Does the job, all plug sockets work, can charge my phone no problem. It’s very lightweight so easy to move around, but not so lightweight it falls over of you only have things plugged in on one side.

I desperately needed a compact charging station and I particularly liked this because it has plugs and USB points too.

One thing I did discover is you can’t power the new type of Mac via the USB slots because there isn’t enough power going through them, you have to power the Mac book via the plug socket point.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is an outstanding little tower, and what great value for money.

I got it as I needed something more compact than I had, plus I wanted to be able to switch of individual plugs rather than leave everything on. And whilst you can’t do individual plugs, this tower has 2 sockets per side and a power switch on each side. I can therefore leave power on for the 2 items I need constant power too, and the other items like my TV can be switched off at night.

I love that it has power surge protection, and the USB ports are a fantastic bonus.

Over all I love this little tower. The only thing in retro spect is that I wish I’d gone with the 5m lead rather than the 3m lead. But that said I was able to work out a plan ‘B’ to make it work where I needed it.

This really is a fantastic power tower, and a great addition to any home that needs to extend the number of sockets needed to run so many modern items.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a very decent device, generally tidying up and reducing the floor space of traditional extension leads. Each side has can be isolated so you’re only powering the plugs you need. However, this could be improved by switching each plug individually. I would personally find that more useful, but it may not be an issue for most. Otherwise, recommended.

Thought i would pay a little extra to try out this tower extension lead compared to the usual flat multi ones…
It is robust, sturdy and strong, where i felt secure having put the plugs in and connected it.
I do like the extra usb ports and type c port and that it can hold up to 8 plugs once the fuse of each is no more than the direction’s specified amount.
Emergency cut off switch at the top of each side if there is a fault with a plug.

Delighted with this neat tower extension lead. Have been meaning to get one for ages. It neatens up the loose cables better than I’d imagined – makes a big difference to the standard long extension. Arrived as advised and was well packaged in size appropriate packaging! Thanks.

I like the compactness of this tower extension and it has room for a lot of plugs with ports also. It’s neat enough to put it anywhere and that’s what I wanted.

This is a great item for peace of mind. I am one of those people that has multiple items plugged in around my bed but not all of them are in use at the same time so this extender allows you the option to only have certain plugs being fed power. No more dangerous over-heated plugs! I love the individual panels with the individual on/off switches. I can choose to keep some of my electricals plugged in but switched off with others switched on and being used. It also comes with the always important surge protection. Another thing is the shape allows it to stand rather than trying to fix it to the wall. I have found the shape easier to manage. Well worth the money!

Bad choice in buying this got cables sticking out from all sides now. Yes you can turn off each side if you dont need the appliances on. Gonna be hard to disguise all cables at any one time. The extension lead cable is quite long though

Compact unit, good safety features though would have preferred the USB features to have been on the top of the unit instead of being on the side at the base of the unit. Happy nonetheless.

Extension works fine. I like the fact that there is a power switch for the tower as a whole and ones for each side. Doesn’t take up much space either. This is the second one I have bought. There was a small issue but this was quickly resolved by fantastic customer service.

Great product that solved a socket issue with added extra protection qualities to protect plugged in products. Solid, practical and good quality. Great VFM & would definitely return to the seller again. Some super after-sales service showing customer concern. Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe major benefit to this tower-style extension over similar products on the market is the space saving aspect.

Added to this functionality is the impressive aesthetic. My wife and I were going for a hi-tech minimalist style to our home office and this fitted right in. So much so that we purchased three! It’s a big external office though (20’x10′).

The plastic housing is also neatly styled. Subtle but not unattractive at all.

The one minor downside relates to the functionality of the design. It has a master power switch at the base and then an individual power button at the top for each of the four sides. Great, except that if you go to move it in a hurry, you’re likely to depress the power button on at least one of the sides as you pick it up. I did that on the side my PC was plugged in. :O Lucky I saved my work, eh..?

Minor design detail that will only cause a minor problem in a minority of circumstances and wouldn’t affect me purchasing this model again. But, if they wanted to resolve it, the manufacturer could simply use the same sorts of switches at the top as the master power switch at the bottom. Not as aesthetically pleasing, but harder to trigger accidentally.

Overall, excellent piece of kit that I’d happily repurchase.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersFirst things first. Why do we suddenly have 500 things that need to be plugged in? It’s bizarre and very annoying, as extension leads take up lots of space, being long and bulky. I have house rabbits, so safe power sockets are even more essential. I realised recently, how stupid it is to have a queue for a plug socket. I’ve got lamps, a broadband hub, a landline telephone, a radio, an ipad, a mobile phone, a printer, a television, a firestick and a laptop. All in one room, all needing plug sockets. Then there’s my curling tongs, my hair straighteners, more tvs, a microwave, a halogen oven, soup maker, smoothie maker, more radios etc the list is endless. I was having to plug things into charge, all over the house, then I’d have to search the house to find them again.

Then I spotted this. I confess to being a bit put off by the price. I hate spending money on boring things. But it had good reviews so rather reluctantly I bought it. Well, it is a revelation. The footprint of it is compact, it has LOTS of sockets and each row of sockets has a safety feature with a button which when pressed cuts of the power to that row. I’m a mad turn offer of plugs and with the cost of living crisis, it all helps. I’m genuinely amazed at how much leaving items plugged in adds up to.

I have mine on a small table and it’s like a charging city. Honestly, it’s made such a difference. I can charge loads of things at once, so no going out and belatedly realising you have only 5 bits of charge left, which, particularly as a woman, makes me feel anxious. No more family rows over power points now either! It’s worth the money for that alone!
