This was a fun gift for Christmas ,perfect gift for children who like to fix the toy together to get the end product to work, probably might need a bit of assistance doing it.

I bought this for my nephew who is 8. It took a bit of coaxing to sit and build it, but it was great once built. He may get bored of it quite easy, but great for the price.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought as a gift for my granddaughter. I assembled it fine, but after one day of playing the drive won’t start.
Turns out the snake was too popular and played with so much the batteries became exhausted. Replacing batteries meant the fun continued… With much relief 🙂

The motor and drive are weak though, so the snake won’t move on carpet. Works fine on the wooden flooring.

I took this to USA as a gift for my 10 yes old grandson. I wasn’t expecting much but it surprised me!! He needed a little help in assembling it ( only a very little) and it worked really well..and was still working when I left 2 weeks later! Quite sturdy and certainly proved a good buy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis was easy to put together, though please note you need a very small crosshead screwdriver for the battery compartment. It jumps quite slowly and only moves a tiny distance with each jump. However, I like that because it makes it easier to control and the kids can watch it make lots of jumps before it reaches an obstacle or gets close to the edge of the table.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersAMAZING! I honestly wasn’t sure if this will work given all the negative reviews but bought it anyway and oh my, how fun is this!! It was pretty easy to assemble. Any instructions we weren’t sure of we just looked at the actual picture on the box and that solved it for us. Very, very Good buy. I will surely buy more toys like this from Science Museum!
