Bought this item in Dec 2020, it recently developed a fault so I contacted customer service and within a week or so a replacement cooker Hood had just arrived via courier. You could not get better and simpler customer service than this. Highly recommended
Easy to mount. Great suction. You do need a 6inch hole not a 4inch, although it will work if you step it down to 4 inch. My first unit stopped working after a week of use. Contacted the supplier, sent photos/video of issue. A replacement was sent and received within a week.
Fast delivery and easy to install plus a very elegant design, only downside is that the power of suction could be bette
I have had to duct this through the loft area (bungalow) and yet it still seems to be taking the steam away, and odours. The metal edges are quite sharp due to thin metal, so care needed. But overall, good value and works well.
Looks gorgeous, suction is ok, but it’s extremely noisy and I mean EXTREMELY noisy. Tbh I wish I had bought a less pretty one with less decibels.
I was dubious after reading reviews on how noisy this is but it’s no noisier than our previous extractor but this looks far nicer. In short, yes, you can definitely hear it when it’s on but isn’t that always the case with extractors
Looks great. Easy to install – I did it myself in half an hour. The lights are great. Bit noisy on full blast (there are three suction settings) but I only use it when cooking with oil which is seldom. Would buy again.
Extractor looks great and has stopped me from hitting my head on the old canopy type it replaced but am a little disappointed in the power of the suction to extract steam from stuff cooking on the hob
Not impressed. Installed by electrician 23 december…not used a lot and today made horrible screeching noise and fan has problems. Sounds like you are trying to start a car with flat battery, then completely dead.. Now we have to pay for an electrician to disconnect, fund a mire reluable one and pay for that to be connected. Not a happy bunny. I would actually give zero stars if possible.
Installing is pretty easy, there’s a video that is quite clear.
It could just be a bit more powerful, when you have a lot of steam it struggles to clear it before it goes up and past the extractor.
Downside is you have to buy filters to go with it, it’s noisier than my last unit and the buttons have a bit of a cheap feel to them, but at this price they are small points to gripe abou
Installed in the kitchen to replace a broken one. The design means that the taller members of the family no longer bang their heads on the hood. Seems to do it’s job well. It looks really good.
It is rather noisy and the controls are quite high up when the unit is on the wall.
Reasonably easy to install it.
Looks really good and smart.i was really pleased with the product but only gave 4 stars as I didn’t know the carbon filters were not included in the price and had to order them separately so haven’t been able to use it yet, plus I had to pay 3.99 postage for them as wasn’t able to use my free prim.
Buy a couple of Charcoal filters at the same time if you’re planning to recirculate – not actually YOU, obviously, the air I mean, then you can coat all your unit doors with a lovely film thin grease, or eat salads all year.
Not to decry salads mind you, dear me no, but all year? I think not, Geoffrey.
