I had a problem with the Mic after a few weeks, contacted the seller, and they provided amazing service. Got me a replacement with no fuss, and really quickly too!
I bought these for my sons friends birthday. Best purchase i ever made as now me and his mum dont have borrow them our phones and listen to their conversations while they play! Sound is good, headphones are durable and easy to use. 5 out of 5 🙂
Bought a pair where the mic was not working. The customer service team helped me troubleshoot it but it didn’t work so they shipped a new one which works perfectly! Very comfortable and sound is super clear.

The headset did stop working however the seller contacted me to rectify the issue by issuing a refund and assured me their technical team were looking into improving the product even offered me a free trial of their new updated version of the headset which I feel is a star service
I’m so impressed by the quality of this headset, especially for the price. Sound quality is easily good enough and the directional sound impressed for gaming. The RGB adds a nice touch.
Feels cheap, but it does what it needs to. Mine didn’t light it as I believe I had a faulty one however the customer service was good, getting in touch enquiring how this could fix this for me.
With the first pair I ordered, the microphone stopped working after 3 months. However, on emailing Ozeino customer services, Yuna was very helpful and after I’d answered a few questions about the defective headphones she sent out a new pair very quickly. So far they’re working well so fingers crossed it was just bad luck. 4 stars for the benefit of the doubt, and great customer service!
I love to game online with my kids but I didn’t have a proper headset and mic, so I chose this one after reading the reviews. It came yesterday while I was gaming with my son so I took it out the box, popped it on and wow!!! Clear sound, a very clear mic, my son said right away that it sounded so much better than the earbud mic I had been using. It’s loud enough for me to comfortably hear everything and after wearing it all afternoon yesterday I can attest that it’s very comfortable. I usually game all day at weekends and comfort was really key for me. Lovely soft ear cups that fit really nicely and it fits across my head really nicely. I wanted something reasonably priced but really comfy and clear and that is exactly what this is. And it comes with a 3 year warranty that is super easy to register. Super happy with this headset.
Bought before Xmas for son however a week ago stopped working correctly. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement no issue which has now arrived and is working perfectly. Cannot fault the customer service 100% brilliant. Would be 5 stars for the customer service. Only giving 4 stars because of the faulty first pair.
Pros: Good if you dont use a microphone. The sound of the headset is ok but 2 or 3 months ago it started to buzz sometimes. The headset comes with an audio splitter. If you are on a under 20 budget its goodish. Mine lasted about 1 year
Cons: The microphone is ok, sounds a bit muffled. The microphone is a bit silent and you cant turn the microphone up. The microphone on and off switch doesnt work.
Got this headset for 20 and honestly feels like I paid much more. They are amazing. I love them so much. They are comfortable and great. I absolutely love them. The sound quality is also amazing and for me (a person who ALWAYS has issues with hearing stuff and having to turn it up as loud as possible) I only have to turn them up about half way to be able to hear it well. I recommend these to anyone. The RGB being usb can be a bit annoying but for a laptop/ pc these will be great.
This was an amazing headset, just perfect for my grandson. The colours and fit are excellent, he loves it. A great use of sound and adjustable volume control. Being so lightweight its easily adjusted and easy to wear, a great accessory
My son absolutely loves these headsets he is 11 years old. Hes had a couple prior to this but he said this is by far the best for sound quality and to be heard by others, its comfortable and he even likes the interchanging lights.

bought these for gaming and streaming. fantastic headset with a crystal clear mic, the lighting on the side is a lovely little side feature as well. very comfortable to wear for long periods with no sound issues at all.

The headphones are a great fit and are adjustable. The light up are a great feature and beautiful how it changes colours. Great sound quality which makes it atmospheric so great when you’re playing your favourite games.

This is a fantastic pair of headphones. Look great and lightweight for comfortable wearing. Gaming PC connections included and clear microphone for multiplayer gaming. Although I have not used these for very long, I am happy with the look, comfort and great sound quality. Recommended.

I bought these as a cheap alternative when my son broke his more expensive ones. They look the part, have good sound, are comfortable and the mic is good as well. They look like they will withstand his clumsiness and at this price at least I can replace easily if they don’t!
Bought this about 6 weeks ago and it’s really good. Other headsets I’d bought at this price were a bit flimsy but this is really good, clear sound, my mates can hear me and it has a warranty service with it. Would recommend.

These headphones surprised me as a parent of a fourteen year old son. We have purchased more more expensive type of headphones but have not received any better quality of product. They are comfortable, practical and durable a must for any teenage gamer. As a parent I will stick with this product for future purchases. 10 / 10 great product !!!
Really good headset for the price. Before buying these we have gone through about 3 sets from an alternative brand but they would break so quickly. These seem so much better and more robust.

My son said these are really comfy. The sound is good and is distributed evenly, compared to others he’s had before. We haven’t quite worked out how the lights work yet other then through charging. Overall one happy boy for gaming!
The item arrived as advertised with quick delivery. It is a great product and my son loves it. The USB connection is great as you don’t have to charge it. The mic is moveable, and there is adjustability of the headphones. They look cool and light up in the dark. Great value for money.

The headphones are great and all for its price but one problem I have is that whatever I hear my friends can hear too which is a bit weird so when I play games with my friend I often have to mute my mic which is inconvenient. I don’t know if it’s just me tho but good headphones

It’s a great headset, I’ve used it all the time for gaming since getting it and it has a great sound quality. I have also used it for streaming tv shows and movies and there has been no problem with it. Noise cancellation works for small noises in the background and the mic is great.
I’m very pleased with this purchase as the headphones are exactly as they are described. The sound is clear and isn’t distorted and I hardly notice that I’m wearing the headphones as they are very comfy to wear! However, I’ve heard from friends who I speak to that my microphone isn’t that great but that’s what you get for a good value for money headphones. Overall, I recommend! 🙂
