Bin rund um zufrieden. Hatte noch nie so gute Kopfhrer in jeder Hinsicht. Tragekomfort, Ton, Design und Funktionalitt sind echt der Hammer. Die Verarbeitung scheint sehr edel zu sein. Das Mikrofon mit der magnetisch untersttzten Verbindung begeistert mich immer wieder :D. Das Lautstrkerad ist auch sehr faszinierend und mach mehr Spa als Knpfe oder die typische 90 gedrehte (Mausrad- )Anordnung. Es leuchtet auch kein unntiges Licht, das man eh nicht sieht und nur die Batterie belastet. Die Verbindung ber Bluethooth funktioniert tadellos und sehr schnell. Das Mikrofon ist auch in Ordnung, zumindest gab es im Discord keine Anmerkungen, dass man mich nicht verstnde.
Ich bin also rundum zufrieden 🙂
An dem Headset selber ist nichts auszusetzen. Die Klangqualitt ist hervorragend, das Mikrophon funktioniert einwandfrei und ich kann es Stundenlang tragen ohne das es drckt oder unbequem wird.
Leider finde ich die dazugehrige Software nicht sehr toll. Bis ich alles eingerichtet hatte hat es lange gedauert und je nach Anschlussart (USB, BT oder Klinke) werden die gemachten Einstellungen zurckgesetzt und der Soundcheck per Software funktioniert nur eingeschrnkt.
Ich nutze das Headset bisher nur am PC. Daher beschrnkt sich meine Bewertung auch nur auf diesen Bereich und lsst keine Rckschlsse zur Nutzung an Konsolen oder Handy zu.
Bought this headset to game on PC with my PS5 buddies. The I. Game chat on Battlefield 2042 is horrible so needed the Bluetooth to join the Sony chat on my phone. This headset is amazing. Love the sound signature and the Bluetooth works great. Comfort is almost great. Slight clamping force but not horrible. Love thes more than my H6Pro open backs. Would definitely recommend if I’m the same boat I was. One odd thing though is you need to turn the headset on even in wired mode. Not a big deal for me but may be an issue for someone else. Hope this review helps.
Pretty good, I mean for the price it could be better but I’m used to cheaper headphones anyway so this is a nice upgrade. The biggest reason I bought it was because I knew it was Bluetooth and wired so I could use it with my phone or PC. But I’ve had them for about 3 weeks and so far no problems. The sound is pretty nice no vibration when I tested bass on it. Fits around my ears nicely but I have small ears, I’ve heard some find them uncomfortable. They block out a good amount of sound but it could be better. If you have glasses it’s alright but it can start to hurt after a while. But they’re light weight and flexible. So far so good!! Wishing I didn’t spend $150 on headphones though
I bought these headphones because I like to game on both the Xbox and PS5, but most of the people I game with use Discord for chat. Being able to connect to my phone for Discord, plus either system is an absolutely huge with. Most of the other headphones I looked at supported Bluetooth + either the PS5 or Xbox, but not both.
Additionally, the sound quality is stellar, and the mic is great. Absolutely awesome headphones.

La perche micro relevable peut se dtacher via des aimants afin de l’utiliser en mode nomade avec un cache pour protger le connecteur.
Niveau son il est bien quilibr et un logiciel dispo sur leur site permet d’affiner les diffrents rglages.

I originally got myself the standard H3’s because the headphone jack is just a nice, universal audio cable for most all devices (except iPhones lol). A big problem sprung up with the standards though, which is that the headphone jack cable causes audio going to the headset to also go through the mic, making the people on call able to hear what you’re doing on your computer, which can be pretty distracting for everyone. It’s worth noting that this problem is still present with these headphones when using the headphone jack, but connecting via USB completely remedies it, leaving your mic inteference free. Speaking of the mic, the option to detach it is ingenious and, while it’s not broadcast/streaming quality, it is clear and perfectly good for voice cha
Hooked these up to my Xbox & I have to say, very impressed!! There’s plenty of padding, they adjust well & the pivot on each earpiece allows it to sit well, against your head. They’re very, very comfortable, even for a long gaming session!! They’re actually more comfortable than my rather expensive Sennheisers. They’re also heavier, but these are carrying a battery, microphone & boom, Bluetooth circuit… So we’ll allow for a little extra weight.
They do need to be powered on to use, thought they might have had a passive mode, but no. Charging via a USB C cable.
They do have an unusual trick up their sleeve, in that you can be plugged into a game (I’ll plug into my Xbox pad if I’m using the mic during a game, but my hifi amp if I’m not using the mic) & connect via Bluetooth to another device & listen to a phonecall or music, while the game audio plays at the same time. You could also Bluetooth your game audio via the TV & do away with the cable.
The sound quality is good, not as boomy as other headsets, verging on the sharp sounding, but it’s clear & defined.
The mic is completely removable & a blanking disc is provided to cover the gap it’ll leave behind. This matches the jog-wheel on the other earpiece that controls the volume.
Overall, a very accomplished pair of headphones, comfortable, they sound good, they have Bluetooth, the mic removes & they’re very nicely made. They are expensive though…. I’d say 4.5 stars, but can’t knock a full star off for price, when you know what you’re paying, so they get the full 5 stars.
Das Headsets von Epos hat einen stolzen Preis. Es ist das Geld aber absolut wert. Wer viel am Zocken ist, sollte auf jeden Fall etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen. Wie oft hatte ich Headsets, bei denen mir schon nach kurzer Zeit wortwrtlich die Ohren qualmten. Das kennen sicher viele Gamer. Nicht so bei diesem Headset. Die Ohrmuscheln liegen nicht auf dem Ohr direkt auf, sondern umschlieen das ganze Ohr. Zudem sind sie einfach gut klimatisiert, sodass sich keine Wrme darin staut. Die Muscheln sind schn weich und dadurch angenehm zu tragen.
Der Klang des Headsets ist fr meine Begriffe wirklich extrem gut. Man hrt im Spiel jedes kleinste Gerusch, was je nach Spiel stark von Vorteil sein kann. Die Lautstrke lsst sich ganz unkompliziert auen an der rechten Ohrmuschel mittels einem kleinen Drehrad regulieren. Auch nicht schlecht, da man nicht erst im Spiel nach irgendwelchen Knpfen suchen muss.
Jetzt komme ich zum angebrachten Mikro. Die Handhabung ist auch hier sehr einfach. Hat man es nach unten geklappt, ist man im Chat hrbar. Ist es nach oben geklappt, ist man automatisch auf stumm gestellt. Finde ich groartig, dass hier auch ein Handgriff reicht. Ausserdem lsst sich das Mikrofon mit einem Handgriff abnehmen und auch wieder befestigen. Was mir an dem Mikro nicht so gut gefllt, ist der Klang im Chat. Ich hre mich selbst, wenn ich etwas gesagt habe, es hallt ziemlich nach. Deshalb ziehe ich auch einen Stern ab. Meiner Meinung nach, sollte dies bei diesem Preis nicht sein.
Dieses Headset ist eher fr Gamer geeignet als fr das Musik hren. Das geht zwar auch und auch hier ist der Klang super, jedoch fehlen dann eben Knpfe fr Pause und frs Vor- und Zurckspulen. Notfalls kann man dies aber ber das Smartphone machen, wenn man hierber die Musik abspielt.

Look-wise, the headset looks relatively standard for a gaming headset. It’s got that sort of “functional” aesthetic look going for it, with a standard headset design that doesn’t try to look overly showy or anything.
Initial set up is quick, simple and pretty self-explanatory. It’s a standard Bluetooth connection, where you just need to go on your device or PC, find the headset and pair it. Nothing different that the usual set up. Quick, efficient and trouble free.
Sound quality wise, in my opinion this gaming headset is absolutely excellent. Ok, so it’s not absolute audiophile quality, but to be honest, it’s not all that far off. There’s a really rich, deep bass that complements the games you’re playing. Indeed, for gaming, you have a fully immersive sound that really brings you into the games. Explosions are thick and booming. Quieter background sounds are there and incredibly identifiable due to the precision of the audio reproduction.
The microphone is also clear, without any muffling of audio. The microphone is well positioned, just off where your mouth is, and fully adjustable. In fact, all aspects of the headphones are adjustable to your comfort and size. The earpieces themselves aren’t too large, but accommodate your entire ear well, with plenty of comfort.
All in all, I’ve been incredibly happy and impressed with the gaming headphones. They’re comfy and fully adjustable. The sound reproduction is superb. And they don’t look too large or clunky when being worn. Highly recommended.
In andere Welten tauchen, nach einem anstrengenden Tag oder einer stressigen Woche , in eine Spielwelt abzutauchen, kann schon einen ganz besonderen Reiz haben. Wenn man dann noch sein Headset aufsetzt, kann man wie ich finde sehr gut abschalten und sich ganz und gar auf die virtuelle Spielwelt konzentrieren. Hierfr bentigt es neben dem passenden Spiel, auch die passende Hardware und hier vor allem ein Headset.
Genau hier mchte der Anbieter “EPOS” mit dem “H3 Hybrid”, ein passendes und vor allem hochwertiges Headset anbieten welches smtlichen Ansprchen eines Gamers zufriedenstellen mchte.
Verpackt kommt das Headset in einer optisch ansprechend und modern designten Verpackung welche schon von aussen erkennen lsst, dass sich im inneren, ein zumindest von der Optik her schnes Headset befindet.
Nach dem ffnen der Verpackung und dem herausnehmen des Headsets, fllt auf, dass dieses ein angenehmes Gewicht von knapp 300 Gramm besitzt und auch von der Haptik einen hochwertigen Eindruck hinterlassen kann. Die eigentliche Gre des Headsets lsst sich einfach und problemlos durch die Kopfbgel, welche aus Edelstahl gefertigt wurden, in insgesamt 10 Stufen verstellen. Somit sind diese passend fr Jugendliche wie auch fr Erwachsene.
Durch die angenehme Polsterung sitzt das Headset sehr gut und weich auf dem Kopf und auch nach lngerer Tragdauer (was beim spielen, gerne mal vorkommt) kommt kein unangenehmes Gefhl auf dem Kopf oder an den Ohren, aus. SEHR GUT
Nach dem einschalten an der linken Ohrmuschel des Headsets, erklingt eine Frauenstimme welche mit in feinstem Englisch mitteilt, dass der Akku so und so geladen ist. Eine Verbindung per Bluetooth ist mit der “Pairing-Taste” an der recht Ohrmuschel mglich und das klappt ohne Problem SEHR GUT.
Das Mikrofon an der linken Ohrmuschel lsst sich einfach aktivieren und deaktivieren (nach oben klappen) und bei Bedarf auch komplett abnehmen (ist mit einer recht starken Magnethalterung versehen). Dennoch bliebt die Freispruch Funktion erhalten weil sich in der linken Ohrmuschel ein zweites (sehr abgespecktes) Mikrofon befindet. Klanglich kann dieses natrlich in keinsterweise mit dem eigentlichen, konkurrieren.
Was mir einerseits negativ auffllt aber anderseits wiederum positiv ist die fehlende ANC Funktion um die Umgebungsgerusche auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Dennoch und trotz diesem fehlenden Aspektes kann das geschlossene Headset gegenber ussern Einflssen sehr gut abschirmen.
Nun aber zum eigentlichen Sound und hier kann das Headset wie ich finde berraschen. Die Bsse sind gut, die Hhen und Tiefen werden sehr gut wiedergegeben und fr ein Gaming Headset im preislichen Bereich von bis zu 150 Euro muss ich sagen, kann der Kopfhrer doch einen guten bis sehr guten Spund aufweisen. Natrlich darf man diesen nicht mit High-End Kopfhrer aus dem Musik Bereich vergleichen und vor allem bei hoher Lautstrke merkt man doch hier und da ein paar Schwchen.
Die Lautstrke lsst sich an der rechten Ohrmuschel, per Drehrad verstellen wobei mir diese Variante nur halb gut gefllt. Das einstellen der Lautstrke ist wie ich finde etwas ungenau und trotz gleichmssigem drehen springt die Lautstrke mal mehr mal weniger.
Weiterhin muss man sagen, ist das Headset kein reines kabelloses Headset sondern eher ein “kabelgebundenes” welches die Vorzge einer Bluetooth Verbindung zu nutzen weis. Hier lassen sich das Smartphone (z.b Spotify oder Einzug telefonieren) einfach mit dem Headset verbinden. Ansonsten solle man dieses Headset wie der Hersteller schon beschreibt, eher als kabelgebundenes Set verstehen.
Dennoch kann der Begriff “Hybrid” bei mir punkten denn nun ist es mglich kabelgebunden und via mitgelieferten Klinkenkabel das Headset mit dem PS5 Controller zu verbinden und gleichzeitig mit seinen Spielfreunden ber das Smartphone per Bluetooth verbunden zu sein.
Weiterhin ist es am PC mglich per Software, dass Headset einzustellen, zwischen unterschiedlichen Soundprofilen zu whlen (welches das Headset auch speichert) die Firmware upzudaten oder einen ordentlichen 7.1 Modus zu aktivieren.

Das Headset von “EPOS” kann mich berzeugen. Hier und da gibt es zwar ein paar Punkte die man htte besser machen knnen aber dennoch bekommt man fr gute 144 Euro ein gutes Gaming Headset welches von meiner Seite 4,5 Sterne (aufgerundet auf 5) verdient hat.
Sans aucun doute, ce casque est une excellente surprise pour moi, je ne connaissais pas vraiment la marque et aprs quelques recherche, j’ai eu connaissance que la marque fait partie d’une branche de Sennheiser et connaissant le savoir faire de la marque, a ne pouvait qu’tre tout bon.
Finalement, on y retrouve tout ce qui fait un bon casque gaming, du 7.1, un double micro et dtachable, du Bluetooth, un logiciel de personnalisation sur PC et la compatibilit avec toutes les consoles actuelles.
La premire chose qui saute aux yeux, c’est la qualit d’assemblage qui est vraiment irrprochable, sans parler de l’ergonomie qui a t murement rflchie, chaque bouton tombe bien sous la main et la roulette pour augmenter ou diminuer le volume et trs grande et prcise.
Ensuite, je constate que le casque est vraiment agrable porter, je fais partie des personnes qui adores les couteurs et moins les casques et l, je dois dire qu’il y a vraiment un confort vraiment sympa, de plus les coussinet sont trs souple.
Au niveau du son, nous sommes clairement sur un casque ddi au gaming, le son est bien quilibre sans en faire de trop, mais reste super agrable couter, de plus le 7.1 donne un son spatialis, mais convaincant.
Pareil en ce qui concerne le micro, celui capte parfaitement ma voix sans capter les sons environnent ou trs lgrement, mais bien entendu tout cela est paramtrable via le logiciel conu par le marque.
Le casque est multipoint, il peut se connecter sur 2 appareils Bluetooth simultanment, mais pas que, puisque le casque est aussi filaire, il pourra tre branch un appareil, mais en mme temps tre connect a un smartphone, ce qui est vraiment super pratique.
Bon, il faut tout de mme savoir que cela jouera un rle sur l’autonomie, mais la batterie tant tellement gnreuse, que finalement a n’est pas vraiment un souci.
Clairement, ce casque est une excellente surprise, je ne suis pas rentr dans tous les dtails, mais sachez seulement que j’adore ce casque qui tient parfaitement ses promesses, tout en restant trs sobre, oui pas besoin de RGB pour plaire aux gamers!
La qualit de son de ce casque est parfaite. Le confort est galement au rendez-vous.
Je l’utilise principalement pour travailler (runion de plus de 6 personnes) et la qualit d’coute est vraiment bonne. Le micro fonctionne trs bien.
For so long I have been waiting for an affordable pair of headphones with a mixing feature. These have finally given me that.
EPOS is a brand that really impresses me, they always do something unique with their gaming headphones rather than just going for the typical RGB and microphone design that pretty much all other brands do.
Usually I’m not a fan of the audio of their headphones and this is no exception, the sound of these is really nothing special but it’s not bad either. Just an average pair of headphones.
Where these really shine is definitely the features and comfort. They have the really cool earpads that I love, with the pleather on the outer part and fabric where it touches your head, this gives you both sound isolation and comfort in 1.
There is a built in mic with this and it is detachable, I really love how you get a little plate to put over the mic port when the mic is detached, they still look a bit too gamer for me to take out in public with me though.
So why do I like these so much?
Like I said at the start, these have a mixing feature, you can use both wired and bluetooth audio at the same time, no switching between, both audio sources coming out of the headphones. This is a feature which I really feel like gets ignored for headphones, especially those intended for use with the Nintendo Switch.
If you play a lot of multiplayer games on the switch you will know that it doesn’t [usually] support voice chat. These headphones will allow you to plug your switch in using the wire and have your phone connected to discord or something with bluetooth so you can hear your friends and your game at the same time.
I like to watch movies and stuff while grinding in a game so these also come in handy for that, I can hear the movie and the game.
As far as I know there’s no way to control how loud each source is on the headphones themselves, that’s definitely one thing I would improve. I had the steelseries arctis pro wireless a while back and that had a feature like that.
Really a brilliant new headset from EPOS and I can’t wait to see what they bring out next!

Zunchst fllt beim Auspacken der deutliche Plastikgeruch auf. Auch nach nunmehr 3 Wochen ist dieser noch leicht wahrnehmbar.
Neben dem Headset ist ein 3,5mm Klinkenkabel und ein USB-A- auf USB-C-Kabel. ber eine integrierte Soundkarte – auch nicht ber USB – verfgt das EPOS H3 Hybrid nicht.
Ebenfalls findet sich im Karton ein runder Plastikdeckel – dieser dient dazu den Anschluss des Mikrofons abzudecken, wenn man dieses abnimmt (wenn es z. B. als “einfachen” Kopfhrer verwendet).
Finde die Halterungen der Ohrmuscheln nicht besonders elegant gelst.
Die Polsterungen sind weich und angenehm. Die Ohrpolster sind abnehmbar und knnten somit bei Bedarf getauscht werden.
Mit der hochwertigen Polsterung sowie dem 10-fach verstellbaren Metallbgel macht das EPOS einen sehr guten Qualittseindruck.

Die vielen Mglichkeiten der Software sind fr mich persnlich schon fast einen Ticken zu viel. Die Software ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet.

Das H3 kling klar und hat eine hohe rumliche Auflsung. Auch geht es druckvoll zu Werke ohne jedoch markerschtternd und “raumsprengend” zu sein.
Ortbarkeit z. B. von Gegnern ist im 7.1-Modus ganz gut – im Eifer des Gefechts ntzt es mir allerdings meist nicht allzu viel :-(.
Auch Musik ber das Smartphone hren macht mit dem EPOS Spa. Ein angenehm natrlicher voller und warmer Klang.
Wer jedoch den ultimativen Tiefbass sucht, fr den knnte das EPOS nicht 1. Wahl sein.

Stimmen werden alles andere als flach wiedergegeben – eher voll und angenehm. Hintergrundgerusche werden gut gefiltert. Das Mikrofon ist absolut Klasse. Finde auch gut, dass es relativ stramm am Headset sitzt.

Das EPOS H3 Hybrid kann mit guter Haptik und einem angenehmen Klang ohne erwhnenswerte Schwchen punkten.
Mein Liebling bleibt jedoch momentan noch mein kabellose Steelseries Siberia X800. Dessen Klangvolumen nochmal einen drauf setzt und noch mehr Gnsehaut verursachen kann.
Ich habe das Headset als Testprodukt ausgewhlt, da ich mit meinem Razer nicht so zufrieden war und von der Arbeit EPOS/Sennheiser schon kenne.
Nach den Erfahrungen von der Arbeit htte ich mir EPOS nicht direkt gekauft. Die Sennheister Hardware ist wirklich klasse, aber die EOPS Software hat lange Probleme gemacht und unsere IT sah sich zwischenzeitlich gezwungen ein Updatestop zuverhngen.
So gesehen wollte ich mal gucken, ob der Gamingpendant von EPOS/Sennheiser eine bessere bzw. gleichwetige Performance abliefert:

-Ich hatte verstanden, dass dieses Produkt eine doppelte Blutooth-Verbindung fr Sound + Voice aufbauen kann und somit komplett kabellose ist, inkl Muxing. Aber es ist leider immer auf einem Weg kabelgebunden und dazu kommt eine kabellose Verbindung fr Voice. Oder halt im “Bluetooth only” Mode ganz kabellos, aber nur mit einem Kanal fr Sound und Voice (Gaming), wie bei jedem herkmmlichen Blutooth Headset.
-Mixing nur Soundlautstrke steuerbar. Am PC wertlos, da der 2te Kanal fr Voice dort nicht primres Gert ist und somit keine eigene Tasten fr Lauter/Leister hat und umstndlich ber den Windowssoundmager mit de Maus gesteuert werden muss. Wenn dann im VC jemand zu laut oder leise ist, dann muss man tabben und es per Men oder in der jeweiligen VC-Anwendung nachjustieren.
-Fast 300g sind nicht gerade leicht, der Akku ist eigentlich unntig, wenn man eh per USB an den PC muss um beide Kanle und das Mixing zu nutzen
-Die Benennung der verschiedenen Gerte im Windowsmanager htte man besser anpassen knnen. USB Ein- und Ausgabe heit “H3 Hybrid”. Blutooth kommt als “H3 Hybrid (Stereo)” dazu fr den PC Mode. Zustzlich kommen als Ein- und Ausgabe “H3 Hybrid Hands-Free” (ohne Mikrofonarm)
-Der Sound, gerade im ESports Mode arbeitet wichtige Detail heraus. Fast schon wirkt es ein wenig wie Cheating, da auch entfernte Gerusche schon sehr frh klar und deutlich zu hren sind. Was mir dabei nicht gefllt, ist dass die Rumlichkeit dabei verloren geht. Z.B. bei Overwatch hre ich klar raus, das 2,3 bestimmte Helden in meiner Nhe sind, orten kann ich Ihre Position so aber kaum und oft bin ich verwundert, wo sie sich am Ende finden lassen.
Fazit: Sennheiser Qualitt, Epos Software diesmal nicht vllig verkackt, sehr vielseitig wenn man mehrere Gerte nutzt, die auch unterschiedliche Anschlsse erfordern. Frs reine PC Gaming und ESpots meines erachten nur mig gut geeignet – jedenfalls ist es klar ein kabelgebundes Headset mit dem Gewichtes eines Wireless Headsets. Fokus liegt auf sehr klarem Sound, die Rumlichkeit leidet hier leider drunter. Der Preis von 180 ist fr Sennheiser okay, es hlt sicher auch lange und die tollen Materialen fallen nicht vom Himmel, einige andere nhlich teure GamingHeadsets sind im Qualittsvergleich nur als Abfall zu bezeichnen.
Der H3 Hybrid will vor allem Gaming Headset, aber auch Kopfhrer fr alles sein.
Wer genau das sucht, einen Kopfhrer fr jede Situation, Konsole / PC, unterwegs oder zu Hause. Macht hiermit kaum etwas falsch. Nur als Musik Kopfhrer (gerade ber Bluetooth) zeigt er ein paar Schwchen.
ZUnchst sei gesagt dass ich Klangtechnisch relativ “verwhnt” bin. Normalerweise hre ich mein Zeug ber deutlich teurere Kopfhrer und habe einen fr Unterwegs, einen fr zu Hause fr Musik, und einen fr zu Hause zum zocken. Die Kopfhrer kosten dabei jeweils doppelt bis dreimal so viel wie der H3. Es natrlich klar, dass er in den Einzeldisziplinen nicht perfekt ist.
Beim Gaming spielt er seine grten strken aus. Der Klang ist gut, muss aber Meinung nach noch etwas am EQ eingestellt werden, was in der App mglich ist. Mir hat etwas der Bass gefehlt, damit es nicht so schnell ermdet. Was er aber wirklich perfekt macht, ist die Bhne. Sowohl bei Musik, aber vor allem beim zocken kann ich perfekt Orten, von wo die Klnge, die Fuschritte, ein Schleichgerusch oder hnliches herkommt.
Gleiches gilt auch fr das Mikrofon. Egal ber welche App (ich habe den KOpfhrer auch mit Skype, Teams, Google Meeting, Teamspeak, Duscord etc. genutzt), es gab nie jemanden der mich nicht verstanden hat.
Wenn es um Spiele geht bei denen die Story im Vordergrund steht, gefallen mir andere Kopfhrer dennoch besser (vlt habe ich die perfekte Einstellung aber einfach noch nicht am PC gefunden).
Dennoch ist das fr mich ein negativpunkt, da ich den Klang vor allem mit der App beeinflussen kann, die an meiner Playstation aber natrlich nicht zur Verfgung steht.
Fr Musik unterwegs sind sie zwar ok, fr meine Ohren aber nichts. Denn Sie haben das fr manche Kopfhrer typische Bluetooth rauschen/fiepen, dass mir auch auffllt. whrend Musik abgespielt wird. Daher benutze ich sie dafr gar nicht.
Auch hervorheben mchte ich noch die Verarbeitung. Die Kopfhrer fhlen sich verdammt wertig an. Der Bgel allein ist deutlich wertiger verbaut, als ich es von anderen, deutlich teureren Kopfhrern kenne. Auch nach mehreren Stunden Dauereinsatz tun sie nicht auf meinen Ohren weh.
Daher vergebe ich 4 Sterne. Der H3 Hybrid ist ein sehr gutes Gaming Headset, und ein mittelprchtiger Musikkopfhrer. Wenn man hier aber keine audiophile Qualitt bentigt, bekommt man einen guten Allrounder, mit einem hervorragendem Preis Leistungsverhltnis.

The comfort is up there with Arctis and the sound on these are a bit better to me. Bluetooth works with Android and IOS unlike the TB Gen2’s I had tried preciously. The mic is fine and I’ve had no complaints while in chats. Let’s be honest, if you need a mic on a headset for anything otherwise, you should probably be investing in a standalone. The headset also has sidetone to monitor your voice which works on console as well which is a major bonus.
My partner and I love gaming, and we have a baby now so we need the noise to all be contained, and every now and then my partner has time to play online and needed a new headset. I’ve never heard of this brand before but these are amazing.

I was a little unsure about these at first, just because they seem so simple, but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised.
First off, the sound quality is insane, handling both highs and lows with great clarity and no washout, even at high volumes they don’t distort. I can get a good amount of bass with rock and metal music too: generally they haven’t failed to perform in any situation!
The depth you get in-game is very immersive, with ambience and gunshots crisp with great variable volume. They aren’t marketed as noise-cancelling but you can barely hear any background noise with these on! The mic too is crystal clear without having to have it too close to your mouth.
The headphones fit really snugly on. The earpads are so comfortable and the tightness is perfect: they have adjustable arms for different head sizes and they’re comfy for both my small head and my partner’s medium head.
The controls are really straightforward, without too much functionality to complicate anything: just a plain and simple volume dial, power and Bluetooth buttons. You can connect them with aux or BT to two devices which is really useful if you’re gaming and chatting on another platform, and I had no issues with connectivity at all.
The only issue that I had is that there doesn’t seem to be any Android support for the software so I couldn’t get it on my chromebook. But the headphones work without it so it’s not a big deal, and I can get it on my Windows 10 machine.
Overall, I can honestly say this is a really good piece of kit, with awesome audio quality and generally it’s a pleasure to use and sounds great. And the ear pieces are the most comfortable ones I’ve ever used in a set of headphones; given the value of them, you’d expect good quality, and I’d say they are worth it for the excellent sound experience.
Highly recommended for gamers and audio snobs, and music fanatics alike.
Das EPOS H3 Hybrid Gaming-Headset macht einen wertigen Eindruck und ist gut verarbeitet. Es besteht weitgehend aus mattem Kunststoff. Der Kopfbgel ist innen schn weich gepolstert und mit Stoff umspannt. Die Ohrpolster sind mit Kunstleder bezogen und fr eine lange Lebensdauer abnehmbar/wechselbar.
Die Gre wird in Stufen verstellt. An den Metallbndern sind Striche und Zahlen, so dass man die passende Einstellung gut ablesen und regeln kann. Das Headset sitzt gut und das Gewicht verteilt sich gleichmig auf dem Kopf, dadurch ist es auch fr lngere Gaming Sessions geeignet. Die Polster sind schn weich. Allerdings schwitzt man recht schnell drunter.
Am linken Ohrhrer befinden sich die gut erreichbaren Bedienelemente fr die Lautstrke, das Mikrofon, die Ein-/Aus-Taste und der abnehmbare Mikrofonarm. Die Klinkenbuchse und der USB Anschluss befindet sich ebenfalls dort. Das Mikrofon kann zum Stummschalten einfach nach oben geklappt werden.
Auf der linken Seite findet man den Schalter fr die Bluetooth Verbindung und ein Drehrad fr die Lautstrke des mit Bluetooth verbundenen Gertes.
Der Klang ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut und klar, dadurch ist er auch gut frs Musikhren und Filme schauen geeignet. Gegner lassen sich beim Zocken gut orten.
Das Mikrofon ist super. Laut Gegenspielern wird die Stimme warm wiedergegeben und es werden keine Hintergrundgerusche wahrgenommen.
Ich finde es sehr praktisch, dass man an ihm zwei Audio-Gerte parallel verwenden kann. Man kann es kabelgebunden an der Konsole nutzen und gleichzeitig mit einem Smartphone pairen, so dass man einen Anruf whrend dem Zocken annehmen kann.
Das Pairing mit meinem Samsung Galaxy S20+ hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Verbindung ist stabil.
Die Akkulaufzeit ist mit bis zu 37 Stunden recht gut und falls der Akku doch mal leer werden sollte, kann man es auch whrend dem Ladevorgang benutzen.
Der Lieferumfang umfasst das Headset, ein abnehmbares Mikrofon, einen Deckel, den man anstelle des Mikrofons aufsetzen kann, ein USB-C Kabel, ein 3.5mm Klinkenkabel und eine Anleitung.
C’est la premire fois qu’avec un casque Bluetooth, l’appairage se fait aussi facilement et rapidement! C’est un plus fort apprciable.
Ensuite l’acoustique est pour moi simplement parfaite, le confort d’utilisation (avec le rglage des couteurs serre tte selon diffrentes tailles). Certes je ne suis pas un spcialiste du gaming mais il convient parfaitement bien mon besoin. Le prix pourrait paraitre lev, mais c’est la contrepartie de la qualit!

These headphones by EPOS are pretty interesting in that they offer themselves as a hybrid set of headphones: designed for multiple devices and situations. Let’s take a look at appearance, comfort, sound, compatibility, and features to see how they get on!
Appearance: These back away from the standard ‘gamer’ look that you might see streamers wearing and offer something far more subtle. In terms of colour, everything is a nice military-like black and although there’s plenty of buttons, a dial and moving parts – they’re all subtle and designed to blend into the design. Fitting with the ‘hybrid’ nature, they’re a pair of headphones that suit all situations. Whether that’s wearing them on the train, at college, during work or more likely a LAN party or just gaming in your room… Personally, I think they look sleek.
Comfort: In terms of comfort, these are really nice fitting headphones. You have plenty of adjustability: the ear cups move in and out, up and down and you can vertically adjust the headband so it’s secure, but not causing any pressure on the top of your head. The headband and earcups are squidgy memory foam, with materials that are soft and comfortable against your skin. They weigh very little too, so there’s no real feeling of heaviness on your head. I found the earcups themselves felt a little claustrophobic at first, but I got used to them after a pretty short amount of time and they do a GREAT job of shutting the outside world out; really allowing you to be immersed in your gaming.
Sound: Moving on to sound, I was actually massively impressed with these. As they are gaming headphones, I wasn’t too sure what to expect, but the sound quality on them is brilliant. I started off with some music to really push them and test their capabilities compared to other more premium headphones I’ve tried and found they did a brilliant job at pumping out the powerful punchy club style dance music that I enjoy. The immersion of the thick earcups really adds to the experience as well. Moving on to movies and podcasts, I found that voices sounded crisp and authentic. Again, I was really happy with how things sounded. Then, the most important of all with these particular headphones: gaming. As you may expect, this is where they really excelled. Whether it was a shooting title, a racing title, a platformer, or anything else: explosions sounded scary, engines were loud and powerful, jumps and hops were light and wispy, and the voices from my friends were crystal clear too. The added sense of immersion these headphones offer really took them to the next level too. Awesome!
Compatibility: So, for console or mobile gaming these headphones are right up there with the best I have tried. Whether I was playing League of Legends: Wild Rift on my iPad or iPhone, Zelda on my switch, or Spiderman on my Playstation – everything was great. The hybrid capabilities of the headset is useful as it means no matter what device you have, you’ll most likely be able to connect them: whether 3.5 jack connection, USB connection or bluetooth connection. You can also switch between devices, so you can be using your console one minute and then switching over to your phone or TV the next. Even more impressive: you can connect your bluetooth to your phone and use them with a wired connection to your console at the same time!
These headphones really shine when the device you are using supports bluetooth (as the Switch now does, Apple devices do, and pretty much all modern phones do too). It’s a shame that the XBOX and Playstation consoles I own don’t support Bluetooth and so you’re stuck using them wirelessly. Similarly, most PCs don’t come with bluetooth on the motherboard and so you’ll have to use them via USB as well unless you want to go down the bluetooth adaptor route. My existing Logitech headphones came with a tiny little wireless USB receiver and it’s a shame EPOS didn’t go this route too; it would have been a nice little extra. As such, I’d say that if you are primarily a PC gamer without bluetooth, then you may want to consider an alternative as these are quite pricey for non-wireless headphones. Similarly, if you mainly game on a single console you may also want to check out the wireless options available (such as those for XBOX or Playstation). These are clearly designed for someone who wants the flexibility to game on lots of different devices.
Features: There’s a couple of things I really like about these. The first is that you can hear your own voice whilst you speak. This is great: the mics do an excellent job of playing your own voice back to you without any lag. The microphone does a good job of picking up your voice and broadcasting it clearly. I equally enjoyed that when you flip the microphone up it is automatically muted – this is better than software or a button in my view. And whilst we’re talking about microphones, being able to remove it is cool too. It’s magnetised and so if you’re gaming solo or on the train listening to music and don’t want to look odd with a microphone on your headset then you can easily take it off so they look like normal over ear headphones. There’s a little wheel on the side of the headphones that allows you to turn the volume up or down – again, it’s useful being able to do this without software. And, finally, I really liked the software designed for PC. You’re able to really play around with settings and even customise buttons.
Overall: I think these headphones are fantastic for anyone who considers themselves a gamer across multiple platforms. If you’re the kind of person who is gaming on your iPad one minute, your Switch the next, jumping on the PC one evening and then the Playstation or XBOX another then these headphones were designed for you. In addition to all that, they look great with a sleek, modern appearance and are incredibly comfortable. Sound on ‘gaming’ headphones I’ve used in the past has been questionable, but these pass with flying colours: everything I’ve listened to I’ve been impressed with.

Ich habe das Headset via Bluetooth an meinen PC gekoppelt und fr Call of Duty genutzt. Der Sound ist sehr klar, bass lastig und berzeugt. Am PC kann man ber die hauseigene EPOS-Software den 7.1 Klang freischalten”. Leider geht das nur ber USB. Bluetooth bietet nur Stereo, was mir aber fr ein paar Runden Team Deathmatch ausreicht. Freunde von Rainbow Six;Siege sollten hier also lieber eine USB-Verbindung bevorzugen. Trotzdem ziehe ich deswegen und der zickigen Software einen Stern ab.
Das Mikro ist in 12-Uhr-Stellung stumm geschaltet oder lsst sich ganz abnehmen. Ein magnetischer Verschluss hlt das Mikro fest in Position. Die Lautstrke des Headsets lsst sich ber einen Drehregler an der linken Ohrmuschel regeln.
Klangqualitt Mikrofon: ber BT ist die Verbindung nach einiger Fummelei zu Stande gekommen. Man versteht mich deutlich, aber der InGame-Sound in CoD lsst zu wnschen brig. ber USB ist die Qualitt des Mikros deutlich besser.
Nachdem ich das Headset ber USB-C mit dem PC verbunden hatte konnte ich die volle Klangqualitt genieen. ber die native Software von EPOS war nun auch 7.1 Surround in Videos und Spielen mglich! Ich konnte Gegner problemlos per Gehr orten und der Bass war satt.
Das Headset kommt in einer gepolsterten Verpackung daher und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. In einer Schachtel sind dann alle bentigten Anschlusskabel und diverse Anleitungen und Garantiebestimmungen in mehreren Sprachen. Der Tragekomfort ist echt klasse und fhlt sich auch nach einigen Stunden nicht schwer an. Bei mir werden aber mit der Zeit die Ohren warm.
Fazit: Freu mich ber das gute Stck und kann es nur empfehlen. Ein 120,00 EUR teures Logitech-Headset habe ich damals zurckgeschickt, will es nicht annhernd diese Qualitt bot. Alles im allen ein sehr schnes, wenn auch teures Headset. Audiophile Gamer finden aber auch bestimmt etwas Besseres.
Das EPOS H3 Hybrid Headset wurde in einem ansprechenden Pappkarton geliefert, welcher in eine Plastiktte gehllt war. Mein erster Eindruck beim ffnen war: “Wow! Sieht richtig schick aus!”. Die Prsentation stimmt also schon mal.

Das Headset ist schwerer als meine bisherigen. Optisch macht es einen super Eindruck. Es wirkt sehr hochwertig, beinahe edel und das matte Schwarz gefllt mir. Die Gre kann angepasst werden. Die Ohrpolster sind sehr dick und weich und auch am Kopfbogen gibt es ein dickes Polster. Das Headset trgt sich insgesamt angenehm und schliet um die Ohren gut ab. Manchmal kommt es leider vor, dass es nach einer Weile an den Ohren drckt, aber das kenne ich auch von einigen anderen Headsets. Ich muss immer genau die richtige Position finden, damit das nicht passiert und dann kann ich das Headset auch ohne Probleme stundenlang tragen.
Links befinden sich das senkbare Mikro, welches auch abgenommen werden kann und der Ein- und Ausschaltknopf sowie die Schnittstellen fr die Kabel. Rechts gibt es den Knopf fr Bluetooth und einen Lautstrkeregler in Form eines Drehrads. Die Bedienung aller Knpfe ist unkompliziert. Auch das Kabel strt nicht.
Ich verwende das Headset eigentlich nur am PC und ab und zu am Handy, jedoch nicht fr die Konsole. Aber auch das sollte problemlos mglich sein.
Die Installation ist super einfach und ratzfatz erledigt: USB-Kabel ins Headset und in den PC einstecken, fertig. Leider habe ich keine Mglichkeit das Headset via Bluetooth mit dem PC zu verbinden. Hier htte ich einen USB-Bluetooth-Stecker schn gefunden.
Sobald das Headset eingeschaltet wird, ist es auch schon einsatzbereit. Whrend es ber das Kabel mit dem PC verbunden ist, ldt es auf, was sehr schnell geht. Eine Frauenstimme teilt auf Englisch beim Einschalten sowie beim Vollladen den Akkustand mit. Bisher habe ich den Akku nicht voll ausgereizt. Er hlt viele Stunden. Ob die Angabe von 37 Stunden stimmt, habe ich jedoch noch nicht berprft.
Auch die Bluetooth-Verbindung mit dem Smartphone funktioniert einwandfrei. Toll ist auerdem, dass zwei Gerte gleichzeitig verbunden sein knnen. So kann man gleichzeitig telefonieren und zocken und die Lautstrken separat regeln.
Die Klang- und Mikrofonqualitt sind gut, knnten hier und da sicher noch einen Tick besser sein, aber fr die alltgliche Nutzung reicht es auf jeden Fall. Mein Gegenber versteht mich klar und deutlich. Bisher gibt es da keine Probleme. Einzig der Lautstrkeregler strt mich, da er die Lautstrke nicht smooth ndert, sondern etwas langsam reagiert und die Lautstrke sprunghaft ndert, aber vielleicht liegt das auch nicht am Headset selbst. Das muss ich noch herausfinden. Die Mute-Funktion des Mikrofons ist sehr praktisch: Indem man das Mikro hochklappt, wird es gemutet.
In der Anleitung wird als Accessoire noch der Headset Hanger erwhnt. Diesen kann man sich dazu kaufen und damit sein Headset an der Tischkante einhngen. An sich eine nette Idee, aber das finde ich persnlich immer etwas unpraktisch, da ich einen richtigen Stnder bevorzuge, denn an der Tischkante fllt mir das Headset doch unachtsamerweise ab und zu mal herunter.
Fazit:
Insgesamt bekommt man hier ein qualitativ hochwertiges Headset mit vielen tollen Funktionen. Der Preis von aktuell 179,00 ist angemessen bis ok. Die genannten kleinen Kritikpnktchen fallen fr mich nicht so sehr ins Gewicht, daher gebe ich 4 Sterne.

Man merkt sofort den Unterschied zu den Billigdingern. Das fngt schon mit der tollen Verpackung an! Ich hatte gestern noch einen fr ca.: 60.- auf. Da blinkt es bunt und schrill, dass Design erinnert an einen angreifenden Hai. Aber der Sound des Hais ist wie aus ner Coladose. Unterirdisch schlecht.
Fr mich ist wichtig, der Klang. Der muss einen ins Spiel beamen. Und das knnen die EPOS H3 Hybrid. Das ist der Wahnsinn und einfach eine Klasse fr sich. Auch die Bedienung ist einfach. Dazu gehrt auch das 1A Lautstrkerad an der Seite. Echt pfiffig!
Hinzu kommt noch, dass sie hochwertig verarbeitet sind. Auch das Zubehr, wie der 3,5mm Klinkenstecker und das Ladekabel. Alles Topp. Natrlich mit einer Beschreibung.
Das gummierte Mikro kann man natrlich wegklappen und sogar abnehmen. Jetzt habe ich ein astreinen Over Ear fr unterwegs und meine Musik im Ohr. Es ist eine kleine Abdeckung dabei, die man auf die Stelle klippt, wo das Mikro war. Siehe Bild mit dem Ttchen.
Zwei gleichzeitige Audiostreams sind auch mglich. Man spielt ber Kabel und das Handy ist ber Bluetooth fr Anrufe verbunden. Ganz wichtig noch, das Laden mit dem USB- Kabel funktioniert whrend dem Spielen.
Es gibt auch von EPOS ein Programm fr PC zum aktivieren des 7.1 Surround usw. Nennt sich Epos Gaming Suite. Mehr dazu in der Artikelbeschreibung weiter unten hier bei Amazon.
Und der Tragekomfort ist auch super und das ber eine sehr lange Zeit. Kopfgre ist leicht einstellbar. Da drckt nichts.
Habe sie im Bluetooth- Betrieb getestet und per Kabel. Astrein! Ich kann die echt empfehlen. Sind kompatibel zu PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox, Mac usw. MAC und Xbox habe ich probiert. Gigantisch!
Ich habe mich jedenfalls riesig ber die Kopfhrer gefreut! Wirklich ganz tolle Gamerkopfhrer und die besten die ich je hatte. Einfach mal selber testen und vielleicht war die Rezension ein wenig hilfreich?

Unfortunately I have not tried the normal and cheaper H3 model.
In the box – So you get the headset / headphones, USB A to type cable which does data and power, 3.5mm to a proprietary connector, paperwork with user guide, plastic cap to cover the mic connection ( for outdoor or headphone use ), microphone and that’s it.
Microphone – Microphone moves up to mute and then down to speak as normal and can even be detached. Easy to miss is that there is a secondary mic in the left ear cup to take calls without the main mic disconnected and with Bluetooth active. I found the main mic quality to be very good and when using it with the supplied USB cable you can monitor your own voice by default so you don’t shout as they are closed back!.
Apos software – I have tried this with Windows 10 and can be used for several features. Features including firmware updates which there was one at the time of this review ( only took a few minutes ), auto sleep on/off, smart button preset, surround on/off, equaliser with presets, gain, side tone and noise gate settings. Not that much in the software but more than you need.
Headset overview – Left earcup has the input for the proprietary connector, USB C port, status light, power button, main microphone, Bluetooth microphone. Right earcup has the Bluetooth pairing button which doubles as the smart button. Right earcup also has a infinite volume control.
Earcups are also detachable and replaceable.
Comfort – I found the comfort to be very good with a decent clamp but I have a smaller head so your mileage may vary. The earpads are a hybrid material so your ears don’t get as hot as with full leather or similar materials. A nice feature is at the top of the headband you will see a little cut out and is designed to be used with headphone stands or a hanger which is pretty cool. The headphones are medium weight but are fine for longer gaming sessions. There is also plenty of adjustment on the earcups as they can swivel up and down and left to right. Headband has plenty of adjustment as well and should fit the largest or smallest of heads.
Audio mixing – This mean you have 2 sources and have different levels on each so for example you can connect with either the USB cable or the headphone cable then Bluetooth to your phone have different volume levels and this is good if you use it on a console then use discord on your phone to chat / call.
Battery life – On the promo material it states 37 hours purely with Bluetooth, 24 hours connected via 3.5mm cable, 19 hours both 3.5mm connection and Bluetooth (so console and phone for example). You should get close to these but variables like the volume will also effect this.
Sound – I found using them in the “flat” preset I found the sound very balanced and was my preferred choice. They sound great to be honest and refreshing not to have overly boosted low end or V shaped sound which is common with gaming headsets.
Conclusion – Are they worth buying if you have the H3 I would say no as they are basically the same apart from the addons but if you are after a fully featured headset with very usable functionality and they even charge whilst you are using them then this updated hybrid model should be all the headset you need including the mic monitoring so you can hear yourself.
Uns Gamern wird ja so einiges fr das “WELTBESTE” und “EINZIG WAHRE” vor die Flinte gehalten. Das man dies nicht immer fr Bare Mnze nehmen sollte, hat wohl jeder schon das eine oder andere mal am eigenen Leibe erleben “drfen”.
Ich zocke privat sehr viel. Sowohl auf Konsolen als auch am PC und nutzte hierfr diverse Gaming Headsets (von Low Budget bis High End). Der EPOS H3 Hybrid ergnzt diese Sammlung nun und gehrt fr mich persnlich im Jahre 2021 wohl zu den besten bezahlbaren Gamingkopfhrern. Warum dies so ist, gebe ich hier gerne mal zum Besten!
Wer keinen Bock hat soviel Text zu lesen, hier mein persnliches Fazit vorab:
Kaufen und Ausprobieren – lohnt sich in jedem Falle fr diejenigen, Fr Alle? Nein, aber fr diejenigen die Wert auf guten Sourround Klang in Game legen und nicht auf ANC angewiesen sind.
Sennheiser, sorry EPOS hat gerade was den Sourround und das Mikro angeht dem EPOS H3 Hybrid bereits eine Menge Vorschub-Lorbeeren geschenkt ob dies auch auerhalb der Firmenzentrale Bestand hat wird sich in der nchsten Zeit an den heimischen PCs und Konsolen zeigen.
Der EPOS H3 bietet nach meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen fr alle Gamer etwas und ist in der Preisklasse von um die 200 Euro ein echtes Brett, vorausgesetzt man kommt darber hinweg nicht von Bass-Boost weg gebombt zu werden.
Ich habe im Laufe der Jahre schon eine Menge Kopfhrer durchgebracht. Hierbei gab es immer wieder welche, welche sich das vermeintliche Branding als Gamingkopfhrer” in die Artikelbezeichnung mit eingesetzt haben, diese Bezeichnung aber nicht im Entferntesten verdienten.
Andere berraschten durch ihren extrem gnstigen Preis und der dafr guten Technik. Der EPOS H3ist eine Mischung aus beidem.
Ich nutze das Headset primr am PC zum Gaming via Steam und bin somit auch fter mal auf die Mikrofunktion angewiesen.
Optik/Haptik:
Der Kopfhrer macht einen optisch und haptischen exzellenten Endruck. Die Materialbeschaffenheit des ausziehbaren Kopfbgelsystems ist sehr wertig, ebenfalls die komplett Ohr umschlieende Polsterung der Lauscher. Der Kopfhrer besteht ausschlielich aus Kunststoff . Die schlichte schwarz-mattierte Oberflche an der Seite der Lauscher lassen das Headset optisch absolut edel wirken. Das Headset hat mit ein Gewicht von ca. 300 Gramm. Am linken Kopfhrer befindet sich der Ein- und Ausschalter, der USB-Slot zum Laden des Headsets sowie der Kabel-Port.
Rechtsseitig findet man fr die individuelle Einstellung der Lautstrke beim Gaming das Infinity Lautstrkerad, Der Ladeslot befidet sich an der Lauscherunterseite und ist so angelegt, dass das Kabel auch beim Gaming nicht strt. Alle Bedienlemente lassen sich sehr gut beim Tragen benutzen bzw. regulieren. Der Clou des Headsets ist das abnehmbare Mikrofon, welches durch einfaches Anheben Stumm geschaltet werden kann.
Bedienung/Technik:
Das Headset wird nach Anschluss des Adapters an einem freien USB-Slot an meinem Gaming PC installiert. Via Plug und Play steht der Nutzung des Headsets innerhalb weniger Sekunden nichts mehr im Wege.
Nach Einschaltung des Kopfhrers am Headset koppelt sich das System und es kann schon los gehen. Wahlweise funktioniert aber natrlich auch der Betrieb via Kabel.
Der H3wird vermutlich” mit einem 1200mAh starken Lithium-Ionen-Akku betrieben. EPOS schweigt sich hierzu sowohl in den FAQS als auch auf seiner Website hier zu aus. Dieser leistet nach erfolgter Komplettaufladung zwischen 19-37 Stunden satten Sound. Die Leistung des Akkus lsst naturgem im Laufe der Zeit immer mehr nach, hier hngt es einfach stark davon ab, wie oft der Akku wieder an die Ladequelle gesteckt wird.
Tragekomfort:
Der Tragekomfort ist very nice! Der Kopfbgel ist sehr ordentlich abgepolstert, da drckt nichts und klemmt auch nichts ein. Ich wrde mal sagen, ich habe einen mittelbreiten bis groen Kopf und die Kopfhrer passen sich sehr gut an. Die Ohren werden komplett umschlossen. Auch hier muss man sagen, die Polsterung Over-Ear ist sehr ausgewogen und macht ein langes Tragen komplett angenehm! Ich persnlich bin ein groer Fan von Headsets mit Mikrofasergewebe, was leider bei den meisten Anbietern im Laufe der Zeit gegen Proteinleder Lauscher ausgetauscht wurde. Auch bei lngerem Tragen des Kopfhrers bleibt die Wrmeentwicklung auf einem niedrigen Level, so dass schwitzige Ohren wie z. B. beim Sennheiser Zero oder dem Acer Predator, kein Thema mehr sein drften.
Klangqualitt und Mikrofunktion:
Der Klang ist wie bereits beschrieben extrem gut. Hier spreche von allen relevanten Parametern. Der Bass ist von Werk aus nur untersttzend eingebunden so dass es beim Gaming zwar ordentlich Krachen und Knallen kann, aber einem nicht vor lauter Bass-Boost die Ohren zu bluten anfangen..
Der Mittel- und Hochtner der verbauten 50 mm Treiber (was wirklich eine Menge ist) ist sehr gut darauf eingestellt und man hat ein absolut atmosphrisches Klangerlebnis in Game! Die Kopfhrer machen sogar beim normalen Musik hren via Smartphone eine gute Figur. Es macht wirklich Spa dem Teil hier zuzuhren. Die passive Lrmkompensation neudeutsch auch PASSIVE Noise Cancellation genannt ist ok aber kein Meilenstein.
Gar nicht so bel hingegen ist die Mikrofunktion, gerade beim Chatten im Game. Mann kann sich gut ausreichend laut verstndigen und die Mitspieler haben sich bis dato auch nicht beschwert, hier hatte ich aber doch insgesamt den Eindruck, dass fr den aktuellen Preis des Headsets noch mehr zu erwarten gewesen wre. Ich hatte im Multiplayer-Spiel in ca. 4 Stunden zweimal einen kurzfristigen Sprachabfall gehabt, jedenfalls kamen meine Kommandos nicht komplett rber. Zudem klingt es fter mal platt ausgedrckt nach Dose (O-Zitat eines Freundes) wenn ich mit ihm 2’er Audiostream hnge, der ja als ein “Super Feature” beworben wurde. Hier htte ich mir dann doch ein wenig mehr erhofft, aber ok…!
Mein persnliches Fazit:
Fr das Geld bekommt man ein wireless Headset das fr mich persnlich vieles richtig macht ohne dabei an High End Kopfhrer wie z. B. den beyerdynamic Custom Game heranzukommen. Die Materialbeschaffenheit als auch der Klang beim Gaming und Musikhren knnen absolut berzeugen. Die Chat- und Telfonfunktion des Mikros ist wirklich gut.
Ich wrde das Headset fr Singleplayer und Multiplayer zu fast einhundert Prozent weiter empfehlen und Leute die gerne auch mal Musik ber die Teile hren wollen. Wer regelmig chattet und im CoOp.Modus spielt wird sich ber das hoch klappbare Mikro sehr freuen, welches sich in diesem Augenblick ausschaltet
Fr mein Empfinden passen hier Preis- und Leistung absolut berein und es darf nun ber die Herbst- und Wintermonate wieder “Gamingtechnisch” richtig reingeklotzt werden. Cooles Teil!
Possibly the best headset I’ve ever had. The headset is very comfortable, even for long periods, with the ear pieces moulded to the shape of an ear. This gives incredible noise cancelling ability and is soft against my head. The mic has a pleasing resistance as you move it, letting you know it’s solid and not going anywhere. However, it can be detached as the whole unit has Bluetooth and can connect to almost any Bluetooth devise to act as simple headphone. The audible battery notice when you turn it one is also very cool. Comes with mic and charging cables and only takes about 90 minutes to fully charge. A little expensive, but worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!
These headphones are a definite upgrade from my basic headset!
They’re super comfortable and makes wearing them for long periods of time easy. Easy to connect to a PS4 and XBOX controller and the wire is a good length. So you don’t feel restricted by a short wire when playing online – makes it a lot more comfortable and convenient!
Sound quality is excellent and there’s hardly any echo on the mic!
Not yet tried the Bluetooth feature, but I cannot wait as this will make calls easier when playing games with the headset on.

These are beautifully designed headphones and impress straight out of the box. They are great looking and appear even more expensive than they actually are. For test purposes, I tried two methods of connection – bluetooth and USB and both worked perfectly. They are very comfortable to wear even for extended periods. I had them on for at leasst 45 minutes during testing and after a few moments I couldn’t even feel them on my head. Sound quality is very impressive. Deep rich bass with clear midtones and high end. Listening to a wide variation of music styles, from classical to pop, these headphones handled everything I threw at them.
Only glaring omission, particularly at this price point was the lack of soft pouch/carry case. This would have been a welcome inclusion on such an expensive pair of cans.
Overall I am very impressed.
Is it a coincidence that I received this the day before the Nintendo Switch was updated to use Bluetooth audio? I don’t know but it might well be the best thing that has happened this year!
I already have a pair of the wired EPOS H3 which I use with my Xbox One — they are fantastic, comfortable, amazing sound so I was very interested to see what difference would be present with the EPOS H3 hybrid which introduces Bluetooth connection (though not on Xbox One) as well as the same wired connecton previously present.
First things first — wired on the Xbox One is not as good, there just doesn’t seem to be the same level of clarity and separation in the sound — it’s still good but it’s not as crystal as with the purely wired version. Also it requires the power to use even when wired, though doesn’t appear to be amplified so that is a little bit confusing — still limited by the core volume of the Xbox One console.
HOWEVER using it wired with the Xbox I also connected to my phone via Bluetooth so was able to receive calls while playing (that I might have missed otherwise) which is an excellent feature.
Where these really shine though is the Bluetooth connection to a gaming device, in my case the Nintendo Switch. Absolutely beautiful the sound clarity is fantastic, separation is wonderful and is every bit as good as the originals were wired to the Xbox.
There are a couple of other changes — though not many. The headband now has a slightly different fabric material which doesn’t make much of a difference to comfort (they remain still extremely comfortable) and the boom mic is now detachable (to offer a more ‘normal’ profile whilst using connected to a phone for instance).
Controls are minimal with only a volume control on the right earcup (which is free flowing as opposed to a limited rotation on the original) which only controls volume within the limit of the connected device (ie you can’t increase volume higher than the max of the source).
Battery life is decent — quoted at 37 hours pure Bluetooth, 24 hours connected via 3.5mm cable, 19 hours both 3.5mm connection and Bluetooth (so console and phone for instance) — I can’t say for sure if these are exact as I’ve used it in combination of pure connection to Switch and 3.5mm connection to Xbox and from a full charge I’ve used them for a about a total of about 30 hours over the course of a week and a half without needing to charge yet.
So are these worth getting?
If you have the original EPOS H3 and have no requirement for Bluetooth connection then no, they just don’t sound quite as good when connected by cable (at least not to Xbox, the difference is minimal but noticeable in competitive games like COD) — get the original for about 50 less.
If however, you will use the Bluetooth connection more than the wired for PC or now with Nintendo Switch then these are DEFINITELY worth it. Purely just for Switch if it’s docked to the TV then for me, a wired connection was too far away — now I’m in heaven.
