Like every product related to pregnancy and postpartum, your mileage may vary. I found these pads to be amazing, so much so I bought a second box and gifted the spares to a pregnant friend. Some women may not get on with them but baby number 2 is on the way and I will be buying them again. I will say they are bulky and a bit expensive but the trick is to put them in your pull ups and lie down or recline back not sit on them or go wandering around.
Nice product and definitely useful postnatally. However I found them really hard to ‘pop’ and it took me a while and some real force to set the cold off. They’re also really huge so if you’re small like me they will feel massive when using them.
I bought these and teamed them up with the witch hazel pad liners and omg the relief!
I had an instrumental delivery with an episiotomy and I’m 7 days pp and still sore, with these I can finally sit down without pain so thank you!!!
This product works really well and definitely helps with pain relief and making you more comfortable postpartum. I would say ice packs are an essential item. However, there are better ice packs on the market, I found these ones to be bulkier and heavier than other ones you can get and potentially more expensive.
I feel like this would be more than enough for at least a few days post partum. I do have re-useable ice packs for when I get home and the majority of the bleeding has subsided and I bought adult diapers elsewhere because it’s cheaper but these ice packs are perfect for whilst I’m recovering in hospital and at home.

Doesn’t get particularly cool and it doesn’t feel like it lasts at all.
Absorbant but for the cost, we just went with non cooled pads that were a tonne cheape
