I recently purchased Sequence after looking at Amazon reviews and watching on YouTube. Our family all love to play fun and engaging games so this looked a great choice. It didn’t disappoint! The price of the game on Amazon was very good too, so the purchase was a no-brainer!
Some friends had brought this game to ours for a try after an evening meal.
I have to say that this game is a conversation killer if you concentrate and are trying to win as you really need to stay focused in order to keep an eye on your opponents pieces, and yours of course. Having said that, we enjoyed it so much that we ordered our own copy the next day, simple ideas are often the best. Great fun for all the family from the young guns to the more mature, and various ways of playing it, one on one or teams, its all there.
Played at Christmas with various family members. Takes a while to ‘learn’ the layout of the board-but a great game. We also added in 1-eyed Jacks are wild cards and gives you a token to place anywhere and 2-eyed Jacks mean you can take a token away from the other teams lines.
We love playing chess and card games so when I saw this I thought we would try it.
It is addictive and so much fun! We have two now young me and they also enjoyed it – infact we spent hours playing it.
Great price for a great game
We found the cards a little difficult to pick up and separate. Sometimes picked up 2 by mistake.
Note also due to the nature of the game due to the number of cards in a pack means that a maximum of 3 teams can play. So best to play with an even number or 2 or 3 individual players
This is a great game. 2nd game we’ve purchased, got this for friends,we play it all the time. It’s like a connect for game but more strategic, games can be quick, or last a wee while.
Personal opinion, can be played in teams if needed but we play single players.
