I really enjoyed watching this movie. There were a lot of twists and turns and I thorougly enjoyed them. I felt the tension was upheld throughout the move and the perfromances were really good. it was a refreshing thriller without violence or death needed. I give it five stars!

“Don’t Worry Darling” completely blew me away! The storyline had me hooked from the beginning, with twists and turns that I never saw coming. Florence Pugh’s performance was absolutely captivating, and Harry Styles showed a side of his acting that I hadn’t seen before.

The direction by Olivia Wilde was visually stunning and thought-provoking. The film’s unique blend of thriller and drama kept me on the edge of my seat, while the underlying emotional depth resonated with me long after the credits rolled.

What really stands out is the way the movie balances suspense with character development. It’s a rollercoaster ride that’s both entertaining and deeply moving. If you’re looking for a film that’s different from the usual fare, don’t miss this one.

I liked how it kept our attention for a while, as myself and my partner couldn’t exactly guess why they in this situation. However I wished they did show the real version, similar to the book. As the ending was not as expected, but still worth a watch, if you like mystery etc.

Thought provoking nudge towards the patriachy/expectations. Not what I was expecting from the cover/preconceived ideas I had on 1950s America which is where I thought this was based on.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI don’t really understand why this got such negative feedback online, honestly, I think that it is one of the best movies that has come out in more recent years. I really didn’t expect to feel so many emotions whilst watching this, but it really pulls on my emotions. At first I got very confused and honestly I was about to turn the movie off because I was getting so annoyed with the flashbacks and the way that seems have been made, especially as an autistic person who finds it very hard to keep on track of things anyway. But then when the plot twists started coming in I found myself engrossed. I think that the reason people don’t like it so much is about the dubious concern, but they don’t realise that that is the whole point of the movie, you are supposed to feel enraged by it, and you are supposed to feel disgusted by it that is the whole point! Honestly, I have never gone through so many emotions in such a short period of time, and I completely love the message that it gave across by the end of the movie. I can certainly see us headed here.

Quite enjoyed it tbh thought Florence Pugh was very good not Harry Styles best I’m afraid something a bit different and did keep my attention right through till the end
Would recommend as it’s only 1.99 to view atm

I ADMIT that most of the hype this movie got was because of surrounding drama, however don’t let that deter you. I can honestly say the storyline is a very complex but storyline with decent quality and depth, however sometimes the visuals sometime didn’t meet that or some parts eg phrases did not make sense.

I enjoyed this film more than I was expecting and thought it was good. My husband felt it was OK, however it did engage him enough that he didn’t play on his phone through the whole film! The plot line was a bit obvious, but it didn’t detract from the enjoyment.

I’m in my 50s and have watched tens of thousands of movies in my life. Very little has impact on me these days but the performances were good and that story was interesting.

I had avoided this for a while due to rumours that it wasn’t that good.
I was pleasantly surprised. Good story and a strong cast with Pugh and Pine showing their obvious talent. This film has the sort of ending that may frustrate some but in my opinion was wrapped up nicely. Overall glad I watched it and would suggest others do so as well, instead of looking up scores on certain movie sites.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirst off, Harry Styles is a decent actor; who knew! The cast are great, the scene setting in a retro idyllic 1960s is a joy to watch. There’s palpable tension from the outset and it’s an intriguing premise that pulls you in. The first 2/3s of the film is on the money. It’s sadly let down by an overly hysterical feel to the last act; it shifts in tone and pace and is sadly unsatisfying. I’ve given it 4 stars as I mostly enjoyed it and for the god quality acting. Go in prepared to be a little let down though.
