This one is so cute and can’t wait to use when my baby will be with me soon. I play the soothing music for my baby in my womb and it feels so amazing to feel his kick. The first toy for my baby in reasonable price.
I bought this as a gift for my baby Grandson, who absolutely loves his Otter. My son says it’s his favourite toy. It’s super cute how the Otter’s tummy rises as if breathing. The sounds & light are perfect for a baby. The quality is also very safe & soft to touch
Tik tok made me buy it! My dog had lost her buddy and needed to be cuddledwe bought this and switched it on to breathe and she settled next to it.
Yea my dog is pampered and no I don’t regret i
Purchased before baby was born, but now baby is here I can not recommend this product enough she falls asleep with this otter playing either heartbeat or music, it’s features are easy to use and change the bonus is definitely the volume control and timer of light and sound.
This was purchased for my best friends new baby (aka, non blood related nephew!)
The feedback I’ve had it amazing. It’s the only thing that will help settle him, and he likes all the different options such as the lullabies and heartbeat.
They were also gifted a Ewan Sheep, which has been returned, as Ollie the Otter (what he’s been named!) is triumphant.
I must admit, having heard the otter being used when visiting, I was very tempted to purchase one myself – VERY soothing
It’s a brilliant product, my 2 month old has the otter and loves the heartbeat sound! The volume isn’t very loud and the Velcro on the back to change settings is very loud when trying to keep them settled. It goes off after half hour, I wish they had a setting to extend this as every parent knows the second it stops they start stirring! I obviously expected a battery pack inside it but didn’t expect the teddy to be so hard and bulky either! Over all it’s a excellent idea it just needs a few tweaks to improve it! But it has so far been a god send in our house and would recommend this product to any parent!
I bought this for my baby girl as she always really liked white noise at bedtime and I was getting tired of draining my phones battery playing white noise on YouTube! But I am so happy with my purchase, it’s a lovely cute toy and the soft glow of its tummy she really enjoys looking at while lying in her crib. She is now nearly 6 months and when she wakes in the night I just push the otters tummy discreetly and she watches it for 5 minutes then nods back off. It’s obviously very comforting for her so I think it’s worth the money and definitely cheaper than other similar products! Have changed the batteries once and I’ve had it a few months which I think is pretty good considering it’s used every day multiple times!
Bought this for my 6 month old nephew for Christmas – which got opened a little early when my sister was down visiting recently. Worked very well for soothing him sleeping in a new place.
It’s not exactly a stuffed animal, more a music box with substantial padding; so if you’re after a teddy this isn’t it, however it is still very soft & cute. Nephew seemed to enjoy stroking it as he nodded off.
Over all, would recommend.
We bought this as a sleeping aid for our newborn baby. It seems to have a good effect on him and definitely does help! The problem however is that the white noise/ lullaby sounds etc turns itself off after 30minutes. With a newborn anyone will tell you it takes a lot longer than 30minutes to settle them and then you have to restart the noises. Also this 30min cycle gives you a constant reminder of how little sleep you’re getting after you’ve reset it for the 4th or 5th time in the middle of the night.
CUTE LITTLE OTTER THOUGH!!
I never ever write reviews, but have got to say this us the best sleep aid ever. After around 2 months or my 20 month old sudden refusing bed time and running in and out if his room, it taking me a hour and a half most nights to get him to finally go to sleep, I was exhausted and had lost my evenings, taking over an hour to get him to have his day time naps, I bought this which was amazing the first 2 nights he went to sleep in seconds and for his day time naps, until he sussed out opening the Velcro and ripping the machine inside out. I sewed uo the back so he can’t access the inside and now perfect. Been using now for around 3 weeks and he’s goes to sleep in around 5 mins for day time nap and bedtime, even had his nanny baby sit him one night and went down in 5 minutes for her too using this teddy. This teddy is a god send. Would 100% recommend and much cheaper that others.
One of those times you trust all the good reviews only to find you disagree. What is the point of this thing emulating breathing, when it’s more of a hard plastic brick of battery, than a soft toy?! It’s bigger than I expected, I won’t leave this in baby’s cot unattended for fear of suffocation, and honestly, I have a young baby and another on the way, I’m too exhausted for “aids” with umpteen buttons and a manual. Quickest I’ve left a review. I really don’t understand the good reviews. If I had the energy to return it I would because it’s an extortionate piece and at that only half the price of the koala version, ridiculous.
Edit : using a few months, definitely soothes my baby & I’m more comfortable leaving it in his cot now he’s bigger. In fairness this is a good aid to have for baby & you.
