I was looking to build my strength up after an illness and bought this to get going again. I was a little sceptical but first use, my chest looks super pumped. Much more than doing various gym exercises. I’ll use it for 20-30 mins each day but I can absolutely vouch for its effectiveness. Very good value for money
He absolutely loves it and has been proudly parading round the house in his vest showing off his new muscles!!
Foldable so can be put away when not in use and pretty sturdy also has different hand grips to work different muscles.

I had a previous one which was way too big and bulky and hard to store away whereas this one is much better in size and value and still offers the same exercises. I love using this at home when I am not bothered to go to the gym and just want a quick workout. I love the booklet it comes with to show you which configurations work which muscles.
Good to use for at home, you get a free routine inside which is fun to stick to, doesn’t always feel like it works certain muscle groups which each bit is made for but still very good
