Has arrived but the box was an old box what I didn’t like it wasn’t sealed properly the box already been opened be cause there was already fingerprints on the handle of the straightener so I was unsure if was brand new I ordered it for my birthday and because I wanted one such a long time I tried it straight away ( it worked well no issues just skeptical a little due to finger prints)even though it wasn’t felt right at the time to keep it due to very expensive and you expect well packed and especially sealed box with it which wasn’t in my case .

Good points the brush is fabulous just as the case I would have given 5 star if the above would have been to my expectations.

A high quality straightener which works perfectly for my hair. I struggle usually with straightening my rather frizzy, coloured hair – my pre ious straighteners did not do the job and would catch in my hair leaving it dull and not particularly smooth. This product is nicely packaged and feels great in the hand to use. The plates glide effortlessly through my hair and have left it smooth and glossy. Heat up time is fast and the quality of the accompanying brush and heat proof bag is good. The added three year warranty is a nice touch. I’m very pleased with my purchase and although expensive feels a worthwhile price to pay.
