The first one I purchased went wrong, Amazon customer service was fantastic, and sent me a new one straight away. The new one is great I am very pleased easy to set up and does everything I need
In daily use. It helps me to monitor my food & water intake, patterns of exercise & levels of sleep the straps can be changed to a easily adjustable metal strap to look smarter when going out socially. Good battery life
I have bought a couple of cheap fitness watches. One I sent back. The other was continually disconnecting from the app! I thought I would treat myself to a Fitbit. I am so glad I did. I love everything about it. The colour, the fit on my thin wrist and the app is so easy to use. I have worn it for a few weeks now and I have no negative comments at all.
This is a present for my daughter’s 50th birthday, I am complaining about the box it is in. It had been opened because it was sealed with cellotape and the watch was loose inside it. I feel because the watch was 76 it should have been factory sealed I should have been the first person to open it.
This is my first FitBit watch and so far I am loving it! Works a treat, easy to link up to the app and follow all the features. I’m enjoying the six-month premium membership but not sure I will continue this afterwards. Perfect for keeping track of my steps, interested to see heart rate and all the other features. I would be interested in keeping track of my sleep however the watch is a bit too clumsy to be comfortable to wear at night. A smart strap which is very comfortable to wear and causes no irritation whatsoever (I was concerned about this). The battery does need charging up every few days although it does not take long at all.
I really like that you get a lot of information but no so sure how accurate the sleep log is but on the whole pleased with it. It looks good too
I got this Fitbit for my fitness needs and I am not disappointed. It tracks my steps and has an amazing alarm clock that gets me up early. Would recommend 100%
Really like the look and thinner strap – only disappointment is that the battery only seems to last 48/60 hours at a time and needs recharging. I cannot seen any way of minimising anything to allow better battery usage.
I didn’t want this device for tracking health despite the marketing. I wanted to be alerted to calls when my phone is on silent. And I pick up texts, WhatsApp and also notifications from my kids nursery’s app. So much more aware of whats going on.
The Do Not Disturb function is useful for in meetings to silence unwanted WhatsApp chats. Its just sometimes an issue remembering to deactive it!
This is my second fit bit. I bought it beceause I was pleased with the first. I use it for monitoring my activities during the day and my sleep by night. This one even tells me when I have not moved for a while by vibrating, which is useful. Mainly because I forget, without someone or something nagging me. I am very pleased with it. It would be even more useful if the battery was replaceable, because it should not be a throw away product.
Like the fact it is not too big. The display did play up to start with but seems to be more reliable. Problems seem to occur if it starts to run out of charge.
PEOPLE admire my watch.
I nought this to count my steps after an Op as a need to get fit.
Whilst wearing this product it showed I was in AFIB.
I do NOT have heart issues so at the least it saved my life, ir stopped me stroking.
I went to ED after sleeping it off i thought. next AM fitbit was still alarming.
EVERYONE should wear one
SAVED MY LIFE
Mainly used for step counting. Small and comfortable as I have a tiny wrist. Lots of features on the fitbit app which are great. Only small negative that sometimes it’s hard to wake up the watch when double tapping the screen, but overall very pleased with it and good price
I bought the Fitbit as we were doing a challenge of 10k steps a day in March for a Brain Tumour charity so I needed to check every day. I find it very useful to monitor various activities, heart rate ,blood pressure exercises with a 5 day battery life, also good to know your sleep patterns and it shows the time amazing little device.
Honestly, I am extremely surprised by Fitbit!
I am a previous owner of Fitbit Inspire 2, which I stopped using years ago in favour of Apple Watch. Nevertheless, one of the most important things for me has always been the function of sleep tracking — as a person who can never get enough sleep, I need to monitor it. That is something that bugged me about Apple Watch — it’s too bulky to sleep with, and its battery doesn’t last more than 15 hours, so it’s always been virtually impossible to track my sleep with it.
That’s how I decided to come back to Fitbit, and honestly, I should have done it sooner!
The Luxe is an exceptional model with its stainless steel case, making it superior to other Fitbit trackers that are made of plastic. It fits perfectly, the silicone band doesn’t irritate the skin (something that was an issue for me with Apple Watch), it is easy to set up, easy to navigate, and its battery lasts several days.
The thing that impresses me the most is how accurately it measures my sleep. I’ve done several tests already and it measures my sleep precisely to the minute! The 6-month free premium version of the app that’s included with the watch is also great — it broadened my understanding of my body and how it functions under different conditions (e.g., with a lot vs little sleep, stressed vs relaxed, exercise days vs days off, etc.)
Overall, the watch is amazing. For everyone who is considering buying — I thoroughly recommend it!!
The small screen on this Fitbit is difficult for touch control. I don’t find it particularly sensitive to the tapping either. Lunar white is a lovely colour but more stone coloured. Natural shade. I like it. I haven’t got to grips with everything yet but it’s not as easy to use as I thought. Certainly looks good and is light and comfortable. Battery lasts well and is simple to charge.
First the good side – this is a well made Fitbit and my wife loves it. there were some initial problems setting up which seems to be standard for Fitbit products & Bluetooth.
the down side is that it kept falling off her wrist as the strap was too flimsy specifically the pin in the buckle is just too thin and bends round.
Amazon support were no use in this case – scheduled me for a follow up call that never happened
in the end I straightened out the pin using pliers and seems to be OK for now till I can get a replacement strap.
My advise is its a good buy but be prepared to by replacement straps – (wish I had bought the delux)
For a device with very little screen real estate, it has so far proved to be all I need without the bulkiness of other watches. It notifies me of incoming calls and messages, but you can choose which notifications you want. Each full charge has been lasting a week, which is better than having to charge every day, especially if you want to track your sleep. Fitbit Premium is good and it came free for 6 months with the watch. I’m not sure if I will pay for it at the end of the 6 months, but it has been interesting and informative to use so far. Having the app and all the stats and info on my mobile screen has been good. Both watch and app are easy to use. I will assess at the end of the trial whether to stay with Premium. All in all, a small device which looks nice, doesn’t need charging every day, and does all you would expect it to (for what it costs).
