Brilliant shed , great price , only negative instrumentations could be a little clearer, but still quite easy to put up
Easy to install as following the instruction. It’s good production for my bike storage.
Built by one person in about 4 hours, although admittedly it would have been handier to have two people, especially for installing the wall and roof panels. Once up, it’s a pretty solid shed and is doing sterling duty storing my motorbike.
The instructions are very clear and all the parts are well labelled.
Make sure you get some silicon to seal the roof fastenings.
It was easy put together 2 men 4 hours I brought the shed for logs and coal when stack logs and bags of coal sides push out of frame not strong enough
Good sturdy shed
Easy to assemble if you are a good at diy
Good price in comparison to others
A good product that was quite easy to assemble if you have decent assembly skills. Could confused some people but mainly straight forward. You need 2 people to assemble it. Watertight and light so would need attached to a base or tied down in some way.
Product not as good a Keter, but not bad, very flimsy during build especially if slightly breezy and better if you have three people putting it up but overall pretty good — good enough for a placky shed
Took us nearly 6 hour to assemble, x2 persons, then it was really good and satisfactory
The product came with a 40 page instruction booklet, which immediately put me downer, however it was useful on the build. The other observation I would highlight was the lightness of the panel, they are lightweight, which meant they didn’t have an tensile strength this was really faffy when building the walls the slight breeze and they would start to bend and waver. Scotland is not renowned for its calm weather! Having space to build, it means that you have to have a flat base double the size so you can build the thing if you are aiming to place it into a limited space, in my case between a shed and the house. There are a lot of fixings, a lot. The roof panels went on easily enough but at the apex you are trying to stretch over (didn’t have an 8ft step ladder, who does! did know I needed one until I read the instructions) and clamp three layers with the screws and use the sealant, which I found a little awkward and messy! However got it all up with a little help from my wife holding stuff! I like the latch on the handles and the hidden screws on the hinge plate, not keen on no transparent panels for natural light but minor detail, the space works for me. I bough a Keter for about the same price previous but couldn’t find the product again, hence this purchase. Would I buy again, if I couldn’t get a reasonably priced Keter shed then probably, but reluctantly.
First of all, the 2 and a half hour build time extremely optimistic, We started at 10am and finished at 7pm with minimal breaks and whilst I am not the king of DIY, I think that 150 screws in 150 mins is a tall order without actually having to position and assemble the product. There are a couple of things that really make this a difficult shed to assemble:
1. All of the holes drilled are too small for the screws to you have to physically fight every screw, this is made more awkward by the angles and correctly drilled holes would have made a massive difference.
2. The rear corner columns are supposed to have on hole drilled just off the bottom and one about 15cm up from the bottom to match the base (confirmed by the instructions) however, both pillars only had holes drilled at the bottom so I had to measure and drill my own holes who get it to work.
I would say though, that once built it a pretty good looking shed and the instructions themselves are clear and easy to follow. In addition all the parts are labeled which is a real help. The real test will be how it performs in bad weather.
