A good choice of colour, tubs quite small but are air tight so clay stays malleable. Used with the grand children takes a while to harden, very good value for money
This set holds what it promises. The clay is great to work with, the kids love it, lots of nice colours, well sealed so the pots stay fresh and even when openend it lasts long when the lid is closed again. Kids do lots of crafts with it and I have started using it for patching up things as well!
Lots of colours for my kids to choose from. Bought as a summer activity and they love it. Plenty of ideas for them to try in the booklet that was enclosed too
I run an art class for 8-11yr olds and they had so much fun using the clay to create cute animal characters. It’s easy to use and comes in a great selection of colours
I’ve been buying these for play therapy for a while now and they’re great fun and easy to clean up. It’s worth noting they are small tubs and I’ve had to buy an extra tub of white.
Strange texture out the pot, feels very light, leave it out of the pot too long and it dries (not hard, a bit spongy). Nieces seem to like it either making things or just playing around with it, or mixing it together to make different colours. I would get it again.
I absolutely loveee this clay!! The delivery was soo quick and you get soo many colours!! The clay was really easy to use and a lot more squishy then I thought it be (seeing as it’s clay I thought it be tough but it’s very squishy – like play dough and easy to mould). Dries in about 24 hours and the colour didn’t fade was a really fun experience and not messy (colours didn’t bleed on surfaces ) ! Highly recommend
This clay is great, easy to use and so much fun. I honestly made more things than my daughter did. It wasn’t quite what i was expecting though. I thought it would dry hard, and it does, but not hard like regular clay it just dries into a dried out rubber but I would definitely buy again.
After checking, 36 out of 36 colours were perfect. I don’t know if I just got lucky but I haven’t experienced any of the issues with mould or dried out colours. The package is reassuring, it arrived in an iFergoo branded box. The colours are really beautiful and vibrant and there are 36 very distinct colours to work with, as illustrated on the photo.
I expected that the clay would be softer, it is quite firm when you first try to squeeze it, I assume it gets softer after the little hands will start to work it.
Safety: according the the little booklet (that has many step by step illustrated instructions on how to build figures) the ingredients are: imported foaming powder, pure water, safety pigments and food grade glycerin.
The only minor issue I’ve seen was that the amount of clay varies between colours. Most are filled to the rim, some have less in the middle of the pot but it is still plenty for the money.
I was looking for a similar product to Silk Clay and took a bit of a chance ordering this because I wasn’t too sure! I am very pleased I took the chance. I didn’t want a rock hard result I wanted a flexible result. So having read other reviews this product does dry but to a rubber type material which is flexible as long as you dry it to the position you want it in! Example being I wanted to do Holly Wine Glass Charms for Christmas, my idea has worked because of the flexibility, I made the Holly and then made a lip by folding a small thickish circle over the rim of a wine glass and then pressed the Holly against the half of the circle on outside of the glass. Now 12 hours later, it is obviously still curing but the lip is solid enough to hold and the Holly has naturally attached to it so, another 12 hours and it will be perfect.
Some have mentioned some lids have popped on arrival, making it hard-this happened to six of mine but because on arrival they are wetter than a Silk Clay just take clay out and deal with it as if a stress ball, it then softens completely, no need for extra water.
I hope this helps those that are not sure about the product.
