This was bigger than I thought but gave much fun to grandson on his holidays. Safe and sturdy with no loss of air even after boisterous play in the water.
Bought for grandchildren who really loved the design&loved using it even more, the handles are very sturdy a great idea. I did supervise the use of it as the days we used it the waves were quite big. Inflating was a bit laborious, the non-return part of the ‘valve’ needed to be squeezed quite hard. I would’ve used my airbed inflator if I had realised, but that is a minor point & should not put anybody off buying it.
Definitely like the size.
And its perfect having grab handles for grandchildren to be able to stay sat on it. Blows up easily.
The quality was excellent. My boys loved it. They had the best time ever.
Inflated this a few weeks ago and have not had to re-inflate or top up at all. Great inflatable.
Bought for two kids to use on holiday, managed to get a shop to blow it up (would’ve definitely have passed out trying myself) and it was more than durable. Great buy!
My kids love this and it’s able to hold a 6 and 8 year old jumping around on it. Really decent size and a lovely design.
Bought for family holiday, Croc survived till the end and was even bought home ready for next time. Inflated with electric pump as blowing it up with lungs would be a work out.
Beat thing doe little swimmers, 3 year olds enjoyed having this crop as their pool companion as they can’t fully swim but made them want to get into the pool. Perfec
Took a little while to inflate because it’s quite big, but it’s good quality and has handles on it , my niece was over the moon and loved the fact she could lay full length on it and float in the pool .
Seems to be made really well and not going to pop anytime soon, I’vee blown this up 2 weeks ago and only now does it need a top up. Kids really enjoy it, bigger than I though when buying it.
Crocky wok is a great hit with my grandsons! Used the car tyre inflater to blow up as it is a lot of space to fill and I think its far too difficult to do by mouth. All good though and has held the air in very well despite being very well used! He is loved by everyone!
Easy to inflate if you have a good pair of lungs… I used a battery operated pump used for camping, takes up most of the 8ft pool but the kids are happy.
It puts up well with two boys jumping all over it.
Our large inflatable peacock split due to over-enthusiastic paddling pool japes and so it was time to buy a replacement. The main reason I chose this was that it seemed to have fewer seams which might split, plus it has 4 handles so no arguing.
It arrived quickly. Inflating was a bit awkward as our electric pump didn’t have a nozzle which fit well, so I did the best I could with the pump but finished with lung power. The valves are the classic ‘arm band’ type ones which you have to squeeze a certain way to get them to open up.
The croc is big enough for 2 kids if they balance carefully. The pic I’ve added shows a 5 yr old and 7 yr old on it. It seems robust and we have no leaks so far!
Use a car plug in pump to inflate, and voilla! mr croccky is mr entertainment on the beach, sturdy enough for a 6 And 4 year old to sit on in the surf,
Under adult supervision of course, summer fun is what little children need
What a crocodile. Almost considering calling animal control. We used an electric pump to blow this bad boy up, I think he quite enjoyed it, certainly made his eyes pop and his tail extend. Hes basking in the sun waiting for some fun. Well worth the money I paid for him….may be a she but has a very masculine feel to him. We will enjoy having this beast in the pool through the summer sun.
6ft long, and looks great on the beach or in the sea. Kids loved it. I couldn’t blow it up using my lungs and I’m quite fit! But me and family all took it in turns to blow it up. Once up it it quality as you can see.
Took this on 2 week holiday and it was wrestled and rode for solid in the pool and didn’t suffer till the final day when it was put down lol…
Great value for a large inflatable and cheaper than buying on holiday.
This is great fun! We took this on holiday to use in the pool. Both suitable for use for children and adults. We were two adults. I recommend standing on the pool steps, putting the tail between your legs and launching yourself to where the handles are and holding on for dear life. Once settled you can float round the pool, just bliss.
Brilliant – really sturdy even for adults – great price – had one of these 10 years ago and it’s the same great quality again. Fits two kids easily – fabulous product. Grown adult easy pool lazing
Bought this for a 6 yr old for using at the beach on his holidays and he absolutely loved it, as did all the other kids on the beach! Great big size and would easily fit a 5 and 6 yr old on it and very hand the handles make it hand to attach a rope to so that it can be easily pulled along. As with all other inflatable toys you do need to stay beside the child because if a small wave hits this sideways it can roll it over but my nephews were always in the shallows so this wasn’t a problem. Definitely recommend this for fun times at the beach with supervision.
6 foot inflatable crocodile – seriously, what is not to like?
This has been on 2 summer holidays so far and is still going strong despite a lot of punishment and nearly getting lost in Lake Garda. It’s simple to inflate although you really need a pump but one of these Yellowstone Foot Pump – 5 Litre worked a treat for me. Make out it’s harder than it is though…you really deserve a beer for that now.
It folds quite small so if you are checking baggage you should be OK to get this in a case.
It’s big enough for an adult to ride in the pool or to use as a lilo for a spot of relaxing. We use ours to play “taxis” – I won’t bore you with the rules.
Also comes with a repair patch should the unthinkable happen.
On the downside – it’s not hyper realistic so if you want to scare fellow pool users I’d recommend this instead Fancy Dress Turds Long
highly recommend. Good quality and quite a big size( can easily take an adult)
My 9 year old son and his friends had hours of fun in the pool with it – very strong even with several kids jumping on it!
Easy to inflate- just used a standard balloon pump which worked wonders!
All packed away now ready for our next holiday!
This was a great purchase for our first holiday abroad with our young family.
This item lasted superbly over our two week break at the Holiday Village, Tenerife.
It was extremely well used daily by our kids, other kids and both my wife and I as a Lilo. (Which was superb as if you lie on it with you feet hanging down beside its head the tail acts as a very comfy pillow!).
Great sized item and kids loved climbing on and jumping off it.
After the two weeks we deflated it and it will accompany us on our next holiday.
Highly recommended.
The inflatable croc was bigger than expected but that just made the experience even better for my grandson. He was on holiday with it and took it to the swimming pool each day. There he made lots of friends by letting them use it as well.It is well made and the four, grab on, handles were great for the children to hang on while they were pushed around the pool….
Has survived since May, with weekly pool use in a 25-35Deg C environment, and at least one birthday pool party full of 11 yr olds.
I think it has had some extra air every few weeks but otherwise is fine.
If you ever look at the pictures of these sort of toys in the adds you generally see a child trying to look happy while balancing for grim death.
The pictures are accurate and are one reason these are such fun!
It is possible to sit and even lay on it but it takes some practice.
The pool toy comes in a nice compact box, which allowed us to take it on holiday in the luggage really easily. I bought this toy for my nephew who just loved it and wanted to play with it every day in the pool.
The toy it’s self is very strong and durable. You can tell its well made. My nephew was always jumping on it and wasn’t gentle with it but we had no leaks or any problems at all. We didn’t have to re-inflate the toy the whole holiday.
Would highly recommend this.
I bought four inflatable products when I bought a 15ft easy up pool. This crocodile was the best quality and is still intact and in use several months later. This item still stays fully inflated and does not go down at all, it has two handles and that means that two children can happily play on this too. Due to the flat design it is the least likely to tip up of all the products I bought. Very stable, very good quality. The only negative is that my nine year old daughter thinks the edges of the feet are a little scratchy. If you have a big enough pool, this is a great buy.
we took this with us on holiday and it was a great hit. it is huge though and standing in the lift with it it touched the ceiling. we had a pump to blow it up and I was glad we did, I guess it takes good lungs otherwise.
It is difficult to get on when in deep water, but if you take your time you can get on it at the edge of the pool. My son is 3 and he absolutely loved it: either being pushed, pushing me or getting my husband to push us both. It did take me and my son easily, but husband was a bit too tall and heavy and he sunk when sitting on it, but he was lying on it and floating.
