Entertaining and fun to make with just enough challenge to make it interesting. Great design enabling you to focus on the images rather than the piece shapes to complete. The individual animals would make great little puzzles for children.
Would recommend that you need a good light to complete the bottom part of the jigsaw due to the similarity in the dark tones.
Already purchased a further jigsaw in the series.
A really beautiful jigsaw that I would put as easy to medium, mainly because of the ease to colour sort the various areas into piles. Love it and will buy more from this artist.
One of my favourite puzzles to date, only took 3-4 evenings. It’s absolutely stunning, but I had to break it so I could tackle it a second time. The attention to detail is gorgeous, and the quality was pretty good.
I’ve now bought a second design!
The purple part was by far the trickiest but what a great feeling on completion! Truly beautiful puzzle! Just to be modpodged and framed! Can’t wait to add the rest to my collection!
A beautiful puzzle! No puzzle dust, fun to put together. I would say the puzzle cut is sometimes not unique enough to stop false fits, which can be difficult in some of the block colour parts, but overall a great product.
The colour bands help to orientate you in the picture and make it far quicker to do than other 1000’s.
100% would recommend.

Such a beautiful puzzle! Very high quality, lovely sturdy pieces that join together nicely and absolutely gorgeous colours. I found that there was a missing piece but after contacting the seller they posted the missing piece the following day. I’ll definitely be buying more of these puzzles in the future!

I really enjoyed doing this jigsaw although I did think it was a bit more expensive that what I normally pay for a 1000 piece one. Colours are very bright so I enjoyed working in sections according to colour. Some of the animals at the bottom are rather difficult to see against the background. Glad I treated myself to this one!
This was a really enjoyable puzzle to do. The quality of the puzzle, the colours and image was amazing. Loved the fact that there was very little puzzle dust too! Bonus!

This jigsaw is beautiful, it was a pleasure to do. The colours are so vivid and the print quality excellent. It is also very well made, although not surprisingly didnt survive a water spillage with a handful of pieces to go!!!!! GRRRRRR

I’m not normally one to write reviews but I found Elena Essex on Instagram and had to try one out! The artwork is stunning and the variety of pieces are great, me and my partner had a lovely time completing this and he’s not normally into jigsaws!
All in all, a fab, well made, eye catching puzzle!
I’ve already decided to buy her other ones and can’t wait for the new designs to be released!
This is such a lovely puzzle to do with children. I did it over 3 days with my 5 and 8 year olds. The children sorted the pieces by colour then went to work from the top down. 1000 pieces is a huge achievement for them but with the boldly coloured animals against a black back background it is pretty easy until you get to the bottom, where the very dark colours are harder to differentiate from the black without a strong light. The children loved doing it and we will look out for more from the designer.
This puzzle was a real pleasure to complete! We aren’t a ‘puzzle’ family but when I saw the vibrant ombr illustrations from Elena Essex on Instagram, I knew we had to have it!
The colourful pieces & range of animals made it really fun for my 5 year old & I to piece together. The bottom deep blue being the most challenging (best completed in daylight.)
This made a great family activity to do over the Christmas week, a welcome break away from screens. Getting back to simpler times.
Best quality puzzle I’ve had, the pieces are thick and well printed and cut, the poster is beautiful, it was so much fun to make! Only thing I’d say could be better is if there was a bigger photo of the complete puzzle on the box because the front lid has the bottom left corner covered. Still so worth it!!
Loved this gradient puzzle with a difference. Fab quality. Very dark area was the hardest, but a totally enjoyable puzzle to do. Pieces were well cut, no excess cardboard or puzzle dust. Very minor moan, very hard to open box – but still a top quality must have puzzle. I will certainly get another when a new design comes out.
I have completed hundreds of jigsaw puzzles and highly recommend this one. The puzzle itself is excellent quality with no puzzle dust and no false fits with any of the pieces. The pieces are sturdy and have a lovely matte finish. The box is strong and compact and a useful poster of the image is included. Overall amazing quality and a stunning design from the artist made this puzzle a real pleasure to do.
The pieces are fairly thick, and fit well together. They feel very sturdy so no worries about accidental bending. And as it says – there’s virtually no puzzle dust!
I love that the box is just big enough to fit the pieces in, nice to know the brand is bit more ecological compared to some other companies where a box is twice the size of the puzzle bag.
There is also a big poster of the image, for those who need extra help.
I am very pleased with the puzzle and am looking forward to more releases from the brand!
