My wife has had trouble with hearing and blocked ears for ages and we were about to book her an appointment to have them cleaned at Specsavers when we saw this and decided to give it a try, worked amazingly! Definitely recommend giving it a second go later in the day as even more came out and she can hear again!

Used to get my ears micro suctioned every 3-5 months but thought I’d give this a go and it worked despite my ear canal being very small and having a ridge.
A few drops of Otex ear drops then cleaning it out with this spray bottle and it worked, all wax was gone – had this confirmed by my doctor too
Skeptical at first, but thought give it a go. Bloody brilliant! I used warm water – squirted into ear, lots of crackling going on, then used metal whisk looking device – wow big clump of wax !! Amazing .

I had the worst blocked ears that were just not clearing no matter what I tried. I was desperate. So I saw this and was sceptical, but the reviews were positive. Honestly after one go, the deluge in the sink wasn’t pretty, but it was painless, and I could hear clearly again for the first time in 6 weeks. Highly recommended
Struggled with a blocked ear. Bought this product due to the doctor following the same practice. Advised to use warm water and white vinegar just a splash. At first wasn’t sure if I was doing it correct but if your ear is tilted towards the floor. The gravity will help the water remove anything present. Excellent product very simple to set up and works great. (Reviews 4 you)
Thank goodness that I found this as my ears were so blocked due to hay fever. Ear drops just seemed to clog them up more but they are needed to soften ear wax. This system really does work!
15 year old sons ears blocked with wax so we used olive oil for 3 days before using this and worked so well and completely unblocked his ears. Would definitely recommend
I was sceptical that it would work as well as going to see a doctor but it did & my ears are now unblocked.
I was amazed our local GP surgery no longer provides ear irrigation/syringe of blocked ears and it’s around 60 to have this done privately. A couple of days dropping olive oil into my blocked ear followed by using this kit and perfect hearing after removing the excess wax.
Comes with some handy tools and packaged in a zip lock bag, so easy to put away and keep for future use.

I tired to book a Specsavers appointment to clear my blocked ear (55). I couldnt get an appointment this week and because it was SO blocked and So disorientating I looked on Amazon Prime. I found this product for 18. It arrived the next day and WOW! It works fantastically. Filled it with warm water, lent over the bath and after a few squirts my ear is clear.
Couldn’t get an appointment for three weeks to have my ears cleaned so thought I would try it as my ears were driving me Crazy. Slightly sceptical as basically it just squirts warm water into your ear but this is what the ear specialist did last time costing me 75.
Have to say it’s safe and easy to do although it’s better if someone helps you. Couldn’t believe what came out! – ears now clean as a whistle and my head doesn’t feel like a drum!! Immediate relief and hearing restored. The kit comes which several metal scrapers but I won’t be sticking those in my ears! No need as the water irrigation part of the kit works really well. Would recommend using ear drops for a couple of days before use to soften any hard wax. Highly recommended.
This is amazing! After waking up deaf in one ear on Friday not having a clue what was wrong, I went to the doctors in a panic. Was just the simple fact that my ear canal was blocked with wax. Was told to use medicated olive oil for 2 weeks and if it doesn’t improve than can refer me or I can pay 70 something pound locally to get it sorted. Well after 3 days going insane I decided I had to do something sooner and cheaper and after reading these reviews (I was sceptical of how good the reviews were for the price) but I decided to try this anyway as I was desperate. Although not perfect I am so glad I bought this. I can actually hear again!!!! Still got ringing in the ears a bit and not perfect hearing so I’ll do it again tomorrow but oh my what a difference it has made! The only reason I havnt given 5 stars as the water did poor out from where the tube connects and everywhere got a bit soaked. This could be user error though so I’ll try to attach better tomorrow and if all works well I will happily change my review to a 5 star. Very happy and relived lady right now. If you are having the same issue and can’t afford private care, buy this!

Wore ear buds to bed last night due to a party near by and woke up deaf in one ear today.
Ordered this morning and arrived a couple of hours ago.
I was dubious and initially it only chipped away a few little bits of wax. I asked my wife to point the end upward toward the top back of the ear rather than straight and suddenly my ear went pop and a HUGE clump came out.
This was then followed by further large clumps and a massive relief of pressure. I can also now hear better than I have in a long time.
Would highly recommend!

I bought this brand as it seemed good value, and came with a full set of disposable tips.
It’s well designed, well made, and very easy to use.
You will need to order the white vinegar to mix up the recommended syringing solution
I also got some Otex to get a quick start on breaking down the ear wax.
It all worked a treat.
GPs charge for doing this procedure now, so it all paid for itself on its first use.
Was a bit apprehensive at buying this at first as have tried other things that hadn’t worked but desperate to hear clearly again. It was excellent! It managed to clear the ear and can now hear again! Other members of the household have used it too and everyone says the same. What comes out isn’t pleasant but the relief is amazing. Would definitely recommend! It does warn you of feeling dizzy during and after but it soon wears off.
You would not believe that something inexpensive would make a huge difference. I bought this after reading the reviews and can say it is amazing. As soon as it arrived I used it on all the family. I was gobsmacked with the results. It got all the wax out in big globules. I would definitely recommend and it is a lot less costly than paying for your ears syringed, which is around 30 per ear. A massive thumbs up .
Arrived quickly and well packaged. Its not difficult to use but can only recommend for low level wax blockage as even with several attempts it only eased my hearing loss slightly.

I recently had a built up of hard wax, went to the doctor who said he’d have to refer it out of NHS as it isn’t a service anymore. I went online and found this, it saved me a lot of money!! It took about 3 refilled bottles to flush out, but it came and I feel normal again! I would advise that afterwards you should lay down and not plan anything for a few hours after, I was very dizzy (warns on instructions it can happen) and felt a bit sick for 2 hours. After that I was all good! Highly recommend

I was starting to panic as it’s coming up to Christmas and I knew I couldn’t get an appointment privately or NHS to get it sorted. By this point I was completely deaf in one ear.
I bought this as a last resort. My boyfriend was adamant it wouldn’t work and that I would make it worse. It only arrived 1 hour ago and I can hear perfectly again!
I used just normal warm water and it took about 2 bottles. It started just as little bits of wax coming out and I got a bit dizzy. I stopped, put some sodium bio drops in and sat down for 5 mins. I then went back and tried again with slightly warmer water. As I was spraying, I heard a ‘pop’. Took the nozzle out my ear and I could hear again. I then looked and saw a massive chunk of wax that had come out!!
My hearing is honestly better in this ear than my non-blocked one now so I’ll be doing the other ear. It’s genuinely saved my Christmas knowing I can enjoy without saying “what” every 5 seconds!
I did it alone and was a bit tricky but eventually got the hang of it and got the result.
Would 10/10 recommend!
Living with the feeling your head is in a bucket and constantly saying what and only being able to hear your own voice echoing around your head highly recommend this product.
After days of trying to clear the blockage with drops and ending up with it being even worse than before I started and searching online for somewhere close to have them syringed with no luck decided to try this..Next day delivery too never looked so forward to an amazon delivery im not kidding!
Amazon delivery turned up and within 5 mins had this unpacked and ready to go. My husband pumped the jet into my ear and after quarter of the bottle of warm water out came the yucky yucky blockage..Great Having the bowl as you can see it with satisfaction. Quick suck with the water remover and omg I can hear. So impressed 17.99 well spent and it can be used time and time again. Very pleased indeed. Thank you Amazon you made a painful weekend just suck away.
Week later went to doc, saw the infection and prescribed drops. Week later still couldn’t hear, and trying to get a slot for syringing was going to take and age.
So thought blah, let’s give this a try. OmG it worked so well! Don’t know if you can see the white gunk that came out. That lot was the second rinse out. So it was obviously growing on my sar drum to muffle it.
Used the hard adapter so I could do it myself. Nice warm water. And poof done. Does not feel bad as water hits ear drum and you control the pressure with how hard you squeeze. So nice gentle squeezes.
So yeah if your war feel blocked give this a try.
Thursday, pain and loss of balance made me desperate, committed the cardinal sin of trying to use a cotton bud to unblock myself at least partially. Naturally this just rammed the stuff further up there and made it worse.
Friday, pain even worse, final act of self help / desperationwas to buy this off Amazon and hope for the best (despite the dodgy reviews)
Saturday it arrived filled it with body temp water, pressed the cup thing under my ear and began squirting away. Initially lots of little bits of wax came out into it – encouraging first steps! Carried on and put about half a bottle of water through the gun, when all of a sudden I felt water hitting my eardrum (a strange experience if you’re not used to it, but not unpleasant). Looked down into the bowl to find this monstrosity staring back at me
Ear wax plug approx 1cm x 1cm. The relief was unbelievable instant reduction in pain, and having been deaf for 4 days I now have superhuman hearing in that ear.
An absolute life saver!
