I like the audio noise given to ensure it’s charging and the separate one to show that it is charged. It’s a trusted brand so I went with it and it’s done the intended job well.
Easy to use, just place batteries in intended slots, plug in and wait for it to be charged.
Dud batteries are rejected on presentation, while good batteries are slowly charged until full when charging stops.
This charger will charge either two or four AA batteries.
The until has no training wires , given that it plugs directly into the mains.
A reputable battery charger from a reputable maker ……….. complete with a up to date set of batteries.
This is a great little charger. The AA batteries fit perfectly. However, if you’re using AAA ypu almost have to force them in and out. Not sure if this is just a fault with mine or all of them.
Great that you can mix and match with AA& AAA when charging.
Red&Green lights for dead/fully charged batteries.
Nice little beep when they’re done charging.
Great charger lets you know when fully charged and stops charging .brillia
It’s smaller than my old one but fits the same batteries in.
I bought one from this brand last year as I have Christmas decorations which require regular battery changes – I found that it saved us over 18 during December. Came back for another recharged this year to cover the decorations I used normal disposable batteries in last year. Well worth the initial investment.
This is the second one of these rechargers that I have owned now and it’s pretty good. I do find that I have to recharge the batteries everyday though which is surprising as I’m only using them for fairy lights, I don’t remember having to do that with the previous one of these that I owned. Either way I recommend.
bought this product a few days ago, when it arrived. plugged it in and instantly it started beeping at me telling me one of the batteries that came with it was broken. So after trial and error and pairing the batteries with each other. figured out that one of the 4 batteries was broken and wont charge. Now this is a big problem as they can only charge in pairs, so it effectively renders a second battery useless. As two will be used in a device and you cant charge the third. having to now spend a lot of extra money on more rechargeable batteries to replace the one that came broken.
Personally I needed some new batteries to use/charge.
I only really used the AA batteries for my Xbox controller, having the 4 batteries means that I could have 2 being used in my controller, then when I got a batteries low warning I would swap the 2 fully charged ones out and put the others in. I probably game 5-6 nights a week for probably around 3-4 hours a night, I find myself having to change the batteries maybe once a week, which I think is quite impressive.
For the use above I’ve had absolutely no issues. I attempted to put in some older Energizer rechargeable batteries from a previous kit I had but these simply wouldn’t charge.
I know it says that they charge in pairs but I do think it’s a shame you can’t charge the odd battery that you may find yourself needing to do.
Overall for my personal use the value it really high, I’m able to use it for the exact function I purchased them to do and for that I can’t complain too much.
