It did what I expected and for the price; that’s all you can ask!! I only use low heat settings after seeing reviews that it had melted peoples hairdryers, but mine hasn’t melted or overheated yet.
But it does the job and keeps your curls tidy while drying. Good stuff.

I don’t know how i lived without this for so long… I have bra strap length thick natural afro hair and this has been an absolute game changer. Deep conditioning and drying my hair is now a breeze. It’s compact and easily fits in the box with my hair dryer.

I love this hood dryer! I use wave formers in my hair and it’s great to have something that dries them quickly (20 minutes.) It does get quite hot so I switch back and forth from the medium heat setting to the low heat setting whilst using it and I find that keeps it from being uncomfortable.

Excellent. Does what it is, supposed to do. With great speed and efficiency. I used my dryer on low heat and slow speed. No hint of overheating where the hose attaches to drier. Fantastic simple piece of kit… Buy it! Xxx

What a great attachment recommended by a friend, it works well and I think everyone in our household has now used it. Do be careful when securing under chin as once filled with air it can feel uncomfortable so do it up one notch looser than you think you need. Otherwise great for drying and for deep conditioning products

I bought one of these because I have LOTS of hair (67 cm of it) and it takes forever to dry. I bought this thinking I could sit and watch futurama whilst this device does all the work. Yes and no.
First it sits rather oddly, mostly held on with a chin strap which pulls up on yer soft flabby chins when your hairdryer is on. Comfort level = not great, not unendurable.
IT IS LOUD. you are literally swirling great volumes of air around your head = subtitles on futurama.
IT GETS WELL HOT with your hairdryer pointing all this hot air through a tube straight onto your head. I have to wear it back to front to stop getting uncomfortable form heat.
However it WORKS and saves SO MUCH ENERGY AND TIME. So. For the price worth a try.
