Step on step off and easy to read. I would prefer a toe activated switch for switching between kgs lbs and stones but you have to turn it upside down to access the switch.

At first, I couldn’t switch it to stone there’s a button on the back, but when I clicked it nothing happened it was stuck on KG you just have to press it really hard it definitely frustrated me at first but apart from that, it’s great for the price

A beautiful appliance. slim and elegant. My weight is identical to that measured on my outgoing scales.
The surface of the scales is glass. It feels slippery in my hands and will almost certainly break if dropped from wet hands in a bathroom. What damage to the floor surface?
Put the batteries in, set your preferred measure, st.lb, lb or Kg, step on the platform and it shows your weight. Brilliant. It had me puzzled for a while as my outgoing scales need to be switched on before use. If you press the button underneath, thinking this is necessary, the scales read-out goes off before the weighing process is complete.

I love the look, the display, the dial to switch between measurements. It’s simple and exactly what you want. However, there has been a few times where I didn’t trust the weight accuracy. One time, I weighed myself and was 127.0 lbs three times in a row, then I picked up a weight, then weighed 129.2, then put the weight away, and weighed again and was 126.6lbs. So 0.4 lbs kind of vanished suddenly even though the scale started at 0 each time and I weighed carefully. Was a bit scary but hopefully it’s accurate 99% of the time.

My old scales, which have been in the bathroom since the dawn of time finally gave up. I liked them. I liked them because if you stood on tip toes you could loose a few pounds. Same for swaying back and fro – if you looked at the scales on the maximum ‘back’ or the minimum ‘fro’…. well the pounds would just disappear.
Also the mechanical mechanism had become more corroded with years of bathroom steam and as such the scales needed more resitance to move. Which did wonders for dieting goals.
But now…. with this monstosity…. it’s just BANG… here’s your weight. There’s no swaying, no negotiating and no room for uncertainty. Not only that, it freezes the weight and flashes the result at you in what can only be described as a most intimidating manner.
So they work very well.
But I miss the old days.

Look very smart. Easy to sort for anyone rubbish at putting anything together. Little button at back to press for stones pounds or kilos. Was very shocked at my weight only weigh 7 stone so guess I need to eat more or unless i need a trip to the GP. Anyway a good buy.

Good value for money. Easy to use. Just put the batteries in and step on them. I would say they are not that sturdy so I wouldn’t say they are for a very heavy person.

Very handy and it was worth the price though you have to place on hard floor like carpet or tiles or concrete to get the actual measurements. Not effective on rug
