Product as described, good packaging with fast shipping, but I paid for a pack of 14 coals & there was only 10 coals in the box. I contacted Amazon customer service who sorted me out with a partial refund. So happy with that. I need more to fill the grate.

Purchased to replace old artificial coals that had degraded thus looked terrible and gave off dust particles.

These are really nice and worth the money.

The only problem is that one packet does not go along way and therefore had to order another two packets.

Apart from that, very nice even if you dont use the gas fire.

When I received this box of coals I thought the box was empty as it was so lightweight!
The coals are smaller than my original coals but work perfectly well. One thing though, there were not enough coals to completely replace my original coals, so if you have a reasonable sized fire you may need to order double the amount.

I bought these coals for display in a non- functioning fire place. With flame candles under them they look very good. Pleased with the purchase and have since bought a further pack.

Nice and cheap and good quality. I’ve replaced my old ones which had white marks on from the heat. These were the size stated and fit perfectly in my fire, making it look alot smarte

Was worried about all reviews complaining about size but it was same size as ones I was replacing. Very happy with them, didn’t realise some of coal bits are the actual fire so need to order the spray now but before and after pics attached makes hell of a difference.

Great artificial coal chunks, I used these on an electric fire with light grey ones underneath so that it gave the look of burnt ashes. Looks really effective and gives the impression of a real fire. If you just want the coal effect I would buy 2 packs.

I ordered this on a whim after my younger brother had been demanding and abusing me, he still believes in Santa at 37 and I had warned him he will get coal if he carries on, he’s going to cry and I’m going to sit there all smug with my rubbish paper hat!!

I purchased 2 boxes for a regular sized open gas fire and it only just covered the flame bed. I now have another box on the way to build up the height. Measly amounts for the money but I have to say the quality and realistic look is excellent.

They do what is needed, though they arrived a bit bashed up with a few white bits showing, careful positioning of these so the white bits face into the fire helps. Could be better packaged, or treated better by the delivery people, but the “coals” are fine, about the size of a large plumb.

I needed some new coal for my cast iron fire. I thought the price was reasonable and the product was obviously easy to use. I was really disappointed, the coals were a lot smaller than what I thought, could have done with another bag. Delivery was however super fast!!

Great shaped coals, more realistic than some others. Good sizes but would have like a few larger ones, otherwise they’re great. Good value for money. Arrived on schedule and well packaged.

The specification of this product states (as at 05 Dec 2018 – it may change subsequently) that the “Approximate Dimensions of Cast 10 COALS 55mm x 55mm x 55mm” This would be the bare minimum size I could use in my fire. Unfortunately what has arrived looks very good and realistic however the whilst they may be approx 55mm x 55mm, the thickness is more like 30-35mm, which is considerably less than 55mm. They are therefore of no use to me. I only write this so that people won’t end up buying these and expecting the advertised size. As for looks, they look extremely good. Performance I can’t comment on as I have not even removed them from the clear bag they are in. On the plus side, a return has been authorised and hopefully because the dimensions in the description are currently incorrect I should also be refunded my postage. This is probably a very good product if you get the correct size.

UPDATE: A full refund has been given (including postage) which should give anyone confidence to buy from this seller. – thank you.
