I have such a contentious relationship with fake tan and I can’t believe I finally found one that I like. There are some negative reviews but it’s important to remember that you have to apply it properly or you end up looking silly. I like to apply with plastic gloves rather than a mitt it ends up looking better for me ( don’t know why ?!).
Omg this tan is fantastic I’m very very fair skinned I ordered medium it’s the best thing I have ever used & Iv used a lot of tans over the years wat a excellent product well worth purchasing
Great product I’m on my second bottle, applies great, lasts, smells great although there is still a slight biscuity smell towards the end of the developing time but nowhere near other well known brands. I’ve used numerous other and this one tops the lot.
I highly recommend it. Good on the face too. Dries in seconds.
Tried a lot of self tanners for my legs, this went on very easily so didn’t miss any patches, or over apply anywhere. Great scent, also when dry my skin felt great, no hint of stickiness. Colour developed in about 2 hours. Will be buying more!
It also helps with the appearance of those bobbles bits on the legs we all hate. I’m seriously in love

Smells fine – still has a smell but not overly biscuity
Moose goes on well I use a mitt attached to a back loofer and then another mitt for arms and legs.
I use a make up kaboki brush for knees and elbows and face and feet.
The tan is easy to apply, no awful smell and gives a lovely even glow.
You need to keep on top of your moisture game with this as it can end up being dry and itchy after a couple days wear.
I highly recommend purchasing bondi sands tan remover as it’s hard to get off after a weeks usage and sits in the pores. Again don’t forget to moisturise.
All round this is the best tan I have ever used and have already purchased my second bottle.
However, it is the hardest tan I have ever used to come off , tried various methods and tan removers and it’s so difficult , usually takes two baths and tan removers and exfoliating gloves to get it off it’s a nightmare and that’s with it being on for a week before attempting to scrub it off.
It doesn’t fade evenly either and comes off very patchy on your hands and feet.
I w used many fake tans over the years. Recently my faithful brand has made me itch. I was dubious to try this tan as some reviews had said it was orange and it’s always scary trying a new tan product. Glad I took the gamble. It goes on well, doesn’t feel sticky. There is no fake tan smell and it has not made me itch. I’m definitely converted
Like honestly this is the best tanning foam ever. I’ve used so many tanning lotions and other products before and since I found Coco & Eve I don’t buy anything else. I buy this one every 2 months and use it once a week. I hate when I look pale and so I just regularly use it to give myself a bit of a glow. It doesn’t leave any streaks or anything (if you do it right), I use it on my entire body, even face and hands, and it looks great. And the colour of it looks very natural, not like the orange yellow that other brands give you. I 100% recommend.
I have tried pretty much all of them and settled for some years on St Tropez Ultra Dark. However, I have found more recently St Tropez isn’t that great; it fades really fast (despite moisturising), can be unforgiving if applied in a rush and makes your bed look like you crawled out of a swamp.
I thought I’d ordered the Coco and Eve Ultra Dark, but I had actually ordered the Dark (dim whit) which I am pretty impressed with so far.
It smells OK, looks quite natural and doesn’t transfer on to clothing/sheets. Apply with a mitt and use a brush to do your hands and face. xx
Good product, nice nature tan, smells nice, the ‘fake tan’ smell does come after leaving overnight but it isn’t too powerful, put it on before bed and my sheets and pillows were COVERED in it in the morning, let hope it comes out in the wash!
Pros
Smells lovely and doesn’t leave the biscuit smell
Very easy to apply, used the mit and found it very easy
Washed off after a few hours and was left with a lovely tan that looked natural and has lasted really well.
A small amount goes a long way so the bottle will last.
Cons
A small amount has come off on bed sheets ( but it’s been extremely hot and sweaty which hasn’t helped )
It has dried my skin out a little so make sure you use a really good moisturiser everyday
Will definitely use as my go to fake tan !
I’m no tanning pro and can often make mistakes but this was really easy to use and so evenly coloured. With St Tropez I often broke out in spots on my back but so far no breakouts. I have to admit I don’t moisturise every day but it’s still fading really even. Def will be buying this agai
I’ve tried them all with Skinny Tan being my favourite before finding Coco & Eve .. but my god this stuff is brilliant. I’m quite fair so I purchased the medium. It went on super easily, the scent wasn’t as nice as Skinny Tan but wasn’t that awful biscuity smell from years gone by either, I didn’t notice it after five mins, it dried quickly too and wasn’t at all sticky. The guide colour was quite dark which worried me slightly lol but I went to bed, showered in the morning and I was left with a beautiful colour, no streaks or orangey tones .. or stained sheets .. Amazing .. buy it guys, you won’t be disappointed
I was immediately impressed with this tan, mainly because it doesn’t have the same appalling smell of every other fake tan I’ve ever tried. Ever. I have a very acute sense of smell, and was so repulsed by the smell of fake tans that I’d only use it if it felt totally necessary, and I’d give myself a good 48 hours to let the smell subside. By which time several tans I’d tried were already getting patchy.
I balked at the price of this tan (hence only 3 stars for ‘value for money’) in comparison with others. I mean you can buy StTropez for around 5 so this is an expensive product. I decided to give it a go, and I decided to, purely because I just can’t bear the smell of other fake tans. But hey, I still want to give my oh-so-white legs a little help.
This tan has a slightly sweet scent reminiscent of coconut, and a hint of the smell of Moroccan Oil (which I love). It doesn’t ever turn into that disgusting smell that is usually called ‘biscuity’ but I think is like rust. Finally, a tan I can bear the smell of! (NB I did detect a hint of ‘tan smell’ hen showering).
On top of that, in m experience, it’s actually a fantastic product. It’s the most natural tan I’ve ever used. My legs looked exactly the same brown as my arms. My husband said how brown I looked whereas he usually says something witty (not) about my orange legs. He had no idea it was fake. Amazing. It also lasts quite well. As long as you exfoliate and moisturise it will last 3-4 days and I’d probably only apply once a week. On top of all of that, a little goes a long way. And maybe I will later revise my rating on ‘value for money’ if the mousse lasts well.
This really is, probably, the best fake tan in the world.
