Instructions for Use
Step 1: Pour a packet of neti salt ( 2.7g).
Step 2: Pour 37℃ water to 300ml.
Step 3: Cover the lid and shake evenly.
Step 4: Hold the bottle upside down,gently insert the tip into one nostril.Press the valve button to start the flow of the solution.Press the button again to stop the solution.
Step 5: Repeat steps 4 for your other nostril.

This bottle’s design means all the solution cand be used and you can control the flow of solutions by pressing a button. I would recommend this product and would buy again.
Head big issues with my nose for about 3 years, it’s always blocked and mucus drips down my throat. Been using products that cost 4 times this price over a month, so thought this wouldn’t work but give it a try. Did as it says, and even though not completely clear I can actually breath through my nose,. It caused a bubbling at the top of the nasel package and dripped through the other nostril.. So very happy with the first go. Didn’t have a thermostat but put overly warm water in with one sachet of the salt mix. Will be interesting to see if it settles my 3 year cough. Very happy with this and would recommend
I’ve been suffering with cold like symptoms which turned to sinusitis for 2 weeks. Gp prescribed antibiotics but suggested I tried a kit like this first. I have to say, I was sceptical but wow, it worked amazingly. Symptoms are almost gone in less than 12hrs. So pleased with this purchase.
I bought this to help clear my sinusus. It’s easy to use (tip: use water as warm as you can stand) it comes with plenty of sachets of salt, which are readily available online should you run out.
I’ve used neti pots for years, and never really got on well with them (deviated septum), but this device is so much better. Easier too.
You can squeeze it if you want extra pressure, and I like that it contains enough to do a ‘full rinse’ on both nostrils without having to refill.
To anyone reading this – you can only use sterile water with this (or similar products), so either distilled, or tap water that’s been boiled and cooled.
This contains all you need for nasal irrigation. If you haven’t done this before it is a strange sensation, but breath through the mouth and it’ll be fine. It also has a small spray bottle to only moisturise your nose. There is no problem with instructions and the device performs exactly as described.
Instructions are pretty useless but it doesn’t take rocket science to fathom out how it works and if in doubt simply Google the experience and watch one of the many stomach churning but helpful videos on the web.
Suffering painful sinuses for some time I was advised to “Do nose douches” much to my horror.
Set everything up with a saline solution ordered at the same time and followed the instructions ensuring the temperature of the fluid was correct using the slightly dodgy thermometer supplied while secretly hoping it never did so I had an excuse not to use this modern means of self inflicted torture.
Sadly It did, so the fluid went up one nostril and poured out the other like a garden tap that had been left on.
Screaming with pain and with the horror of the experience like most blokes would, I quickly realised It was in fact a prettying calming, weird but satisfying feeling to the point you want to squirted the other side to see how the flow compares.
Get the temperature right and its a hastle free way of clearing the junk out your nasal passage that can not be removed by blowing your snout.
It does NOT hurt and is NOT painful in anyway, it just feels odd the first time you do it at the same time makes you want to have anther go to.
Only used it once but can already feel the benefit and will most likely be a long term treatment for me personally.
Very interested to see if it helps ease my awful foghorn like snoring over time. I’ll let you know.

Use it when on medication for a sinus infection. Worked wonders for me, cleared my infection and now I use it monthly. Improves sense of smell and taste, nasal dryness and irritation. No more phantom odours and helps to get a true sense of smell of your environment. You will be surprised at what you couldnt smell or became nose blind to.
This turned up today and having been suffering from an awful cold for 1.5 weeks now, (being either snuffly or it was noisy breathing through my nose), I followed the instructions which seemed super clear and after flushing my nostrils out I was amazed at the clarity at which I could breath through my nose again. Seriously good value for money, great kit, this will be a daily go-to for me now.
I am so glad I did as it is so much more comfortable to use with no silly head positions. It takes a little to get the position right for the flow to start but after a few tries you will get the hang of it.
I almost removed one star for the non-function thermometer and the not required squeezy bottle but I don’t need them anyway and the main product and included salt were still good value.
I did a lot of research before I purchase this product. Finally we decided to buy and we are very glad for our purchase. It is very easy to use and definitely cleans whole nostrils and make you breath much better. Especially if you frequently have blocked nostrils, this is life saving product. It is good quality bottle with good quality salt and very easy to use for kids as well. They may not like it at first, but when they see how it works and they breath much better, they enjoy using it…
You see unlike this with its neti-pot type neck and activation button it relied on you squeezing the bottle to create pressure and force the solution in to, and thus the contents back out of your nose. This had 2 downsides 1) the solution being under such pressure also tried to escape down your throat if you made the mistake of breathing, and 2) once the solution runs out it forces air under pressur into the sinus which can be painful in itself. This was easy to avoid once you get the technique down.
With this kit by Croing, the learning curve isn’t steep at all. Gravity and the “on button” does the hard work. I find it works best if you lean forward, tilt your head to one side, put the tip of the unit into the top nostril, press the button and let the flow start to fill your sinus with the solution; you’ll soon feel the solution to come out of the bottom nostril. Keep breathing through your mouth, and every now and then press the button to stop the flow and blow out through to your nose. This will help push any “blockages” along. After you’ve used half of the solution give it about 30 seconds and give your nose a good blow. Repeat with the other half of the solution in the other nostril.
Make sure you properly sanitise the kit before and after use to extend its lifespan.
I have always had very narrow sinuses, easily blocked, extreme pain under pressure (ie airplane journeys etc) sometimes my whole face hurts with pressure build up behind my eyes & terrifi headaches. A friend suggested trying one of these, and wow! what a difference. Its simple to use, just dissolve a sachet of salt powder in it in warm water, lean over a sink, and press the button. That clears your nostrils; it does need a squeeze to get the fluid higher up the sinuses, and I wonder if a more expensive one would work higher up? But all in all I am very pleased with it.
My husband used this, said it’s easy to use, the shape of the funnel makes it go where it should and not block your throat to cause choking. A bit overpriced for a plastic bottle but it works!
Let me say that this purchase is very worth while.
It’s so easy to use and straightforward, you don’t really need instructions for it!
It’s also fantastic that it comes with sachets to make the solution so you definitely don’t need to re-order at least for 1-2 months if you use it two to three times a day a few times a week.
The bottle itself is easily to hold with the taper on the body of the bottle and the on/off button is fantastic in getting the flow through.
Helped cleared up my sinuses straight away!

The kit seemed well made, and the button click to start/stop flow was effective. The large number of salt sachets were easy to use and so long as the temperature was “blood heat” it was relatively comfortable.
