Arrived the next day. Easy to put up, gives the effect we wanted. Only downside was the distance from plug to first bulb is quite small.
This is an IP66 waterproof LED floodlight that can be used with loads together to get a lovely effect. It has mesh bluetooth capability, so you can buy a few of these and control them all at once using the app – Pretty cool stuff!
It’s an easy to use light which is pretty bright at 30W but not the brightest. If you position these well and have suitable junction boxes nearby for power, then you can create a pretty awesome aesthetic in your garden!
Overall, I think this is a great outdoor floodlight for the price and would highly recommend it!

Well worth paying that bit extra for this more powerful light as you can dim it down if required. Used mainly inside a gazebo where the hottub is to get the perfect light/colour.
Awesome flood light that can add to your garden parties and BBQs with its ability to change colour to the beat of the music. Controlled by the company’s app which you download to your phone, there is 12 preset scenes or you can program your own. You can also add more than one light to your network and set them up to work individually or as a group.
The light is bright enough to cover most of my garden, even when changing colour. While the motion detector is effective when used as a normal floodlight.
Got this for the garden, and it’s really pretty good.
Once the app is installed, and the lights connected to your phone/tablet via Bluetooth you get a wide variety of options for lighting modes and colours.

And again about LED lights – I absolutely love my LED RGB Floodlight Outdoor 80W! The color changing feature is a game changer for outdoor lighting. I can easily switch between different colors to match any occasion or mood.
The 80W power provides plenty of bright light and the plug makes it easy to install. It’s also very durable and weather resistant.
And 80W power on this one is really enough for a medium sized garden – that will be for creating a certain atmosphere or just light up in the evening a big piece of fence!
I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add some color and personality to their outdoor space!
I’m really happy with this rgb outdoor floodlight! Simply plug it in and connect your phone to the app via Bluetooth. It’s really easy to pair up and automatically remembers you once you’ve used it once. It has various colours that can be manually chosen in the app, or you can set your own scenes by picking the perfect colour. Then dimming or brightening to suit the area you want. This product is fully dimmable and also reacts to music so if its playing on your phone the app will change the colours to go along with the music. It has plenty of cable length with a nice water resistant plug. So it’s easy to just plug in. I’ve had this installed behind my pool in the flower beds and has just been attached to a wooden post. With ip66 protection it’s safe to have in wet areas, and the possible uses are limitless. It’s perfect for buildings, fences, flowerbeds and any other place you could possible want an rgb light. You can also buy more and connect them together and the app will recognise those too. All round pretty cool light and really good value for the price thanks!
I love this item. It is lovely and bright and the motion detection is better than some I have used in the past. Build quality seems good so I think it will last well. Tine will tell but I am happy with it so far.
This is a very bright 30w LED floodlight, weatherproof and suitable for outdoor use. Feels sturdy and well made.
It was a little smaller than I expected, but very very bright, and bathed my garden in light. It comes with a 2m cable and a 3-pin UK plug.
Extra features come when you download the BRmesh app; you can change the colour to a number of defaults, or enter your own RGB values. You can also adjust the brightness, set it to flash in time to music or set a timed schedule. No account is required – it’s all run through Bluetooth.
I’ve actually liked this enough to order a couple more of these lights – the real benefits come from connecting up several together as the app lets you choose different preset lighting patterns (with each light wirelessly communicating with the others to coordinate the patterns).
The only downside is that this is controlled by Bluetooth, which means you need to be close-ish (<7m) to set up the patterns/colours/timings. You can't connect via wifi or see the live status of the device when you're out on the go. The lights do "remember" your settings and will keep repeating them until you change it.
What a cracking little floodlight …. This has 1 Downside …. The 2m Cable …. Had it had 4m This would have been perfect !
Not everyone is going to have a waterproof socket within 2m of where you want the light to be situated … especially as you might want it high up to illuminate the garden rather than the house.
That aside it’s a lovely unit that is solid & well made with some decent quality LED’s & it is pretty bright for only 30 watt !
There is only an app to download, no signing up no inputting of e-mail addresses etc, just install & go.
There are several different preset modes for you to use along with the ability to just scroll a wheel & find the colour you desire & even set the brightness with a slider .
You can have this on a timer should you wish to use it as a security deterrent.
Even better is the “Music” Mode where within the app you just pick one of your music tunes & off it goes to the rhythm …. Great for outdoor parties….*Cough* Hot tub *Cough*
aside from that one little annoyance of the length of the cable this is a brilliant light ….. Go for it !

When coming out of the package, it seems a bit small but as soon as it was turned on, all the worries were vanished. It has a reasonable coverage area, great light and amazing features. It could be plugged right in to an electric socket however installing outdoor may require some extra cabling if you don’t already have had it done. Still using an outdoor waterproof extension lead was enough and the flood light installation itself is a breeze.
The brightness is great and even out-of-the-box, the light glows really bright. Using the app is when the real magic starts. It has plenty of colours and colour mixes to choose from and we normally settle for whatever the current theme is e.g. Halloween or Christmas. I know this sounds a bit childish but if my kids are happy then who am I to complain. Using this light indoors is also possible for bigger rooms e.g. for events and parties. Not recommended to use as a normal light for medium size rooms as it is too bright and could prove costly. As an outside light, it is phenomenal, I am already considering buying another pair to install in the back garden.. So far proving to be great even in rainy and wet conditions and going good during the winter season.
A good price, great bright light, great features, good app to control the light and easy to install outdoors. Thumbs Up!
This is a very simple and straightforward light unit. If does however have a significant limitation – the light has to connect to a mobile, via bluetooth.
n the function of this light though, it is really easy to step up and get connected to. The app is really good for applying lighting modes, such as: include having the phone play music, and control the lights to match that music, or have the phone listen for music, then synchronise the lights flashing to match. Alternatively you can just control specific light settings, all through the app and using Bluetooth.
This light unit is well built and so versatile. It can be used as a standard light unit, where you select the colours, or if can be used for your own parties. Whatever you use it for, it’s extremely bright and gives loads of fun xxx
Great outdoor light very easy to install it literally just plugs in ! Had to add a longer lead but no big deal. Very bright with loads of colours to choose from . Easy to program with the app too!

This item is small but powerful! Very impressed with how bright and vibrant the colours are. Followed the instructions to download the app, and it found the product straight away so it was a great connection. Easy to control colour wheel to change the colour settings. Comes with a UK mains plug which is handy. I took this video indoors due to the time of year but the plan is to mount this in the garden in the summer with one of my outdoor plugs.
For the current price of 21.99 I think this is great and would highly recommend.
This floodlight has various options to work for most people.
The app is easy to use once downloaded via a QR code on the box.
Once you’ve connected the light via Bluetooth you can control the brightness from dim to extremely bright. You can also control the colour on a colour spectrum and it’s really responsive.
You can set scenes up but I haven’t tried that out yet.
The cable isn’t particularly long so you will likely need an extension lead.
As a floodlight with different colour options it’s excellent.
This light is outstanding in my opinion because it’s so easy to install, easy to use and has a superb brightness on it. It’s a well made bit of kit too because it’s strong, sturdy and durable enough to be used outdoors. It’ll last a long time and is well worth getting. I like that it is a plug and go light, no messing around and it has an app for me to use to control it and change the settings. The app works really well on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it’s easy to navigate and use. I’ve not had any technical issues with it at all and I like that I’ve got a whole range of really cool features I can use within it. The range of lighting options is great and I like that I can create my own. The colours are all bright and beautiful and I adore having it roll through the different shades. I’ve not had any issues with this light at all so I feel the value for money is superb and I highly recommend it! It’s not too costly to run either so it gets a huge thumbs up from me!
This light works great for me to place in specific locations in my room when shooting vlog videos. I can use it to set particular colour moods or behind me to create separation between me and the background.
The App control allows me to change light colour/intensity without moving away from the camera.

This isn’t your normal standard motion detection PIR floodlight which you might want purely for security reasons. This is a super bright colourful light which has a vast range of colours, levels of brightness, audio and timer capabilities. You could of course use it for security in that you can make use of the timer function.
It is mainly a really, really good floodlight for illuminating your outdoor space with whichever colour you see fit for the specific purpose. You have a massive amount of control using the app which even lets you use audio to control it much like a disco light. This can either be through the microphone or with playing tracks direct from your phone. If you use your outdoor space for entertaining or just want a really cool space for the children to enjoy playing out then this light is a really fantastic way to liven up the atmosphere.
It’s extremely well built. Good IP rating for weather proofing and all the components are top spec. The 2m lead is really durable and a decent length for attaching to a power source. Fantastic product – highly recommended.
To get the most from this light, you do need to download the ‘BRmesh’ app as that allows you to tweak the colours and brightness of the light; it’s a very straight-forward app to use and took less that a minute to set-up.
The default warm-white colour is definitely the brightest output to choose from, whereas the colour options are a bit dimmer (they do look great, you just won’t get as much coverage).
Dusktec seems to be one of those rare companies that actually puts a great deal of time and effort into designing and manufacturing their products, the lamp itself is very well made, feels robust, has a fantastic array of high quality LEDs built into it and comes with a 3 pin plug for quick setup.
The light is a compact little unit but when switched on kicks out an impressive amount of sharp, clear light in all colours. The app used to control it, BRmesh, is very easy to setup and use, doesn’t require any kind of subscription or network connection and allows for a very intuitive user experience. After installing it I was able to add the light and start playing around with the various modes and colour options within minutes. Once you’ve setup the lights you can share control of them with up to 10 other devices, ideal for family usability. The lights once added can be renamed to make identification easier and you can group multiple lights together to synchronise them, very handy for larger setups like illuminating a whole garden/house. As it comes with a 3 pin plug already fitted it’s very easy to get it ready to go if you have sockets nearby, if not it can be hardwired into a junction box which is what I’ll be doing, I’m replacing a pre-existing white patio light for something a little more versatile and fun. This kind of light will be perfect for creating eye-catching environments to sit outside in the evening with or creating your own seasonal themed scenes with the DIY mode creator like Halloween or Christmas, the possibilities are only limited by your imagination as almost any colour can be created with the sliding wheel. There’s also the function to set the lights to flash along with music adding to the creativity element. You could also quite easily set this up indoors with the plug to create any sort of mood lighting for rooms in the house, it would be ideal for a children’s play room for example or for house parties when linked to music.
Overall I’m very impressed with Dusktec and I’m looking forward to seeing what other products they bring out to add to the 125 possible connected lights through the app!
This is a very well made robust spot light, very easy to set up via the app and will look good under my Pergola. Works very well with bluetooth with no drop out and I love how you can create diffent mode and moods. I may look at one of these for the mancave to and you can connect more all on the one app and control them seperately.
For the price, this is a great little floodlight. The colour choice is quite wide, sound mode is ok (not something O use but it works) and the timer function is useful. App is easy to use and pretty stable. Would recommend for bringing a bit of colour and light into the garden!
Bought two of these with discount codes They are small but provide good light variations for localised feature lighting in gardens etc.First used to create scenes indoors for Halloween so the key test of water resistance if used outdoors is yet to happen. I like the possibilities of the app which is simple to use and combines multiple lights very well so far.Only Bluetooth so no account registration needed.With the price discount these seem reasonable value so far (without having tested the weather resistance).Will be used over the festive season to add some colour.

This 80w colour flood light came well packaged and there was no putting anything together just out the box and plug in.
The light is bright and the colours look great in the dark, the app is nice and clean, easy to use. It had a simple on off and colour select or you can play around with scenes and timers ect.
The build quality is good, I had a sturdy mounting bar for the wall or any hard surface you choice, the 2m cable had a uk plug.
The light is a little bigger than it could be as the frame around the light is big but maybe that’s all the tech stuff in there. No idea.
But the light panal is plenty large enough to light up your patio area or garden in a kaleidoscope of colours.
The only thing I would change is to have a longer power cable, 2m is pretty short for an outside light.
I have been waiting for this to turn up for ages as I had some issues with delivery from Amazon, but the wait was worth every minute. I have owned 4 of the DUSKTEC lamps before this, they are so great and that’s why I am so keen to get my hands on this outside light from them.
For most of us, wanting to go smart with the home lighting is one thing, but dealing with the fiddly setup and operation is another. The latter has been my take on many of the smart lighting system out there up until DUSKTEC.
It is difficult to describe in words on how superior the whole experience is with them, this is the second time I have been wowed by it. I am not talking about the functions, many other smart lights do the same. I am talking about the user experience.
I am lucky to have had experienced different setup and operation systems over the years, the logic behind the BRmesh APP and its counterparts is seriously in a different class. By that I feel I am still understating its charm.
It’s really one of those things that impressed me more than it meets the eye, this hasn’t changed a bit the second time round. Must try!
This newly added flood light is installed in my garden for landscape lighting, I can control any of them as long as I am close enough to the nearest one, which in fairness I can stand from quite some distant away. I thought this was only possible with the WiFi type, but so do these as the lights seem to be able to talk to one another.
Further, I have customised multiple scenes to include these lights under different settings and activate them with one click, which means I can have all sorts of lighting effects stored without having to temper with the settings each and every time. Not to mention, these lights are in perfect sync with any mode I throw at it.
Last but not least, I am loving the timing function the most. Once I have it activated on my lovely customised scene, it comes and goes off at the preset times by itself without me having to ever touch the app again.
Previously, the only thing I didn’t like is operating multiple APPs, now I have both my indoor and outdoor lamps under this one app, swee
This floodlight comes with a bag full of features and functions that you would expect from any smart lights, but what really impresses me is how well they are put together and can be used.
First of all, unlike the wifi type, the setup is so simple that it was done before I hardly got going, which is a good thing and deserves a praise. If you are concerned with privacy, you have little to be concerned. The same feeling is apparent with the rest of operations to the extend I thought the user manual is rather “unnecessary”.
The beauty does not end just there. I had concerns with the light having limited control range, but there was I being prejudice. The so called new Mesh connectivity seems to cast some “mysterious force” connecting each and every lamp, I literally can cast my spell on a distant lamp from miles away as long as I am in range to the closest one.
I particularly love how easy it is to operate multiple lamps, the app interface has made it so simple and efficient, which by my definition is what smart lights should be all about, “Convenience.” The ability to create customised scenes and set timers (auto repeat daily) work wonders for any outdoor application.
In short, this is much better than infrared controlled lamps in terms of functionality and controllability, at the same time, it beats wifi lamps in terms of simplicity and ease of control. You can’t have it all, but this one is close enough to everything I want with smart lights.

The LED light has smart lighting where it has 12 dynamic modes and RGB static and warm white light colours. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 technology for faster connectivity and also supports customized settings so you can automatically set the time to turn it off. Just connect to the “BRmesh” App using your android or IOS device for smart control. The settings that you make will be saved for quick access so you don’t have to set it up manually all over again.
I must say that it looks and feels well-made. The brightness of the LED light can be adjusted using the application once it has been installed on your phone. I just wish that it was battery or solar powered since it is more convenient especially for outside use.
Generally, it works well and is reasonably priced. I would recommend this if you don’t mind that it needs to be plugged into a direct power source.
This is a powerful floodlight that will easily illuminate the whole of your (average sized) garden. It mounts easily to the wall, and has a straightforward setup for Bluetooth control via your phone. I don’t like the power cable, which is too short (for me, anyway). I had to get a bit creative with powering the unit.
It isn’t exactly as pictured. The front has clear glass through which you can see rows of LEDs. But that’s not a big deal.
Overall, this does all that you could want for basic garden illumination, and a little more if you want a bit of mood lighting. The range of colours is good, and via Bluetooth it’s programmable and includes a few bells and whistles which are mostly surplus to (my) requirements. But the whole unit is certainly well worth the very reasonable price tag.
This is a very powerful floodlight, you can light up a 2 storey house if place on the ground, or a whole garden of 5 square meter if place high up.
It is using built in BT 5.0 and control via BRMesh App, you can group the additional lights via MESH, which allow you to control them together.
The light will remember you last setting and retain til next switch on.
A normal strong LED floodlight should be around 100W, this is 8 times that and with colour.
It is an good IP66, and good to use indoors and out, the music sync could be good for a bit of indoor disco.
The timer on the app is quite useful, as this do consumed quite a bit of energy ( rating E ).
I still prefer to have a remote if possible.
Price is reasonable and would be great to perhaps add a PIR sensor ( but this could be one giant security flood light )
Before putting it up I checked the power consumption and the most it uses is 55 Watts on white and the colour modes use about 26 Watts.
It is VERY bright on full setting.
The app works but I really just wanted it to come on at sunset at 20% level white and go off at 23:00
You can’t do that. It has basic time switch option so on at say 18:00 and off at 23:00 but if the power goes off this setting is lost and the lamp will be on at the last mode it was in.
To set the time function again, you have to load the app, select the light and toggle the time settings off and then back on again. Hardly ideal.
It does not auto correct either when the clocks go forward / backwards.
It has only Bluetooth control so your phone has to be within a few metres of the lamp to change the colours, effects, etc.
This RGB light is certainly very powerful and matches the advertised lumens.
I’ve only marked it down one star and that is primarily based on the App it must be used with. Connectivity was simple and set up provided no problems but I feel the app does not have a very user friendly interface. I’ve seen a lot better apps that are a lot more intuitive and easier to navigate. However, once figured out it works flawlessly and instantly.
Build quality is good and it has a strong construction. It feels and looks a very safe unit based on that.
There’s really great colours and it looks is really effective.
It can also respond to music on your phone. It looks very cool.
