I’ve had a few of these. My oldest one (pre covid) has no issues whatsoever ever. The more recent ones have temperamental remotes. I’ve figured this is down to the usb adapter and voltage as it works fine with my old lights adapter and not so well with the phone adapters.
Was a bit worried when I bought it, but it’s amazing!! My sons 16 and I thought it would be too babyish for him but he loves it! My hubby wants one to go in his man cave!
Great projector fills nearly all of the room nice bright colours. As you can hear in the video my daughter really approves of it. Only bit that concerns me is the “rock” underneath doesn’t holds it isn’t very stable.
i love it n by looks of my sons face so does he remote is slow but works. see how long for ya deffo need to work on ur remotes for these will look better at nigh
This is a beautiful projector that is very well made. I brought this for my 3 year old who loves all things space. His first reaction was
‘Wow it’s beautiful mummy’ he falls asleep with the red nebular effect on his wall.
The remote is great and very simple. You’ll need 2 aaa batteries which aren’t included. I like that there are a few different options for the brightness of the nebular and the stars, or you can have just the nebular or just the stars. I actually love this so much I’m going to get a seecond one for my brother for Christmas.
Great projector but it kept randomly turning off on me.. I could only use it when it was plugged into my PC and not a plug socket. Overall, an amazing projector with an easy to use remote control system.
Children love the stars on the ceiling. Unfortunately some scratches to main light but can’t seem to find a contact for the seller. Apart from that, very pleased with the effect.
A freind sent me a link to this light and I have to say for its price it is amazing with cool features eg: timers , speakers & cool remote and also the sound quality is great
If u have little kids I would defo recommend as it calming & relaxing light that they can use as a night light

So…first point…one reviewer said its noisy….not a bit of it. There’s is a tiny sound of the internals turning, that is it.
Second…speaker bit tinny and not very good….this was 18.99!!! You’re not going to get Bose but it is very good. I’ve bought speakers for more and sounded worse! And that’s all they did,play music. This is a projector that displays a glorious relaxing tapestry of light in your room and ALSO plays music. I will add a video when I have time but bot myself and daughter love it.
Now for connectivity, so far after 30 mins of trying I haven’t been able to get the ‘Smart Life’ app to find the device. Yes it should be simple to do and over the weekend I will try again, but that said it is great as is but I will persevere to get more functionality from it as my home is set up now for lots of smart devices controlled by Alexa so I will be trying again.
Bottom line….for the money it’s really good and I love it and kids will be memerised by it.
Update to come if I get it connected sufficiently to use Alexa properly.

I can’t really comment on brightness etc because I’ve not seen it in action. However i bought both granddaughters cheaper light projectors at Christmas 2021. One broke and this is the replacement. Once her sister saw how much better this was compared to her cheaper (not broken) onei decided to buy another for her which will arrive today hopefully. She is 7 and said the colours on this new machine are amazing so much better than what she’s got. Hopefully i don’t have any complaints down the line. This review is in an item that arrived two days ago.
This was bought as a gift but it arrived broken. It made a rattling sound when picked up like some parts had come loose. The remote also didn’t work, you couldn’t change the speed or colour of the light. I requested a refund and bought again and that one was fine.
Used for sensory bedroom for my child. The patterns are beautiful and give the room a calming vibe which is exactly what I wanted to achieve. So far I haven’t had any issues. Have only had it a matter of days though.
The children love this. I didn’t realise that it has a timer and turns itself off so that’s a bonus. Thee is an annoying sound as the light unit turns but I think it might actually help you relax once you get used to it. I actually bought another one as a gif
It apparently doubles up as a Bluetooth speaker too which I admit, we’ve never used or tried as we have plenty around the home (and without coming across as snobbish, most likely better sound quality ones too) but hey, it’s there should we need it.
My one tiny complaint is that it does take a bit of fiddling to get the remote to change colours and effects, it feels tricky or maybe that’s just me.
Bottom line great for sensory lighting, and night light to sleep to.
Alsomy neighbours constantly connected to the Bluetooth speaker automatically and it’s very loud with no volume control on the lady speaking ‘BLUETOOTH CONNECTED!’ Every ten minutes. There’s no way to stop this!
And my Lg remote for the tv turned on the light whenever I turned my tv on.
1. It’s really loud when it’s on the ocean mode. it sounds quite on video but in person it’s really distracting and annoying. I’ve even tried moving it to the other end of my room and it’s still really loud. It’s to be expected I guess, but it’s just something to keep in mind.
2. I only just figured this out, but the laser stars start to fade after about 10 minutes, obviously cause it’s a laser. I didn’t know this, and I thought my projector was broken, but after I turned off the laser for a while, the stars went back to their bright and fuller look. So if that’s going to be a problem, I probably wouldn’t buy this.
Overall it’s really cute and fun, but the noise of it makes me take a star away.
Bought this as a nightlight for my son’s bedroom after seeing my sister’s one for her children and hearing her rave about it. And we were not disappointed.
Absolutely amazing product for its quality and price. Plug in straight out the box and very easy to use and great that it comes with a remote. You have a choice of multiple colours to choose from and you can also set these to mix and match if you so wish. Laser lights (stars) are very bright and you can also use the remote to make the colours move.
You can even set it up to Bluetooth to play music along with the light show. We have found that this product works best when placed in the centre of any bedroom on the floor, so you cover the entire ceiling of any room as well as some of the walls.
You can create many sensations such as being under a starry sky, to being underwater, to being under the Northern Lights. Possibilities are endless. Sends our children (and us) straight to sleep.
Absolutely brilliant product and bargain. Our kids love it and so do we; So much so that we bought a second for our eldest for his room…and are even considering buying another for our own bedroom.
It does make a motor sound when it is turning the lights inside to make the ocean effect. It is only a little irritating. You can only hear this sound if it is right next to your bed on a shelf and you have no other sounds or music playing. Other than this very happy with this item. I bought this item to test it out and am going to later get a 4k projector to use as ambience for my gaming room. Great item considering how cheap it is, I was surprised by how well it works.
