greasy feel, just nicely conditioned. Love it!
Smells like heaven. Love using it on my curly hair when it is soaking wet then using the diffuser afterwards. I also use the coil detangler spray from Cantu before this conditioner and it really helps keeping the curls bouncy for days.
Came packaged well. Tub was full which is good I have had other products which are not so full. Smells lovely as always and leaves the hair smelling gorgeous and feeling sooooo soft. I love this brand
It works. Leaves my hair soft and smooth. I use it as a leave in conditioner after washing my hair and also as a moisturiser on dry hair between washes. I’m surprised it works actually as normally I can’t use water based products on dry hair (relaxed, type 4c). After the initial moisturising effect of a water based moisturiser my hair goes dry and stiff within a couple of hours. This doesn’t have that drying effect instead it stays moisturised and it seems to smooth down the hair cuticles.
Has a not unpleasant pineapply smell that’s not too over powering.
Disappointed that it wasn’t sealed but it softens my hair , non- greasy and reduces the ‘frizz’. Nice light smell but can’t tell how others perceive the smell when it’s in my hair because I use it as hair pomade
