Is there after three years of Printing with my ENDER 3 max the hot and finally gave up and clogged beyond repair.
Luckily Creality make all spares, readily available and also cost-effective. Downtime for the printer was probably two days whilst I waited for delivery and then another day went whilst installing.
Installation is easier said than done. As you can see from my second picture in order to install this you actually need to take all of the housing off the printer. You also need to remove some of the hot glue which the manufacturers used in order to prevent wires sipping loose during shipping and use. Unfortunately, this made the installation quite time consuming. It was however relatively straightforward as you can simply trace the wires from the original hot end so that you know exactly where to water it up. There is plenty of water so you have no worry of accidentally making it too short, however, you will want to make sure that you’ve got plenty of small cable ties to replace the cable tidy post installation.
After a day all that needs to be done after installation was the recalibration of my BL touch. Since replacing, I’ve had no further issues with the hot end.
I would, however, also recommend that you purchase with your hot end the Creality Teflon Tube. It definitely reduces stringing and also prevents clogging in the hot end.

Happy printing.
This fixed my thermal runaway issues I was getting with the stock hotend. So far seems to get nice and hot and stays in the temperature. Felt safer ordering the creality version over an unknown clone. So now I’m at ease.
The most challenging part about fitting this is feeding the wires through to the motherboard.
The hot end itself is good and works well, fits perfectly using the original screws.
A recommended reacement.
Having tried a budget replacement an scrapping it after hours of frustration. I did the right thing and spent the tiny bit extra for this. It was fitted in minutes and my printer is now back in action just as good as before.
