Ordered this tool set to replace the rear shocks on my Audi, straight forward to use and saved me a good bit of money instead of using a garage!
Definitely a good quality socket set that should last a long time
Came in very handy when I helped changed a friends 4 complete suspension units on his car. Allows the use of torx or Allen keys through the socket
Looks very hard wearing too
Bought to undo the top bolt of the car shock absorber.
Tools are good for casual DIY use, but don’t look strong enough for professional people.
Also the sockets can be used only with the provided spanner. If you loose the spanner, the sockets become useless.
It is a good quality tool for the money I paid. But the amount of lubricant on the tool is just way too much. I work in semiconductor industry, so having this much grease on it would make me completely screw up my work

I needed a adjustable spanner and I saw this item and thought I would give it a go as it was a reasonable price. It seems to be well made and will be a very useful addition to my tool box.
I bought this tool years ago and it has come to good use when needing a pass through socket. I think I tried it on a rounded nut once with no avail but the pass through feature wins it for me
Like the fact that if you have a long thread, the thread goes through the socket, this is handy.
And an adjustable it not great. Iv had worse. But had better. But they’re alot more money.

Used this daily on the socket loved it, not so much now the ratchet just failed on me so now it’s useless. Would of sent it back but have lost one of the sockets.
I use these spanners on a daily basis and they’re brilliant and really well built and would recommend to anyone!
However my size 15s little sprung piston has seized for some reason and won’t release rendering the open end useless..
Bought this to get a near rounded caliper bolt off of my car as it claimed to be able to remove nearly rounded bolt heads and I can tell you that claim is no lie and I was sceptical that it’d work but after a bit of effort the jammed bolt came loose and I had it out in no time. The tool is really strong, sturdy and easy to use with a good tight grip on the heads so if you tinker with cars or home DIY then this tool you definitely need.
Purchased as a last ditch resort to remove the strut nuts on my BMW M2.
I’d originally ordered a strut tool but due to delays in delivery I’d been waiting 2 weeks so decided to change tactics and gave the Crescent thru-socket set a go.
This set allowed me to pass a 10mm socket through the socket to hold the damper whilst undoing the main 18mm but. Within minutes using of this set, I’d cracked the nuts and removed the springs on my car.
Not much more to say other than, this delivered and for far less than my originally ordered part.

Saw these and couldn’t resist …. I have several draws of spanners and wrench’s so cant say i really needed these but an open ended ratcheting spanner !!. I’d bought a pass through row of sockets some month’s before from Crescent and was very impressed with the quality of them so took delivery of these spanners and i have to say i’m even more impressed … they work flawlessly and finish ‘Black Industrial’ looks really good…. so far I’ve only used 3 sizes and they do exactly what they’ve been designed to do and the price makes you smile from ear to ear

Needed some open ended spanners and saw these.
They certainly work (which is good)
and cause interest amongst those who have seen them (which isnt really the point of a spanner but is nice to have as a bonus)
My only concern is that the ratchet makes them more open to failure than a normal spanner so I wonder if they will last. On the other hand I dont worry about that when buying a normal ratchet set so I may be being overly picky
