Used it when my 2 months old baby fuzzy and cry. There is clearly gas in the tummy when you put this in, and you can hear the whistle, The gas come out the baby stops cry immediately.
Baby was constipated for a week was so uncomfortable nothing would work used this and worked instantly all the backed up poo came out and so much of it amazing
Pro tip is do it before a bath and be prepared for a gravy rive
When the order arrived my OH looked at me like I’d done one to many night feeds and shook her head, but, the bloody thing works. So many toots came out and instant relief for the baby. She was a happy little clam whenever one of these graced Main Street. Genuinely, if you’re midnight scrolling for something (anything!) to help your farty babe then place an order now and thank me later.
Little tip – leave it in their butt for like 60 seconds, it feels like forever but sometimes one toot leads to loads more (and poop), satisfying AF!
Our baby suffers badly with trapped wind and seems to get really uncomfortable and in pain. We came across these and thought we’d give them a try and they are a complete life saver! When he’s having a “colicky” bout we know he’s likely got trapped wind and these devices really relieve him.
He can go from red in the face crying and kicking, to calm and smiley with the use of these. Can’t recommend enough!
My baby it’s too colic and used couple of times on him,
I’d say don’t do it a habit or use it everyday, only if the baby won’t settle or has too much gas
The towel was a good idea, a gravy river flowed out the other end of the windi.
He’s slightly more relaxed but still grunting…. now waiting to see if wind will start moving on out, fingers crossed!
Before choosing this option we exhausted all options from medication, gripe water, colief/infacol. We had also tried massage, warm baths and leg movements!
Do be patient – it sometimes takes a minute or so to work. Also, doing tummy massage helps with gas escape once the windi is in. And keep in mind that it may become clogged whilst using it, so gentle release and reinsertion may also be helpful. I use these when the baby is straining and visibly struggling to pass wind, turning red, getting upset. Hope this helps some of you
I liked this product because is doesn’t contain medicine, is just only a small tube with a stopper, so you can’t insert it more than it should.
When used, we could notice the difference because our son will stop complaining and stop crying as his tummy is not painful anymore.
It works wonders because it release the gas in seconds (it can take a little bit longer sometimes) and in some occasions, when the gas is being release, it will come with a brown surprise.
I don’t recommend the use of this product every day, because I think it can affect the natural work of baby’s sphincter, so is better to use it any other day only once.
Health visitors won’t recommend this (we asked ours about this when we were trying to find something to help our baby) because they say that it is a very intrusive method, so they will recommend the belly massages.
If you are desperate to relief your baby’s gas at a specific moment and the massages haven’t work, I will definitely recommend this.
